Came here with my partner to get drinks after work. The vibes are great for dates or just hanging out with friends / coworkers. They have open seating in a covered outside patio in addition to some indoor seating. It gets quite packed here so I would recommend coming early if you want to get a seat. We tried a couple cocktails, which were good and priced normally. I stopped in a few days ago with a friend for what was supposed to be a quick drink, and instead experienced some of the most unprofessional service I've encountered in a long time. After ordering cocktails, I sat down briefly to check my bus route so I could plan my trip home. The bartender, a white man with long blonde hair wearing a button-down shirt, looked at me and, in a distinctly passive-aggressive tone, said, "Is that a thing people your generation do? Do they not sit and talk to people anymore?" The comment was unsolicited and frankly rude. He then proceeded to say that he'd been noticing "people like me" failing to strike conversation with him which made him upset. What made the situation more concerning was that I then observed him tell another customer to leave simply for speaking to a friend on the phone. It began to feel less like a one-off comment and more like a pattern of targeted behavior. Notably, the individuals he seemed to take issue with, including myself, were people of color, which raises serious concerns about bias in how customers are being treated. My friend and I will not be returning here. Do better. read more

We originally tried to sit outside because they have such a lovely outdoor area, but it was so crowded and the acoustics were so bad we couldn't even hear each other. Luckily there was space in their indoor section which was surprisingly much quieter. I got not one, but two Royal Scams, a fruity yet very balanced and acidic drink. The selection of craft cocktails is unique, and you'll be able to find something based on your favorite liquor. I love Mezcal, so I went with the Lucila which is made with mezcal, lime, pineapple gum, and pamplemousse rose. This was really refreshing, and one of those drinks that's a little too easy to drink. The ambiance is pretty cool, the bar area is very tropical, and they have a a really big covered patio, which is great for big and small groups. I've walked by here a few times, and it definitely gets packed. The bartenders were quick, attentive, and really cool people. 20% gratuity is added to every check, which is something they tell everybody when you walk in and present your valid ID.
