The place has a great comfortable look to it with a couple couches, some comfy chairs and table and chairs. After getting our drinks we sat and chatted for a couple hours. It was just that comfy! I first had my lattes with it in San Diego and it's stuck with me since -with no regrets! Presleigh made an outstanding Holiday frap for me. I didn't catch her before the drizzle and the sprinkles were added, but it was ok. I drank every bit of it and WILL return on Christmas week to get that Holiday white chocolate either latte or frap depending on the weather. Of note, The shop was clean and well kept on the counters and seating areas. I really liked that people are informed on how to get on the free WiFi right at the register. I was told it wasn't overly sweet but good in taste - they were right on both counts! I could eat this one again anytime! The service was good too, and I relaxed and enjoyed myself, so I give this place an above-average, 4-star, rating, and look forward to coming again. I just hope we find some pastries we truly like. A negative, unfortunately, is that it's more expensive than many of the pastry shops we go to (e.g. Paris Baguette recently), with many items around $10. If we go back there are too many tempting-looking things to count: classics like Napoleon and Pavlova; a croissant topped with loads of chocolate; desserts in a jar, including chocolate and cherry; truffle cake; salted caramel cheesecake; pistachio/raspberry and Ferrero Rocher tarts; some individual cakes; and desserts wrapped in clear plastic cylinders.
