Love Anna's! We drive from Katy for Anna's every year! Full of flavor but not over the top spicy and the garlic dipping butter is 10/10

I wanted to try a new crawfish place by my work and have been passing by for a few weeks. Anna's is located right next to a mechanic shop. It is a small trailer type thing. There's seating outside with blue benches. I've ordered 3 lbs of crawfish @ $8.99 lbs and sausage $6 and 3 catfish with fries $14.99. The food came out within 10 minutes. The crawfish had tons of garlic! I love with crawfish. Flavor was decent as well as the size. I didn't care too much for the sausage. The fried fish didn't wow me. The only downside is that the crawfish could have been cleaned better. Food 4/5 Service 5/5 Ambiance 3/5

    * Food: The crawfish was juicy and tasty. For the price I think you get good deal. It also comes with sauces and a powder dip if you want more flavor. The shrimp was good, but next time I would want to try the jumbo shrimp. The corn and potatoes was a great add on to the meal. * Place/Atmosphere: The restaurant is really small and the only place they offer to customers to dine in is outside. Personally we didn't eat there. We decided to take our food home. * Service: The service was great. We made our order through the phone and they did a great job with communicating.

Ambience: not much to say, it's just a mobile container in a parking lot? Service: very small indoors, they take card and cash, nothing glamorous. Food: pretty good. Only gripe is, it's 3 lbs minimum. Why? I don't know. You can taste the tangy lemon flavors along with the boil mix and other spices. I will come here again. Well packaged, decent wait time, price is fair. Will give a solid 3.5/5 for food, just half a point for the 3 lbs minimum. Lol

Crawfish was on point. Good size, full of flavor at a very decent price. Fried catfish was crispy and tender. I would definitely come back.

So I love trying different places, I walk in to this place about 20 minutes to close.... The lady was cool about it and asked me what would I like I made my order and was told it would be brought out to me... no rush since I rather it be made right and oh my was it right.... The price it's currently 8.99 a pound which isn't the cheapest but as of yet has been some of the best o had.... The taste was so so delicious, tons of spice and good taste lots of garlic and seasoning! Lots of golden butter as well.... I will be going back very soon! I'm gonna see what that Monday special is all about....

The batter was light, crispy, and perfectly salted. The fried seafood platter was very lackluster. Unlike the calamari, the batter was soggy. The side of fries that came with it was soggy and flavorless as well.

"Flat" breading. - The cod was rubbery. I could not eat. Sent it back for fried catfish. Fishy. - -Tartar sauce is served in a plastic squeeze bottle and is runny. -Salad was just a very basic bowl of iceberg with three tiny slices of tomatoes and cucumber topped with mixed cheese. Dressing was like water and in a plastic squeeze bottle. - hushpuppies were the best thing, but not in the shape of a ball, but a small dog turd. - on the seafood platter, the best thing were the fried oysters. - baked potato was not even good. Served in foil and plain. You are given one plastic tube of sour cream and some margarine in those tiny cups (like at Wendy's or other fast food). No crackers on table. Before tip, $63. Very sad. Being originally from Mississippi, the "home" of catfish, this place has the best catfish I've had since I've been in Houston. It has a clean flavor which is hard to find and it's fried to perfection. There isn't the leftover, lingering oil or grease. The fries are *chef's kiss* Collectively my family and I had edamame, fries, fried shrimp, fried catfish, oyster poboy, bang bang shrimp, hushpuppies, sushi and coleslaw. There was not one thing we ordered that I would not order again. The amount of food you get for the cost is economical. For all of that food plus three sodas and a beer, our bill was right at $120. Not only is the food great but the service is just as great. It is not heavily staffed but you never feel like you're rushed or overlooked. The food is cooked to order so be prepared to wait for fresh food. Even with little staff and cook to order food, the wait isn't long at all. You can't go wrong with them! 10 out of 10

Unfortunately, I noticed a big change this time around. The breading on both the fish and shrimp tasted different--much saltier and kind of overpowered the flavor. Came here with my crawfish eating besties to get our fix in before the season was over. As one of…read morethe higher rated crawfish spots in Houston, I was excited to check it out. Because of it's popularity and competitive pricing, this place had a steady stream of people coming in and out. It is a stand alone business in a busy shopping complex so parking can be challenging. This place could be classified as a hole in the wall which isn't a bad thing, but just painting a picture. When you walk in, there's a lobby area that is basically used just to order food and get your drinks and condiments. There's also a hand washing station. Then you have an inside seating area with a bunch of tables packed tight next to each other as well as a patio area outside. Restaurant cleanliness was just ok. We had to clean our own table and staff did their best to clean up after people got up to leave. They do have paper towels readily available. Customer service was ok. The menu is pretty simple here. They have boiled seafood like crawfish, snow crab, Dungeness crab and mussels. You have two flavors to choose from which are Cajun or Cajun garlic butter. You can pick a spice level as well. They also have fried items like catfish, shrimp, and minimal appetizers. If you feel like fried rice, they got that too. That particular day, I wasn't in the peeling mood so I went with the fried shrimp basket. This was a generous portion of fried shrimp and fries which really hit the spot. I liked the corn meal breading on it that was seasoned and gave it just the right amount of crunch. The fries could have been seasoned better, but it was still good. Though I didn't want to peel, my amazing friend peeled one for me and it was delicious. I had instant regrets not getting my own order. You know it's a good boil when you don't really need anything to dip it in and the flavors are just there throughout the crawfish. Overall, a good experience was had. If I am in the mood for some good ole fashion Cajun boil, this will be on my repeat list.

I will say, I see why it's poppin though. We came in and placed our order, we got 4 lbs of crawfish, a corn and a sausage. My friend went with the fried shrimp basket, and I'm glad he did, bc I wanted some fries. Our order came out pretty quickly which I liked, but when we went to find seating, a lot of the tables were dirty, so we had to clean the tables ourselves, which is a little disappointing, but we made it work. We poured out the crawfish and they were piping hot. The seasonings and flavor that they had was amazing, and the extra juice that was in the bag, we wanted to slurp down like a soup!! That sauce in some pasta would slap. We got garlic and cajun, and it was quite tasty. Went with the medium spice level, which was perfect, so I could still taste the crawfish, and breathe at the same time! The sausage was pretty tasty as well, and the corn definitely had a little extra kick, in a good way! Got to try one of the fried shrimp, and I like the batter that it was fried in, flavored nicely, and the fries were really good too. I can see why a lot of folks like the crawfish here, I did want to get some more, but what we got was just enough. Food I would give 5 out of 5, but the restaurant and cleaning is the 4 out of 5. It would be good to have someone round on cleaning tables every 10-15 minutes, with how busy they get, because a lot of people did the same as us, looking for tables, and they'd be dirty. Can't wait to try them out again, and some of their other menu items.
