    Diner Breakfast

It's been a year since I was in town, and had to come back here for breakfast. Excellent coffee, and my meal was delicious. I had sausage, eggs, a biscuit and grits. Our food came out quickly, and service was friendly. They also have a variety of pastries, donuts, breads, cakes and pies. You can also buy freshly roasted coffee beans to go.

A great experience. The pastries are tasty and savory and sweet. The service is impeccable. Everything tasted perfect and hit the spot. I don't see meat kolaches outside of Texas often. These were on point. Appreciate the great Alabama hospitality.

The King Cake from Warehouse was KNOCK ME OFF MY FEET! It was strawberry cream cheese KING CAKE! The texture and taste of the cake (cinnamon roll / coffee cake texture) was delicious with exceptional softness. Fairhope AL culture and cuisine is exceptional.

First time visiting this place, and my party thought it was decent. We walked in not knowing if we were to seat ourselves or wait to be seated. When no one acknowledged us, we asked the young lady bussing tables when she walked by. She was not friendly at all but nodded her head while walking away. Snagged a menu from the counter and claimed a table. After deciding on what we wanted to drink while waiting for one more person to show up, I ordered our drinks at the counter. The young lady taking the order at the register was annoyed I wasn't ordering everything together (sheesh) and scoffed, "Bring that number back up when you're ready to order, then." Started off with a Vanilla Latte and an Americano with waters all around. Ordered the Breakfast Burrito, Diner Plate, Big Boy Breakfast, and French Toast entrées. I pulled a small, grey hair out of the edge of my burrito where it was sliced, but I guess accidents like that happen from time to time. The Diner Plate came out with bacon instead of the sausage that was ordered, but this wasn't worth sending back to correct. The entrées were good, but none of it blew us away. However, we tried a Lemon Bar too, and it was delicious! It was quite noisy inside, but it was a little too windy for us to opt for outside. Even at 1pm it was still pretty busy, despite close to its closing time. Shoutout to two staff members that were kind to us (did not get their names): a young lady with dark brown hair working the register (different from the one that took my drinks order) and has a second job at PF, and the lady who delivered my latte to me and took a moment to welcome us for our first time there and explain the restaurant/bakery when no one else had greeted us. Your interactions are why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 3. Thank you!

1/2 Creole Benedict with Grilled shrimp

The restaurant is a cute coffee shop fast casual vibe. I went with a group. We ordered separately, but were on the same number. All of our food was brought out at different times, which made it a bit awkward. The creole Benedict was delicious! Combined a hearty flavor with grilled shrimp that had a nice seasoning. We also got cheese grits with this order, which were fluffy. A more unique texture, in a good way! The sugar baby drink was delicious! Loved that they served the drinks in cute glasses and cups. Other things we had included the chicken french toast, the squealing pig, and the down home. All were yummy. The chicken was a bit dry and the French toast didn't have much flavor. However? The squealing pig and down home were delicious!

This is a great breakfast place! Friendly service, especially considering the crowd this place draws in. We got a honeybun while waiting on our food. It was so good! And homemade! Their coffee was really good too. I got the Breaking Revolution with an extra shot and half the sweetness and they hit it just right. I ordered The Weekender and my husband ordered the Big Boy's Breakfast. My French toast was sooooo goood. It was perfect. The bread is nice and thick but full of flavor and moist, not dry. They put fresh berries on top with powdered sugar. Bacon was nice quality bacon and the potatoes were good as well. My husband loved his. Plenty of gravy on the biscuit, full of flavor. If you order juice or milk, comes in a nice size glass. Highly recommend for breakfast.

The Warehouse is a real find in Fairhope. Good food, diverse menu, fast friendly counter service and a spacious and comfortable atmosphere. And best part- good pricing! Food is well cooked and they aren't afraid of special requests. Checks all my wishlist boxes!

I also had a tasty iced coffee with brown sugar and pralines it was so good. I love how it wasn't overly sweet, I want a nice treat with caffeine not diabetes. It hit the spot. I appreciate that they have oat milk or almond in addition to cows milk. If I can't say enough nice things let me add that my server Brandy was very kind, attentive and if I were her boss I would be very happy because she's the kind of person you want to represent your business. The ambience and decor were also very nice, it wouldn't be an exaggeration to say soothing. Even though it was an absolutely beautiful day I chose to sit my skinny derrière inside on the padded half booth because I had been outside all day riding and wanted to relax. The Barn at the Hope Farm is a lovely spot to grab a latté and a croissant or a little lunch. I recommend it for those of us who prefer gracious living and don't just eat to survive.

It was my wife's birthday, and thus she had the privilege to choose where we would go for brunch…read more I had previously decided that I would not dine at this restaurant again, not because I had some gripe about the food, which was excellent, but because their table arrangement in the main dinning area made it difficult for wheelchair bound customers, such as myself, to navigate. This was not a hard and solid decision on my part. Instead I had decided that if I had my druthers, I would not eat there. Of course when it is my babécita's birthday my druthers were of no consideration and I found myself again at Tamara's for a Saturday brunch. We arrived to find the main dinning area to be full, and since we didn't feel like eating in the open to the outside area, we learned that we had an estimated 20-30 minutes wait for a table. Their was six to eight customers waiting around the hostess's stand inside, with another six waiting outside under a covered area. We decided to wait outside, but after about 15 minutes a rain shower began. The kind people waiting on the benches and standing under the awning encouraged us to move in further from the edge where they we were getting wet. A couple standing moved into the restaurant to make even more room for us. The hostess, seeing that it was raining outside when this couple opened the door, came to the door and invited us all in, announcing that she would make room for us all. Which she promptly did. My wife had informed the hostess of my needs, and had requested a corner table for ease of access, but once inside the restaurant, I noticed that the table arrangement seemed less crowded, which helped to ease my concerns about getting to a table. As it happened, right at the 20 minute mark, we were informed that our table was ready, and we were led to a table, not on a corner, but to a table at the end of a row of tables, and against a partition. I found this arrangement even better than our requested corner table, as it meant that I had no foot traffic behind me that I might inadvertently bump into, or bump into me. I was grateful for the evidently experienced hostess working out such a fine alternative to our request, and doing it in such a timely manner. Now I get to the food, and wait staff service. All I can say is that Tamara's management has both pegged to the highest degree. Our waiter appeared immediately, took our orders since we had perused the menu while we were waiting to be seated. As for our food, my birthday girl had the Spinach Eggs Benedict, and I had the Fried Chicken and Waffles. Both were excellent. Neither of us had a single complaint, and my wife, who is fascinated with Tamara's long list of various types of Eggs Benedicts, promised that we will be back for many more visits to try each one. I am grateful that I was forced to forego my pledge not to patronize this establishment again, as it provided an opportunity to learn how the good people at Tamara's made adjustments that allowed my experience to be enjoyed more fully. I am also grateful in that we can continue to enjoy their excellent food.

First off, the ambiance is very nice--comfortable, welcoming, and a great setting for a casual evening out. The service was also very good. Our server was attentive and friendly, which definitely made a positive impression. As for the food: * Raw oysters ($22): Fresh, plump, and overall very good quality. That said, it almost felt like each oyster had a bit of added salt, which threw me off a little. Not bad, just slightly off from what I'd expect. * Sushi-grade ahi tuna appetizer ($14): This was one of the highlights--very good flavor and nicely prepared. * Gumbo (large - $12): Probably the biggest disappointment. I'd rate it about a 5/10. It wasn't terrible, but it lacked depth and richness compared to what you'd expect in this region. * Happy hour mimosa ($3) and margarita ($6): Solid for the price--no complaints there. Total came out to about $62 cash ($64.30 with card fee), which feels reasonable for what we ordered. Overall, this is a place I'd come back to if I were already in the area and someone suggested it, but not somewhere I'd go out of my way for. If I did return, it would likely be for the oysters or the ahi tuna. Good experience, just not quite memorable enough to push it past three stars.
