We arrived today to try their new Sunday Brunch menu. They were not packed which was a surprise at 10:30 am. The music was loud so everyone was having to talk over it and as this is a communal table sitting, you can imagine the noise level. This is also a roasting house and when I went to get my coffee the urn was empty (this has happened before), I immediately brought to someone's attention and it took until I had finished my breakfast bowl before it was refilled. I had the Farmers Bowl and found it filled with sautéed vegetables along with two eggs over medium and sliced sweet potatoes with skin on the bottom. It was flavorful and I would have it again. Today, my cousin and I went to this bakery with high hopes, but we were disappointed. The inside is super cute, but the pecan chocolate pie and campfire latte were not memorable or edible. The pecan chocolate pie crust was so hard that a knife couldn't even cut through it, and the latte tasted like hot water and powdered chocolate milk, but it was just watery. Super disappointed because the reviews were so boastful. The service staff was super friendly. I'm definitely not coming back here. First time visiting this place, and my party thought it was decent. We walked in not knowing if we were to seat ourselves or wait to be seated. When no one acknowledged us, we asked the young lady bussing tables when she walked by. She was not friendly at all but nodded her head while walking away. Snagged a menu from the counter and claimed a table. After deciding on what we wanted to drink while waiting for one more person to show up, I ordered our drinks at the counter. The young lady taking the order at the register was annoyed I wasn't ordering everything together (sheesh) and scoffed, "Bring that number back up when you're ready to order, then." Started off with a Vanilla Latte and an Americano with waters all around. Ordered the Breakfast Burrito, Diner Plate, Big Boy Breakfast, and French Toast entrées. I pulled a small, grey hair out of the edge of my burrito where it was sliced, but I guess accidents like that happen from time to time. The Diner Plate came out with bacon instead of the sausage that was ordered, but this wasn't worth sending back to correct. The entrées were good, but none of it blew us away. However, we tried a Lemon Bar too, and it was delicious! It was quite noisy inside, but it was a little too windy for us to opt for outside. Even at 1pm it was still pretty busy, despite close to its closing time. Shoutout to two staff members that were kind to us (did not get their names): a young lady with dark brown hair working the register (different from the one that took my drinks order) and has a second job at PF, and the lady who delivered my latte to me and took a moment to welcome us for our first time there and explain the restaurant/bakery when no one else had greeted us. I'm so happy Warehouse is within walking distance of our new home!! Stopped in to grad a quick breakfast sandwich and discovered a gem in Fairhope!! Pleasant and helpful employees took my order and packaged my baked goods from the bakery case. Even though we had to reheat our food, due to our schedule, everything was delicious. The dixie chicken biscuit has some of the best sausage gravy and the huge piece of chicken is perfectly moist and crispy (even reheated)! We added a sausage kolache and a bacon Gouda croissant for the next day- heavens! Magnificent a day old and reheated! Can't wait to go elevator there in person. read more

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. You pay for the food before you sit down. So really there is no service. Just someone who drops off your food and on to the next table. We received our food in (15-20 minutes) which wasn't that long of a wait, but we ordered a latte and received it after we were done eating due to the drink ticket not being sent to the lady marking the drinks. I ordered the weekender with my egg over easy. It was over hard. The French toast bread was stale. Also, ordered the diner but substituted the meat for veggie sausage. Honestly, I could've eaten every baked good they have on showcase. They all looked delicious. Food was great but.... Service lacked. We came in one morning as a group of 7 high school girls. We were the few people in the building but as we walked in, we were scoffed at and heard the workers making remarks that were intended to be making fun of our age and appearance. They said things such as they are going to order the "razzle dazzle" meaning a less mature coffee order. We were perfectly pleasant and even friendly walking through the door. Keep in mind nobody else was in front of us and the workers were not doing anything. They kept rushing us to order and told us multiple times that we could order when trying to look at the pastries. One lady in particular was unpleasant when one of us girls asked for another pump of syrup when her coffee was bitter. The lady gave her a stank face and said, "There's already 4 pumps in this! You really want more?!" She consented to giving her one more pump after questioning her. Overall, we felt very unwelcome. We ordered food and coffee which was great. What a find! This is a tiny cafe with indoor and outdoor seating along with freshly pressed coffee that you can literally see being roasted through a large plate glass window.
