Gregory's has taken over the old Starbucks location in Town Center, and it is really quite adorable. I love the little #greg hashtags around the store. Service was great and the drink flavors are intentional and well done. I got the Hall and Oats cold brew with cinnamon, vanilla and oat milk, and it was good, although the coffee was a little "sharp" for my taste. The coffee shop itself is really nice and the workers were really friendly! But wasn't the biggest fan of my drink. I got the full moon matcha because I love salted egg yolk and I love matcha, but none of the flavors really came through for me. I wish at least the matcha flavor was a lot stronger. Idk if it was the sesame cold foam or maybe even the oat milk (maybe it would have been better with whole milk) that made everything muddle together. Decided to try this place out after a long time since they replace the Starbucks that was previously there. The inside looks great, can really see it as a place where college student can come down to study or a place to do work. The service was okay, I think they were training someone on the register which is great. We tried the island bolt and blue steel And honestly it was 8/10 for both drinks I would say The island bolt I have a few downs which were the passionfruit and guava that threw me abit off But the blue steel was refreshing and great. This place has the best coffee around the Town Center. Their gingerbread lattes are the best I have ever had, it's like they soaked the gingerbread cookies and turned them into syrup and it's absolutely delicious. Tea time by myself! While searching for Black Friday/Small Business Saturday deals I decided to get some tea and protein, ya know something small after putting away tons of Turkey Day foods. I ordered a Matcha Latte with sugar free syrup and skim milk along with their Triple Cheese Egg Bites. No way I'd head to the Town Center right now it's crazy over there. The Matcha Latte was very light and not as sweet as I thought it would be. That could be because I'm very used to drinking sweetened matcha powder. Despite that it was warm and pleasant. The Triple Cheese Egg Bites were also not what I was used to. While these were egg bites it wasn't clear what the triple cheeses were. On the delivery app it says with bacon and cheddar but was it 3 different kinds of cheddar? If this is the case, it gave it a strong, sharp cheddar taste. I like cheddar but it's not my favorite. The bacon were like bacon bits and a little disappointing. They're still quite new to the area so I'll wait to try them again. I'd definitely would want to try their bakery items. read more

My first visit to Gregory's Coffee exceeded my expectations! Both girls working behind the counter greeted me with beautiful smiles as soon as I walked in. I mentioned I had never been here before so it might take me a minute to look over the menu and they were more than accommodating. I got some great recommendations about the drinks and ended up going with one of the girls favorites to order which is the Fall Oat Boy (cinnamon infused espresso, oat milk, vanilla, hazelnut, and I subbed maple syrup for honey) So delicious. Since it's still quite warm here in Fl, I opted to get mine iced. I also tried a pistachio muffin while here. The fact that the insides were green was a plus/selling point; I couldn't resist. When ordering a pastry or muffin, they ask if you would like it warmed which was a huge plus. I got a warm pistachio muffin with my iced coffee; perfect afternoon delight! Gregorys definitely gives off the New York vibe with its style as soon as you walk in the door. The cafe is bright, wide open space with merch, snacks and bottled drinks to offer, and of course offering the teas and coffees made to order. When I arrived I immediately downloaded the app once I knew they had one and went ahead with my order. One of the drinks I tried to order could not be made with any milk modifications since some of their bases are premade, so I opted for the iced gingerbread latte with almond milk and mascarpone cold foam. Price came to over $10.00 for what looked like a 16oz iced latte with everything added. I know this store is new to Jax, but I'm not one hundred percent sure this was up to Gregory coffee expectations. I got 2 of the recommended biscotti coffee's. I couldn't taste the actual coffee. There was actually no flavor at all except for a lot of cream. I was also looking foward to a gluten free fresh treat as described on their website, but they only had prepackaged ones. I stopped by here on Monday morning looking for a new place to grab coffee, maybe a bite to eat and catch up on work emails. The atmosphere is light and airy - black and white decor - not cluttered or dark. There is lots of seating inside and outside. There are only two place to plug in unless you remember this was a Starbucks and know that there are some plugs under the counter where the water pitcher is locate. There are no shades in the windows so the sun coming up in the morning can be bothersome. I tried the tried the "Nu Brew" based on a recommendation from the Barista. It's an iced coffee with Nutella. The taste was average at best. There really was not a coffee flavor or a Nutella flavor that I stood out. The price is a bit more on the pricier side. A medium iced coffee is $ 5.99. I looked at getting a bite to eat and most of the items on the video board were over $6 for breakfast items - croissants, etc. They were baking muffins that smelled great and everyone working was friendly. Pros: * Free Wifi - good speed for those wanting to work and maybe have a few conference calls. * Great Atmosphere * Location, location, location * Mobile ordering available * Staff was friendly Cons: * Quality of the drinks (which has been noted in other reviews) * Price of the drinks and food * They do have a rewards program you can join but you have to spend $250 before you get a reward (extra expresso shot in a drink) Not sure I will be back yet. read more

Gregory's Coffee is new, next to Lids and is a nice alternative to the Nordstrom E-Bar. It caught me off guard when I walked out of Lids but I couldn't resist giving it a try. This shop, I will say with it being new, has a lot of potential. Nice large space on the interior, some outdoor seating, and a near-perfect location, IMO. I ordered my usual white mocha latte (hot), along with a wonderful pistachio muffin that was awesome! Get one of them when you visit if you like pistachios! The latte was made right - goodness I love the amazing cups! Goes to show you don't have to have a wild design for a disposable cup to be attractive! But on the latte, it was warm, good overall, but not heated enough and should have been stirred because it got sweeter as i drank it. Before I noticed that, I thought there wasn't enough syrup in the latte. Still, it was good overall and I didn't take too much off the stars because it is a newer shop making a great effort to get things right for the customer. The service overall by the baristas was excellent. They really took time to share and answer all questions I had about the shop. I will return to Gregory's Coffee! read more

I enjoyed the new Gregory's Coffee! Stopped in for 2 lattes and both of us liked the coffee. They just opened sometime this year. It's very new and modern looking. They have barstools by the window or tables inside or outside. I love their menu. Each item is pretty unique compared to other coffee shops. I got the hall and Oats coffee featuring drink, which is a cold brew with vanilla cinnamon and oat milk. We stopped into this coffee shop while walking around the town center. The shop was super busy. All I wanted was a small latte. I was holding our granddaughter so my wife ordered it for me. She asked for a latte and the guy taking the order made it so confusing..... It seemed you can only get one flavor hot latte and all the other flavors are for cold brew flavors. In the end I'm not really sure what he gave me. I know my wife asked for a caramel latte and ended up costing $1 more to add that flavor syrup. I think the menu needs to be more clear as to what flavors are offered for coffee's and what cost more to add. When I asked for a latte and they say "what flavor" I don't know where to look to figure out what flavor I want and then find out I was charged $1 more for that flavor. Menu needs to be a little more clear! This would also help speed up the ordering process for those waiting in line so they don't have the same "dazed and confused" reaction like we did lol... In the end the latte was just ok. Probably because of what I ordered or the way it was made! I think if we come back next I will just get a plain small coffee and let ME put my own creamer in. read more
