The gumbo here deserves a special mention. It's not your typical Cajun gumbo. There is something different about it. It is incredibly delicious and absolutely a must-try. We also ordered the Texas Mini Plate, which came with two catfish fillets, three shrimps, and fries. The portions were great and the prices are very affordable! I feel like it can be cleaner. Never like you when there's things that need to be fixed like the door knob in the men's restroom. There's no handle on the inside. But when we did have service, it was friendly and courteous. It's not proactive. It's all reactionary. Food was delicious freshly cooked hot flavorful so give it four stars for the food.
