When I hear, "Let's go get crawfish Hans" my response will always be 'say less!' My first time having Hans and it did not disappoint. Although I am usually used to the Asian Cajun crawfish, Hans' Crawfish was just as good. Its not your typical drenched in garlic butter with all the spices and seasoning. It was simple Louisiana style boiled crawfish. I have been hearing great things about Hans' Crawfish and so glad my girlfriend dragged me out on a Friday evening to try them. They are now located at Frio's Grill in the back. You ordered from the food trailer, go to the table next to the trailer to pick up your order, then pick any outside table to enjoy. Their hour of operation is not every day. Thursday - Friday 5p - 9p & Saturday - Sunday 11a - 8/9p. I'll be back for round 2 and will bring the husband since this is his preference on crawfish.

Hans is so amazing! This is located in cypress now but as soon as I heard they opened back up I had to drive from Austin to get some. Hans will forever be my favorite crawfish place. So delicious everytime and the workers are so sweet and really care about the business. It is located at a dog and kid friendly spot so its a great place to bring the family!

10/10!!!!! Best crawfish I have had. Quick service a lot of seating outside great for games

    Covered eating area.

Very good! I started with a bite of the mushrooms-my first response was, oh gesh- way too spicy, I like spice but if my mouth is burning while I eat, & the fire overpowers the taste of the meat, I don't like it. But as I ate the crawfish, it was milder and very palatable. If you like mushrooms and very spicy mushrooms-eat a mushroom then a few crawfish, the spice radiates! We bought 5 lbs, and had 2 potatoes and 2 corn. We would definitely come back-the size were small to medium, a few select.

Great level of spice. Mixed with all sizes. Good flavor and tails come out as they should. Would definitely eat again. They were serving at a HAA event at The Barn. Would highly recommend. There were plenty of seating, big screen outdoor projector playing baseball game. Indoor area too with restrooms and bar.

    10lbs crawfish, (4) corn, (4) potatoes, (4) sausage links, 1 lb shrimp.

These crawfish are sized just right! We came here for the first time tonight by recommendation and we were not disappointed. We did order to go because we like to eat in our backyard. We brought out cooler and didn't even have to use it because they packed them up for us in a disposable one. The price per pound is the lowest we have seen all season for this quality. And the sausage is only $2/ per, when other places are selling them for $5. Good crawfish! Reasonably priced! Served very fast. This is a winner. It's BYOB, so next time we may eat there.

10 lbs of crawfish and they gave us 4 each of corn and potato and a cooler to keep it all in.

Opening day was my first time having Han's after hearing about it for years and I will definitely be returning. The flavor is amazing on all of the food (the sausage is INCREDIBLE) and it was so satisfying for the first mudbugs of the season. Grab a bucket of beer and be ready to wait a while but it's worth it!

Hands down my favorite crawfish in Houston! Make sure you get there early because they tend to sell out every single day. BYOB as well so grab a beer and wait for your crawfish. You won't be disappointed! We discovered this spot during Covid when they were to go only, we would go every single weekend to pick up our at home crawfish picnic lol. They are always a great size and SO tasty. Their new location in Tomball is great. Lots of seating, live music & great vibes! Highly highly recommend!

Talk about consistency! A little bummed that they move locations as the previous location was right around the corner from my house, but definitely worth the drive. This is probably by far one of the best places in the Houston area for crawfish. Lots of open space to sit, BYOB option and occasional live entertainment makes this place one of those spots where you can definitely spend 1/2 day at (with the right crowd, of course) Service is always friendly and visible staff constantly cleaning up and emptying trash cans is also a big plus. Lines can get a bit long BUT grab a rolling cooler and stand in line with a Buddy, it makes the time fly by faster. Here's the thing.. it's not that you have a lot of people in front of you its that every single one of those people have 1000 questions each before ordering lol. Crawfish is sold by the pound. It comes in styrofoam to go containers at 2.5 lbs each so if you order 10 lbs, you will get four Styrofoam containers, bring hands to help.

The menu is short but includes most of the classics. I had the Seafood Tacos and my wife had the Chicken Mole Enchilada. The tacos were surrounded by a flour tortilla (corn is also available) with fish that can be grilled or steamed. Packed with flavor from the onions, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and more I enjoyed every last bite. The plate included rice, beans, and sliced red onion. Delicious My wife loved her selection as well. The serving was big enough to take home what was not consumed allowing her an extra day to enjoy the mole. We also ordered a side of guacamole which was served as a huge rounded scoop on a plank. Don't get me started on the chips we used to eat every last bit of the guacamole. When we told our waiter, Jose, how much we liked the chips he gave us a bag to take home! I had some today and they were still crunchy with a hint of salt. Now to drinks: my wife had the house Pinot Grigio and I the house margarita which I ordered frozen with no salt. The margarita had a clear lime note but did not suffer from it. All in all we agreed that Carmelita's deserves a return visit next time Mexican food is our choice.

I'm not exaggerating...the average age in there had to be about 83. I guess the early bird special got all the senior citizens out there and asleep. On a Saturday night, the place was basically empty by 8:30pm. After eating there, I completely understand why. The French onion soup showed up looking promising, then immediately disappointed. Zero seasoning. No salt, no pepper, just... bland broth sadness. I ordered a T-bone steak, and I've genuinely seen bigger cuts at a grocery store. Not even a nice butcher, just your average supermarket. My steak was paper thin and butchered so poorly it looked like it went 12 rounds with Rocky Balboa. I paid an extra $5 for their "coffee seasoning," and I'm still trying to figure out if they forgot it or just waved it over the plate from across the kitchen. My wife ordered the surf and turf. $109 later, we got what might be the most overpriced plate I've ever seen: a tiny portion, two pieces of asparagus, and about a tablespoon of completely unseasoned mashed potatoes. The lobster tail? Cooked so long it should've come with a warning label. We left wondering how a steakhouse could miss this badly across the board. Save your money. Buy a steak from the grocery store. It'll be bigger, taste better, and you won't feel like you just funded a very slow, very bland experiment.

I didn't want to wait for a remake, so I decided to eat it anyway. The fried fish was barely warm - it obviously wasn't made fresh. Who knows how long it had been sitting out under a half broken heat lamp. Here's hoping I don't get food poisoning. The French bread was soggy and cold, despite only having a sprinkled of wilted, discolored lettuce and, 3 shriveled little slices of tomato that were all still stuck together and packed into the center of the sandwich because the kitchen couldn't cut them properly. The coleslaw was abysmal. I kid you not, this coleslaw was 50% mayonnaise. It was so disgustingly goopy and thick with mayonnaise that I couldn't eat it. Their soda machine tastes off, too. Judging by the looks of the rest of the place it probably hasn't been cleaned in months. It also smelled like egg farts. I don't know if that's wafting in from the gas station that this kitchen is attached to, but it should have been the signal for me to pick somewhere else for lunch. I'm all for dingy little hole-in-the-wall restaurants, but this place is clearly nothing more than the last vestiges of what used to be a decent Cajun fast food chain. I don't expect Catfish Station to be in business for much longer - the people running the place are either incompetent or just don't give a damn about quality. Gross, nasty, food. My day is worse because I went here. If y'all want good Cajun fast food try The Catch on 1960 near Willowbrook Mall. Oh, I almost forgot. This is what I sat in front of while i ate my sandwich. They had some weird decorations up.
