    Full Moon Matcha
    Briana N.

The coffee shop itself is really nice and the workers were really friendly! But wasn't the biggest fan of my drink. I got the full moon matcha because I love salted egg yolk and I love matcha, but none of the flavors really came through for me. I wish at least the matcha flavor was a lot stronger. Idk if it was the sesame cold foam or maybe even the oat milk (maybe it would have been better with whole milk) that made everything muddle together. Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing though because their other drinks look good. Perhaps I'll try something else next time.

Was in need of a pick me up in the morning and came across this spot, it wasn't too busy and a nice variety of drinks on the menu. The interior was nice and modern, the speed in which the drinks came out was good, the only problem I had was the quality of the drinks, the matcha refresher had no matcha flavor whatsoever, while the snickers latte was extremely sweet, and the iced latte was mostly ice and not much latte. Overall it was a hot day and you do get cooled down, unfortunately I had better quality from Dunkin

Best matcha hands down!! Town center was super busy but it's always nice to walk around with a cute drink lol. This drink was the perfect blend of sweet without being too much. The topping was so cute. Service was eh so don't expect much in that area. My friend got the strawberry hibiscus and he enjoyed it, it was on the more tart side but it was great!

This was my 1st visit to Gregory's. I was immediately greeted by two of the friendliest baristas I've ever met. I downloaded the Gregory's app as soon as I walked in because you earn a free drink after your first purchase. I decided to go with a small Fall Oat Boy & the barista told me it's one of their best sellers. After one sip, I immediately understood why - it was delicious! I must note that the coffee was pricier than my usual spots.

I am loving Gregory's! I stumbled upon it looking for that other coffee shop that use to be in the same spot and it was definitely a pleasant surprise. The Fall Oat Boy has been the only drink I've tried so far but I've had it at least 5 times over the last month or so. It's delicious! I can't wait to try more of their seasonal items and pastries but for now, I'm a fan!

Located in the busy Town Center Mall across from Maggiano's restaurant. The coffee is overpriced and very small. I ordered a small macchiato that was $4 but it was a small shot of espresso. A small strawberry matcha was $6. Tip: Internet doesn't work here. There's no bathroom inside. You'll have to walk across to Barnes and Noble. Won't be back. Not a good place to study, get work done or grab coffee with friends.

    Gingerbread latte

This place has the best coffee around the Town Center. Their gingerbread lattes are the best I have ever had, it's like they soaked the gingerbread cookies and turned them into syrup and it's absolutely delicious. They have a drink called Biscotti Testarossa and it's an almond vanilla latte topped with a mascarpone cold foam and it is absolutely devine. Gone and get you a cup tell them I sent you (even though they won't know who your talking about but just go lol)

Decided to try this place out after a long time since they replace the Starbucks that was previously there. The inside looks great, can really see it as a place where college student can come down to study or a place to do work. The service was okay, I think they were training someone on the register which is great. We tried the island bolt and blue steel And honestly it was 8/10 for both drinks I would say The island bolt I have a few downs which were the passionfruit and guava that threw me abit off But the blue steel was refreshing and great. Definitely, would want to try their coffee on another time. Overall first time experience was good !

    Triple Cheese Egg Bites (GF)

Tea time by myself! While searching for Black Friday/Small Business Saturday deals I decided to get some tea and protein, ya know something small after putting away tons of Turkey Day foods. I ordered a Matcha Latte with sugar free syrup and skim milk along with their Triple Cheese Egg Bites. No way I'd head to the Town Center right now it's crazy over there. The Matcha Latte was very light and not as sweet as I thought it would be. That could be because I'm very used to drinking sweetened matcha powder. Despite that it was warm and pleasant. The Triple Cheese Egg Bites were also not what I was used to. While these were egg bites it wasn't clear what the triple cheeses were. On the delivery app it says with bacon and cheddar but was it 3 different kinds of cheddar? If this is the case, it gave it a strong, sharp cheddar taste. I like cheddar but it's not my favorite. The bacon were like bacon bits and a little disappointing. They're still quite new to the area so I'll wait to try them again. I'd definitely would want to try their bakery items.

My first visit to Gregory's Coffee exceeded my expectations! Both girls working behind the counter greeted me with beautiful smiles as soon as I walked in. I mentioned I had never been here before so it might take me a minute to look over the menu and they were more than accommodating. I got some great recommendations about the drinks and ended up going with one of the girls favorites to order which is the Fall Oat Boy (cinnamon infused espresso, oat milk, vanilla, hazelnut, and I subbed maple syrup for honey) So delicious. Since it's still quite warm here in Fl, I opted to get mine iced. I also tried a pistachio muffin while here. The fact that the insides were green was a plus/selling point; I couldn't resist. When ordering a pastry or muffin, they ask if you would like it warmed which was a huge plus. I got a warm pistachio muffin with my iced coffee; perfect afternoon delight! I can't wait to come back and try some of their seasonal selections!

Gregorys definitely gives off the New York vibe with its style as soon as you walk in the door. The cafe is bright, wide open space with merch, snacks and bottled drinks to offer, and of course offering the teas and coffees made to order. When I arrived I immediately downloaded the app once I knew they had one and went ahead with my order. One of the drinks I tried to order could not be made with any milk modifications since some of their bases are premade, so I opted for the iced gingerbread latte with almond milk and mascarpone cold foam. Price came to over $10.00 for what looked like a 16oz iced latte with everything added. The drink was made we'll, the flavors of the gingerbread were definitely there and not over sweet and I could still taste the coffee.

I wouldn't call my self a coffee expert, because I don't know the exact process of making it to par BUT ...I do know a good cup of coffee. I know this store is new to Jax, but I'm not one hundred percent sure this was up to Gregory coffee expectations. I got 2 of the recommended biscotti coffee's. I couldn't taste the actual coffee. There was actually no flavor at all except for a lot of cream. I was also looking foward to a gluten free fresh treat as described on their website, but they only had prepackaged ones. A littledisappointed.

Ham & cheese croissant. Doesn't look impressive
    Ekaterina S.

Clean and nice place, too simple menu (coffee, refreshers, smoothies, etc. & bakery, light sandwiches). Everything was fine. Liked that they bake (as it was said somewhere inside), however I wasn't impressed at all of my ham&cheese croissant. London crying was good, but I'll highly recommend to grab a straw! No restrooms. And the one outside was closed, so i had to run around with toddler and infant to find one. No parking nearby.

Good place to hang out . The drinks are good. You can't taste much coffee in the drink, but it's better than Starbucks for sure.

Visited on a bustling Saturday morning and easily found parking. The shop is spacious with high ceilings, offering a comfortable mix of seating: tables for solo study or group meetups, barstools along the wall, and cozy couches for those just looking to relax and reflect. Having visited before, I'm happy to share they've remained consistent -- clean, inviting, and always backed by friendly, attentive service. Selection: Apple Cinnamon Chai Dirty (12oz, Hot with Oat Milk) -- a beautifully balanced drink where warm cinnamon and crisp apple flavors mingle with spiced chai and a smooth espresso shot. The oat milk rounds it all out for a cozy, fall-worthy cup. Though their limited store hours may be a small drawback, it's quickly overshadowed by their strong focus on quality -- in both their coffee and food offerings -- and their genuine connection with the community. A solid staple in the JAX coffee scene. MUST-TRY & REPEAT!!! .5 of 5 (4.5 of 5)
