It was loaded with Chorizo and avocado, and served with salsa and picante. My husband got the egg white omelette with diced chicken and avocado and cheese. Can you say addiction? This is our third day in a row eating breakfast here! I have no idea why we waited three days to try the beignets because they are amazing! Favorite pancake is still the lemon blueberry served with a little goat cheese and whip cream. Happened upon this place during their "soft opening" and it was absolutely delicious! We got the Brie appetizer and it was delicious, and I got the southwest scramble which was absolutely amazing! Brunch on 7/5 was very disappointing. This restaurant used to be one of our favorite breakfast choices. After waiting over 2 hours we were finally seated. The place was about a 1/3 full. Greeted by a waiter that did not know how to smile and make you feel welcome, we finally got a cup of not-so-hot coffee. No sugar at our table so we had to get up and get some from another table because there was so little waitstaff on the floor and we couldn't get anyone's attention. Requested refills were half-filled cups of more not-so-hot coffee. 30 minutes later we got our food. It was not as good and hot as I had had on our last visit. One of the things we loved about this restaurant was the friendly and welcoming staff - its southern charm! We received none of that on 7/5. After waiting so long and paying an expensive bill for 3 people for a so so meal, if we had had at least some friendly customer service we would have been happier. I have never had a poor experience until today at Another Broken Egg. Our server's name was Anna, she was wearing a bandana with a few chains. My 2 friends and I decided to sit outside to enjoy some brunch and mimosas on our off day. What I was not expecting was a 30 minute wait for champagne and orange juice. We were given no explanation as to why the drinks took so long to make, instead Anna came up to our table, dropped them off and said "here you go" before walking back inside. I had the traditional which consisted of grits, sausage, eggs, and an english muffin. However I had to ask for the english muffin along with silverware to even be able to begin eating our food. Not even a quarter of the way through our meal, our server Anna came up already asking how the checks would be split. The checks were dropped half way through our meal, making us feel rushed to eat and leave. Our entire party consists of servers at the local resort, so we have nothing but sympathy for someone who is busy, however Anna obviously did not give a care in the world to serve us. On her 4th and final round of checking on us, she asked if we needed anything else, while we had a pile of dirty dishes that we ourselves had to pre-bus from the table. Our dishes were never even offered to be taken out of our way. What finally made the visit the worst I've ever had here was when we came in to pay for our tabs, Anna was having a conversation with the host and eating bacon at the host stand. Keep in mind she said "This is all I do", as she held up the piece of bacon she was eating. She decided to finish her full conversation before even acknowledging that we were there as we were just ready to leave. I will not be returning here anytime soon after what I have experienced today. This restaurant appears to be poorly managed and our server did not appear to have a care in the world regarding her tables. The 3 of us were all fully prepared to give her cash tips but Anna most definitely did not deserve any of our money since she decided to not give us any of her time. For a $9 mimosa even, I would at the very least expect it to come out in a timely manner instead of 30 minutes after ordering. read more

Beignets and marmalade were so yummy! So many options on this menu. I love that the breakfast lovers, the brunch lovers and the lunch lovers can all eat at the same place and be happy. The food and service here was outstanding. I had Eggs Benedict and my husband had biscuits and gravy, both with cheese grits. I had coffee and my husband had orange juice. They gave us complimentary beignets for first time there. He said his biscuits and gravy was delicious and so was my Eggs Benedict. Cooked perfectly and they put a large slice of delicious ham instead of Canadian bacon. I think it was the best E.B. I have ever eaten. Service was impeccable. My sister and I went in for breakfast. We had a great server and the food was wonderful. My sister had the Stan's Mardi Gras omelet with lobster, shrimp and cream cheese. I had the sweet potato pancakes. I would recommend both to anyone. Very flavorful without being overpowering. We sat forever and drank coffee and caught up. We never felt rushed. At at Another Broken Egg today for brunch. The food was excellent as usual, but the waitress was not very good. We sat down and waited at least 10 minutes for her to take our drink order. She noticed I wasn't too pleased and took our food order fairly quickly. So our food came and we asked the waitress for silverware, she forgot. I ordered the BLAST sandwich. It was supposed to be basically a BLT with avocado and cheese. It was a greasy mess: it was slathered in oil on the outside ... I guess it was supposed to be grilled. (It was warm but not toasted). It had about 6 slices of bacon (Many would have loved this), but this was proportionately too much to go with the one slice of tomato, the one piece of avocado the size of a dime, and the slice of cheese that only covered 1/2 of the sandwich. The potatoes were dry and cold and the sandwich was just thrown on the plate. Not even cut in half. I paid $11 for this when I could have stayed home and had a good sandwich for free. read more

We waited for over an hour with children and was told that we were next on the wait list and saw two tables with the same number as our party be seated who got on the list after us. Four of us were yearning for a good Sunday brunch in the cozy small town of Fairhope, Alabama, and what we discovered in our hope was far, far more than fair. The brunch menu is superb -- I had really good eggs Benedict and my wife had "bananas foster" waffles. The service was excellent; even the manager on duty dropped by to assure we were satisfied. This is a franchise chain of restaurants that truly has its act together. They clearly expend much effort on training servers and have devised a menu that lures the customer. The restaurant is located in a high-ceiling New Orleans style building filled with a lot of happy people, possibly, at least in part, due to their great Bloody Mary's. If Yelp went to a decimal-based scoring system, I would score this delightful restaurant at a 4.8. read more

Broken egg patty sausage was the worst I sent it back they replaced it with good bacon the gluten frendly pancakes were underdone,it took forever to get the replacement pancakes mean while we paid our check and gave her a tip I ate my pancakes and on the way out she accused us of not paying our bill. I don't know how I haven't done a review, we eat here a lot. My #1 tip is to download the Nowait app and it will put you in line for a table before you get there. The restaurant is beautiful, love all the doors. I usually get a cafe mocha, comes topped with lots of whipped cream. My favorite dish is the tuile, it's a big thin wafer bowl thing that they fill with chobani yogurt, fruit, and honey, so good! We split that for an appetizer. I usually get one of the seasonal offerings, usually pretty good. The only dish I haven't liked was the lobster roll. Good kids menu, one likes the scrambled egg with English muffin and the other likes pancakes. Service has always been great. read more
