Great food and service!! The mimosa are delicious. Can't wait to get back there tomorrow for Mother's Day. The wife will love it

Had high expectations... it was pretty good. The great: service. It was very busy when we arrived, but our waitress was chill, attentive and prompt. As for food, the oatmeal & eggs were cooked perfectly. The mediocre: ambiance & sides. The decor is "soon to be outdated modern". It's nice and new... but super corporate. The country fried potatoes are essentially square french fries. The pancakes were on par with IHOP. Overall, we enjoyed breakfast. It just didn't impress. Warehouse Bakery is the best breakfast in town. read more

Pretty legit Bloody Mary. Food is on point, however as far as breakfast/brunch prices go, I find them to be on the higher end (hence the 4 star). read more

So disappointing. My experience is a 50 min wait that was longer but in line with what we were told. Seated in booth in bar area. Crowded bar area caused wait and bus staff to hold trays/bus bins over our head as they passed by. After 20 min of sitting and no acknowledgment from any wait staff we simply left. Large/adequate wait staff present just seemingly inept to handle a reasonable Sunday brunch crowd. Best to avoid this place. Food is typically adequate, but for me this suggests problems that can be avoided by going elsewhere. read more

Given that I took my mom on Mother's Day after an untimely fiasco with reservations elsewhere, we were seated quickly, the server was attentive, and the food was top tier. read more

The wait was a little long, but well worth it. The service was great and the food was seasoned just right. I enjoy the atmosphere is very nice and child friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant!! read more

This was my second and my husbands first! We both loved it. Great customer service and the food is delicious!!! Our new "spot"...

Excellent service and great food as always. Highly recommend especially for a place to take your guest that is in the heart of downtown Fairhope. read more

Great breakfast restaurant in beautiful downtown Fairhope. Omelettes are my favorite item on the menu and they will work with you to make it just the the way you want it. Generous sides and good service. Check them out! read more

First impressions are everything. Sunday, March 1st. We put our name in for the wait and waited outside for a bit then came back into the restaurant. I inquired at the hostess stand if we were still on the wait list simply because we had been outside and people walking in were getting seated immediately. The lady at the hostess stand said verbatim "you've only been waiting 16 minutes of the 20-30 minutes you were quoted". I felt like I was 3 years old being scolded by my parents. Ruined my whole day and experience. Of note...this was not one of the hostesses. The lady was wearing a blue shirt (the hostesses were wearing black shirts) and working in various areas of the restaurant. Too bad there are a limited number of breakfast places in the area. read more

Great food and excellent service. The decor reminds me of a New Orleans French Quarter building. Only negative thing is all of the street and drainage work being done outside of the restaurant which removes potential parking spaces and uneven surfaces that create hazardous walking conditions for the disabled. read more

Awful service. The staff is uncaring and disrespectful. The hostess with the glass and short black hair stayed on her phone the entire time I waited up front. She wasn't trying to get everyone seated on the wait list, she proceeded to walk to the back and stay back there for long periods of times and would also constantly go to the bathroom. She wasn't smiling to any of the customers and constantly looked pissed off. I also had a server one of the times that I went and she also had black hair with a nose ring. I would not recommend her service! She barely checked on our table and brought cold food out, I also asked to speak to the manager so either he wasn't interested in coming out or she decided not to tell him. She felt entitled to tell her co-workers how we got on her nerves and that I asked for too much. She was very rude and quick to leave our table. Management should remove her from this establishment. I have already contacted HR to let them know all the managers are allowing this to happen. read more

We really wanted to like this place but had an awful experience. The service was slow, considering they had 5 people on a Wednesday morning and it wasn't busy so Being understaffed due to COViD was not an issue here. When we finally got our order placed , it just took forever and the food was cold. Just a very disappointing experience and won't be returning. read more

We call on our way to eat brunch here today, when we got there we were seated. We ordered Mardi Gras omelette with City grits, cinnamon roll French toast eggs and turkey sausage, Crab Cake Benedict and City Grits and Doughnut French Toast with egg white cheese and turkey sausage. Everything was absolutely tasty and filling. Service was wonderful as always. I love this place. read more

Great food and service. Although we we're not a fan of the homemade sausage (a really strong herb/spice) the rest of the food was delicious. The baked bacon was so tasty. And they made a great mimosa. read more

The chicken and waffles were very good and would definitely get them again! There was a wait, but that should let you know how the food and service is! read more

Waiting on a list for 20 minutes after requesting 2 seats at the bar. We were texted our seats were ready. We walk from our vehicle inside to the hostess who informs us she was sorry but 2 people walked in from the street and took our seats. We had to wait more time and were given a booth where the service was not very good. Instead of asking the people who took our seats to get on the waiting list she allowed them to remain in our seats. read more

The two of us ordered the Stan's Mardi Gras Omelet and the Lobster & Brie Omelet. For a norning beverage, I got the Nutty Pineapple Mimosa and she got the Brunch 'n More Bellini. We each had coffee. The food was delectable, service was supreme, and atmosphere perfect - not loud, good accoustics, and available outside seating. We have one in Huntsville, AL. We love that one too. Tiz good to know that this level of awesome is consistent throughout the locations. :) read more

Very good and great service. Have been several times and tried something different each time. So good!! Bananas fosters pancakes are the bomb. The beignets are awesome too!! read more

We went on a weekday. Service was below average. Food came out kinda cold. Bloody Mary's were great. We sat for awhile before server came over. The food and experience were pretty average. It gave us a "Ruby Slipper Wanna Be" vibe. I think there are much better places to eat in the area. Shrimp and Grits were our favorite choice. read more

Great food and service. Specialty drinks are extremely pricey. Nearly $10 for a mimosa is ridiculous. Some locations(San Destin) offer the bottomless mimosas for $12 which is great. All in all, one of my favorite brunch spots and always consistent in quality of food. read more

Breakfast was good but nothing incredible. Very similar to an IHOP. A long wait for food. Nothing incredible on the menu. But a great location and great beignets! read more

Food is consistently excellent here. Service can be slow depending on how busy they are as It is a very popular restaurant. The city grits are the best! Try the juevos rancheros for something different or the Benedict for a classic. Can't go wrong! read more

Another Broken Egg Cafe is a staple on the Eastern Shore for my family. Although it is a chain, we have come to expect great service for breakfast or brunch. This place is worth the wait, I suggest making your reservation online. Parts of the menu are unique and it is sure to satisfy everyone, even your pickiest eater. Plus, you can't beat the location. Downtown Fairhope will entertain you while you wait to be seated. read more

We enjoyed our breakfast flight of pancakes this morning. So delicious and flavorful. We chose Sweet potatoe, Lemon Blueberry and Banana Foster. Our waiter was attentive and kind. She was helpful with our menu questions and continued to check on us. We love this place and will return. read more

Took my dad out for brunch here and he really enjoyed it. My French toast, eggs and bacon was cooked just how i ordered it(SO DELICIOUS). Our server Micheal was the BEST. Great energy and personality. read more

Some of the best breakfast I've had in a while. Everything was perfect, from the food to the service.

Our group of 7 left this place full and happy. Love the versatile menu if you're not sure whether you're craving breakfast, brunch or lunch. The interior of this place is gorgeous. Looks like an upscale restaurant in the French Quarter. I ordered the Hey Lucy - a delightful combo of eggs, chorizo, avocado and other stuff. The Lakeshore scramble and Popeye's Favorite also tasty according to my lunch mates. My daughter enjoyed the waffle sliders. Minor gripe: our food took a bit longer to come out than it should have. They weren't that busy so no idea why that happened. I need to come back about 10 more times because there are SO many fabulous-looking options on the menu. and, bonus - a full bar! Who knew!? My sis had the sunrise sangria and if she weren't driving herself home she'd have had another. Better yet, please build one by my house!! Pretty please...... read more

Great new place in Fairhope. They serve breakfast and lunch. I had a Chorizo Omelet, Tonya had a burger. Both very good. We also had the City Grits for an appetizer. Perfect! Ali the waitress was friendly and spot on! Not s fast breakfast but worth every minute. read more

I am so glad we have Another Broken Egg. As a resident seeing the place being "built" was amazing. The wood work (done locally) is classy yet rustic. Service is top-notch. I also appreciate the menu. It supports all tastes and indulgences. As a "raging" diabetic the scrambles are perfect and the cheeses even better. I am still lusting over the grits and bread choices. The noise level and seat spacing was not to par hence the 4 stars, but I will be back and will assume Arts and Crafts next weekend will keep ABE quite busy. read more

A great visual addition to Fairhope with sorely needed brunch options. The renovated building fits right in. Good was decent though the crabcake bene was tragically salty. The chicken salad salad was s true treat and the staff were all friendly. Pro tip: get the "nowait" app to put your name in ahead of time as there is usually a crowd. read more

Came with my hubby and couple of friends, first time @ Another Broken Egg..... won't be my last!! I had one of the featured items.... Can't remember the exact name but it was a biscuit with fried green tomatoes and bacon and some homemade jam.... was delicious!!! The grits were also perfect!!! Really enjoyed it all!! read more

Nice place. We had a late breakfast. We were greeted well, seated quickly, and served with reasonable speed and attention. The food delivered was correct temperature and plated well. The food tasted good with the exception of the potatoes which were overly salted. All in all the experience was pleasurable and worth a repeat. read more

We had excellent service. The food was great and the mimosas were even better. I did forget my wallet (hence the mimosas) and Alex found me on Facebook and told me. She even let me grab it after they closed. Nothing was missing! Thank you soooo much! We will return! read more

My boss, coworkers, and I order breakfast together every Friday. We decided to give this place a try again since they had messed up our orders in the past, but we were hoping they'd redeem themselves this time. Nope, still disappointed by the contents of our to-go boxes. I ordered the Blackberry French Toast, which I had tried at the Huntsville location the week prior and LOVED. However this time, it was missing the mango whipped cream that I was so excited to share with my coworkers. So I poured my syrup and ate the rest of my meal, which was still good but not as fun. My coworker opens her box, she had ordered one order of City Grits and a single waffle, only to realize that she had no syrup in her box and that I had used the only single serving cup they had included. She used some Waffle House syrup we had saved in a condiment drawer: not as good as Broken Egg's syrup. Next my boss opens her box, and is immediately peeved that she had ordered Salmon Avocado Toast and instead of the advertised avocado slices, it was just GUACAMOLE??? Had anyone called to tell us that they were out of slices, she would have just said to leave it off completely and been totally fine with it. So she had to scrape the guac off her toast and salmon. I don't like to leave bad reviews on here. I don't wanna be upset because I was a waitress for awhile and I know how crazy restaurants can get. But 3/3 orders missing contents and one that didn't even come the way it's described. I just wanna ask that they figure out a way to double check contents, or at least call ahead to ask if they can substitute or omit things if they ran out. Especially since I came all the way from Daphne. Sorry, guys. I know y'all aren't like this all the time, but your to-go's have been slacking lately. read more

I wondered if I was off base in my experience, so I read the other reviews. My experience with the potatoes was exactly the same. I even asked an employee if they were microwaved..bad. My hamburger was ok but on the cool side. Place was pretty, probably could be noisey if full. I see no reason to return. read more

Great setting. The waitress was very good. The food is great as always found in this chain.
