We were in the mood for seafood & in the area so decided to stop in. my partner & i never go out, bc our baby is 7 weeks old. so night outs are important to us these days! the atmosphere was great & we ordered an appetizer which came out & was delicious. when it was time to order our food, my boyfriend ordered the seaholic fried rice & i order the grilled catfish . the waiter wrote it down & left & brought only my food out. 20 min goes by & still no fried rice. we ask if it's coming & the waiter said "she didn't hear him order it" & they were making it now. i get it if u can't hear cause it was loud with ppl drinking, but did it not occur to her that he was not eating then? he definitely told her his order cause if he didn't, he would've just not said anything, or told her exactly "i'm not eating," right?! & she never confirmed he wasn't eating so i guess only wrote down my order? if you only didn't hear him, why not double check or ask him to repeat himself? So I asked to speak to a manager bc by the time the rice came out, i was already done & our baby was getting fussy. I did not want to sit an extra 15 min while he ate because we had to get the baby to sleep soon. She got the manager & we asked for a discount on the rice bc we did not get to enjoy it together. That the only reason we go out in the first place anymore; to eat together! Date nights are non existent with a baby!! He said ok & then came back & only $1.39 was discounted... one dollar!! When the rice was almost $14. I did not want to argue, nor stay out any longer, so we paid & left. Anyways, I thought that was ridiculous so I had to write this review. We would've appreciated atleast 50% off on the rice. Again, your waiter did not confirm that he was / was not eating, did she zone out when he was ordering then? I'm confused. Plus, that was $50 basically down the drain in our eyes as new parents, which sucks. We are people who usually tip well & very kind to staff, as I was in the service industry for years, but i felt that was unacceptable as the manger. The food isn't bad, but the staff sucks. The food is good !.. if you enjoy roaches in your food.. came with a group of friends and was genuinely enjoying the meal until a roach was found in the garlic noodles then after we submitted a complaint to the manager we noticed a roach crawling up the wall.. just for the manager to pretend he didn't see it before having to kill it. Went here 6/13/2026, with a large group. I've gone here plenty of times for good food and drinks. My friend ordered salmon garlic noodles. She had eaten about 75 percent of her food when she noticed a whole ass cock roach cooked into her food. Immediately we all dropped our utensils stopped eating our food and felt disgusted. We promptly. called a manager over to review and inform, as the manager comes over and apologizes, one personal of our group reported a roach was literally climbing on the wall live as we were still all sitting there speaking to the manger. We advised the manger of this and then he proceed to grab a napkin and smushes the cockroach on the wall. So now that's cockroach that was cooked in the food and then one climbing on the wall as we're telling him there's a cooked one in the food Beyond done this was freaking disgusting. I Immediately stated we will pay for our drinks from the bar but we all left our food on the table and stated we will not be eating anymore food nor paying for it. This is honestly ridiculous. A whole dirty a** bug was cooked into a meal and then another one on the wall. We all felt Immediately felt sick and disgusted which is so sad because this is a regular place we like to. But this is unacceptable and disgusting. Thank you to the manger for waiving our meal and apologizing We still payed and tipped for our drinks. We made sure to still tip our server well. The overall flavor of the seafood was good, but unfortunately the crawfish and shrimp were not. Both were extremely soft, and the shrimp shells were very difficult to peel, which is typically a sign of overcooking. The texture alone made the dish unenjoyable, especially considering the price point. When I spoke with the manager about my concerns, the interaction felt combative rather than receptive, and I was repeatedly told that I was wrong instead of being heard as a customer. For more than $80, the quality and customer service did not meet expectations, and I honestly feel I could have gotten a much better meal elsewhere for that price. To add, the sign at the entrance says 9.99 per pound of crawfish, but in reality that's for frozen crawfish according to management and workers. The total price for LIVE crawfish was 10.99. Over the last few years, Houston has had quite a few crab-themed restaurants open, and their names remind me of that SpongeBob episode where Pearl is thinking up new names for The Krusty Krab. I've noticed that most of these other crab restaurants don't get great reviews - many are just terrible - and since one-star seafood might mean a trip to the hospital (or the morgue), I've been reticent to even try them. This one looked more promising, and I thought it was time to take a chance. I'm glad I did! I've only been here once, but I'll definitely come back again. I got the snow crab and the crawfish. Both were excellent! The service was quick and the waiter was friendly. The place wasn't too crowded, as we got there about an hour before closing. The atmosphere wasn't too loud, but that didn't matter, as my wife and I weren't talking much - we were eating crawfish! We each got two pounds of crawfish and one crab each. We could have eaten more, but we were still satisfied when we left. I will say that their scale for heat may overestimate how hot the crawfish are. I like really spicy food, and I chose three flames ("original") for the heat level. I think almost anyone could tolerate that level, so if you like your crawfish really spicy, get it hotter than "original". read more

The parking lot was a bit off putting when we pulled in and the security guard standing at the door didn't make me feel any better. Either way, we got in, sat down and ordered our food. My heat level was weak sauce. As far as flavor they only serve the house special which is a mix of different flavors. I hated it. The sauce was too sweet. The sausage was cheap quality and not cooked long enough for me. The crab legs didn't crack clean so it was hard to get the meat. The corn and boiled egg was the best part and they even messed the egg up by giving me one that was falling apart. Others around me seemed to enjoy their books but it's a not for me. Service was mid to bad. Our waitress disappeared for a cool minute and we needed refills and forks. The atmosphere was okay, we sat outside at the picnic like tables and I was so uncomfortable. Option for head on/off shrimp is something you don't see a lot in these new spots which is something I like. Just ordered a half size of pack #1, medium sauce. Bag was still pretty warm after a 15 minute drive to my sisters. The crawfish were a nice size as were the shrimp. The mudbugs were juicy, but the shrimp were kinda mushy for some reason. I thought it might be just 1 or 2, but by the 4th I gave up. Sauce was tasty, but with medium I was expecting a little spice. Butter sauce on the side was good. Went here after being extremely let down by Captain Tom's Oysters. I was really craving oysters that day! I could not get them out of my head!!! I should have just come here first. Fast friendly service, fresh oysters... Exactly what i wanted! I ended up hetting 1lb of garlic butter clams, 6 raw oysters and 6 sakura oysters. Both types of oysters were meaty and fresh and beautiful. The thing I did not like was the sakura pysters were a bit salty. I think it was too much caviar on top. Came here last year when they were called The Crab Station but have since been rebranded as Seaholics. And that's exactly how that crawfish tasted, like it was fresh out of the sea. The crawfish was dirty and there were pieces of seaweed in my batch. The potatoes also weren't cooked all the way through. Don't know if it was an off day or what, but it was disappointing. We ordered several pounds of crawfish throughout the night. I wanna say probably 10 lbs worth with the Shazam flavor, which was DELICIOUS! A combination of sweet, savory, garlicky, hint of citrus, and spicy! Highly recommended! The ONLY I suggest is that they need to clean the crawfish a little more thoroughly because we found several blades of grass. Other than that, the crawfish itself were clean and barely and black stuff on the meat! We also ordered a basket of fried catfish and fried shrimp which came with Cajun fries. Everything was great, but the fries were AMAZING! It's not your traditional cut fries, but between a wedge and thin steak fries. Whoever thought of this cut was one clever cookie! The oysters were so good! We ordered several dozens of the Sakura and garlic Parmesan. Loved it all! Super fresh and clean, as well as great size meat! Garlic noodles with andouille sausage were okay as my niece stated. I thought the noodles were good enough flavor as is, however she thought it was slightly bland. She started to take the Shazam sauce from our crawfish to drizzle over the noodles, and thought it tasted better that way. Great margaritas I have to say! And presentation was definitely photo worthy! All in all, I can't get enough of this place and I'm super excited to come back! My husband is not a seafood person, but they have plenty other selections like the Wagu Burger! I'm super excited for him to visit!!!!
