We had been eager to try this restaurant since it opened. For an Elite Yelp Event we went there and got take out. I order the regular friend chicken without sauces. I was a bit afraid of the spicy hot flavors. My husband got the Sweet and Spicy variety. I got fries and he got masked potatoes, spicy variety. Along with my meal, a tossed salad was included. I was very disappointed at the quality of the chicken I got. The coating was so "crispy" that it cut my mouth. Also, the chicken was overcooked to the point of being dry and tasteless. I felt like my chicken may have been cooked earlier and then re-fried when it was to come out to me. That was not the case for the sweet and spicy variety that my husband got. The coating was not overly spicy and the chicken was not so dry. The tossed salad was terrific. Very fresh, crunchy romaine lettuce and little sweet tomatoes. The fries were the highlight of the meal for me. I am not sure what is one them, but they stayed crispy and tasty for the ride home and then on the table. So excited to try this place out, as it came a recommendation to me on Yelp. Had it delivered to my office. I ordered two sauces (which was an additional $3 charge) and I didn't get the sauces. So now it's just fried chicken in my opinion. Disappointed as the sauces were all the rage in the reviews. It is good chicken, but can't really experience the Korean side of it. Tons of tables here to accommodate large parties and tons of small tables for smaller groups as well. We came here on an afternoon during the weekend. The one our party was not a fan of was the wasabi chicken with green onions. Although It looks neat and pretty, the flavor was not as good as the others. The original flavor is nice and peppery. Not too spicy though. We did order a side sauce of their top spicy sauce and it was okay. Not much heat. Their chicken pieces vary in size based on the cut of the chicken. Might be tough if sharing equally amongst your party. Pricing is average. Much cheaper if you go with a group rather than smaller party. Our orders came with radish and cole slaw. Our server was a bit pushy at times as he kept asking us if we needed side dishes once we made our order. We told them we wanted just the main entrees. However, he was persistent to ask for additional side dishes. There are tons of tv screens here so you can definitely catch up on sports while eating here. Angry Chicken is a great spot for dine in or to go. With sauces galore and chicken in every variety you could imagine this place is sure to please chicken lovers! They also have noodle dishes and some great Korean dishes if you need want to switch it up. The menu does seem a little all over the place without a central theme besides, well chicken, but not a single thing we ate was disappointing. They have arguable the best wings I have tried in the last 6-9 months. They are perfectly crispy on the outside and so juicy on the inside. Honestly perfect from a wing perspective. One note, they do not toss their wings in the sauce but instead drizzle it on top and below the wings so if you like them saucy, maybe ask for extra. We were partial to the angry sauce which was a good balance of heat and flavor. The Mac and Cheese was so darn good and I am excited to go back and just have that and wings again and again. This little Korean Chicken joint is pretty tasty! We came in on a Sunday and were greeted and sat. The first thing I noticed was the table was a little sticky. Nothing too major - I'm pretty sure it's just because the table has some kind of lacquer on it that makes it feel sticky on skin. We were brought out water and we started to dive into the menu. Of course there's a lot of chicken, but there's also a lot of other items too, like burgers and fries. I opted for 10 wings with the sweet & spicy sauce and mac & cheese - Girlfriend went with some kind of rice and chicken that was really spicy. I came here for lunch and I thought the chicken was good, but not great for Korean friend chicken. There was such an overuse of sauce that made the chicken less enjoyable. Also, the side dishes were not flavorful or good quality. The mac and cheese was bland and the noodles were really overcooked. The corn salad was drenched in a sauce that was too overpowering. I also got a side of rice and it was no good at all, with some small mushy globs of in my bowl. My brother and I didn't finish any of those dishes, and we came hungry. The service was great. Update - YAY this place is finally open again for dine-in! I've been getting take out pretty frequently during quarantine but I missed the atmosphere of this place. We went to watch one of the games so I asked to be sat by a TV. Well they sure delivered, they gave me ALL the TVs, from my seat I could see 5 TVs ^_^ All tables are socially distanced, all staff members were wearing masks, they really are taking covid precautions seriously. Also if you haven't tried the mashed potatoes, you're missing out. The gravy is the best part, slightly spicy, absolutely delicious. It's delicious chicken in an unconventional restaurant set up. The space is made up of many booths with high walls between them. There is an open area with tables also. I don't know what this restaurant was before, but it's a peculiar set up. The staff were nice enough but the service was just OK. We didn't see them often. We had to wait a while to ask them for silverware. I asked for a fork for the Mac & cheese and I was kinda hoping they'd bring a knife, fork, spoon set for me and one for my wife. Apart from the KFC, they do have a couple different stews to choose from- Army Stew and Dduk Bokki. We ended up going around lunch time and they offer a nice Lunch Special which includes 10 wings and fries for either $11.99 or $12.99 depending on which combo you order. I realized once we got the chicken that it was an assortment of wings and thighs which I didn't see stated on the menu but no biggie, the thighs were very juicy but perhaps, it's a good thing to note. Angry Chicken equals Happy Diner. Why the three stars though? 1) It feels like forever before the food arrives to your table even when it's not busy and/or jam packed inside. I saw this spot on yelp and knew I needed to try it because what is better than super crispy fried chicken? They are located in a popular strip so on a Friday night parking can be tricky. We thankfully found a spot right away but while eating we watched several cars circling the lot looking for a spot. We got our menu and it's pretty straight forward with only chicken on the menu. We did find out you can order sides like fries, side salads, macaroni and cheese but these aren't on the menu. We ordered the #2 half and half which had half the original and half sweet and spicy. This fried chicken really exceeded my expectations with just how crispy and flavorful it was. The sweet and spicy had great flavor and a manageable amount of spice. I removed the one star for not having their full menu easy to access but since this is a new restaurant I'm sure they'll be able to correct this with a new version of the menu. read more

The reason for the poor review is that I never find it acceptable to receive the wrong order I ordered the roast chicken (no. 18) and this clearly not what I got. Per my receipt, I received the original chicken, which is fried and not roasted. Again, the food is good, but I was looking for chicken that wasn't greasy (as my stomach was already bothering me), but got this instead. If you were simply out of the item, I understand, but at least give the opportunity to order something else for cancel my order all together. The chefs special sauce adds a lot and the sliced jalapenos give it some real kick.
