Incredible and fairly affordable pizza in SF. I loved the cozy ambiance and how tucked in it felt. Our server was great, too. Everything was fab, but the fingerling potato pizza was the star of the show. Do not miss it. Dessert was also delicious. The only downside is that they do not offer liquor, so you are limited to beer, a couple of vermouth options, or wine. Not a big deal, but good to keep in mind.

I had been stalking this restaurant on Yelp and couldn't wait to go on a Friday after work. This place did not disappoint. I got the pepperoni pizza that had basil & hot honey on it - it was simply delicious. The size of the pie was perfect. I was able to scarf down all but two slices and could've devoured those but wanted to take a couple of slices home to eat the next day. The person who took my order was friendly which is always a plus.

The pepperoni honey pizza is def the star of the show. It's perfectly sweet-salty balanced and full of different textures that got my senses confused (but in a good way!). The pepperoni is crispy but the honey rounds it out instead of turning it into a sugar bomb, it was rich but also balanced, somehow every bite was perfect. In contrast to some pizza places that go way too hard on the honey pizza trend. Simple combo, but done really well. I kept going back for "one more bite" until the pizza was gone. The brisket pizza didn't do it for me. Way too much cheese, which drowned everything else out, even though the brisket itself was well made. Maybe it just doesn't belong on pizza. Or maybe it does, just not like this. Price is high though. Two small pizzas came out to around $50, for take out. The pepperoni honey was 100% worth it and I'd come back just for that. The brisket pizza was not. Service was quick and I was honestly surprised how empty it was. But Maybe it was bc I was there on a Monday night. Place was clean and small.

LOVED this spot! Everything we ate was fantastic. The vibes were so cozy, it was very dark inside for dinner service which I loved. Our waiter was so attentive and she gave great recommendations. Highly recommend this place if you're in the mission!

We managed to get a table for two here on a busy Friday! The wait for walk in wasn't too long maybe 30 minutes at 730pm. We got the margarita pizza and the brisket. I really enjoyed the margarita and their chilli sauce is just delicious. The meat one was said to be too much salad - I added some of the salad to my vegetarian pizza and I liked it. Overall great service, nice food, but one thing was the seats we were in were very squished, the person behinds me chair was pushing into me the whole meal.

Butternut Squash Pizza

Came here on a Friday night around 5:15. The restaurant did fill up quickly so if you're able to, I would try making a reservation just in case. We ordered two pizzas. Butternut squash was okay, but I probably wouldn't order again. The date pizza was delicious (although I could be biased bc I love goat cheese). Fun vibe. Wine was good and 2 pizzas plus an app were big enough for 3 of us.

Nice option for a date night! Loved the pepperoni - it was both savory and sweet due to the honey they drizzle on top. Prices seemed to be pretty standard. It was fun to sit right next to the oven where they fire all their pizzas. If you do go, I'd recommend a reservation. When we went for a table of two, they were luckily able to seat us as walk ins, but they had to reclaim the table within 40 minutes. Service is nice! They were quick with our orders.

Many places in San Francisco to grab pizza in San Francisco. The Mission District has been a little behind in the past when it comes to pizza. Today the Mission District has lots of pizza offerings from pizza parlors expanding. There are some home grown Mission District ones like Pizzeria Delfina and Flour +Water. Then on 16th street just past Guerrero street the first Nizarrio Pizza was established and set the tone and foundation of the current Mission Pizza scene. On an Autumn stroll through my childhood neighborhood and block on 16th and Guerrero and just past Spencer alley ( iykyk) and before Dolores street there is one of the best pizza places in all San Francisco. At first I was skeptical because of the location ( so many stories). I entered Angie's Pizza and it was welcoming. This place was playing vintage battle rapper Sparky D ( use to battle Roxanne Shante) music which made this place stand out along with the ambience and the layout. I tried the Pepperoni pizza which had Garlic Chili Honey, and Basil. It wasn't too doughy and had the right amount of cheese and the pepperoni was crispy and delicious. The next pizza I tried was the Margherita which consisted of Mozzarella and Basil. The sauce was tasty and firewood pizza thin crust was the right texture and it wasn't too cheesy. Lastly I had the Toasted marshmallow ice cream which was one best ice creams I had in a while. Must plan a visit to Angie's on 16th street between Guerrero and Dolores street. My "advice " is to come grab a Topo Chico with "ice" and grab more than one pizza " slice" from Angie's pizza in the Mission a San Francisco pizza " paradise" Angies's is past 16th and "Guerrero"you come as you are with your casual "apparel "the entrance is a little "narrow "but the pepperoni pizza has a good kick like 49ers place kicker "Eddy Piñeiro"

Roasted Broccoli

We stopped by Angie's at 5:30 pm on a Saturday evening, and we were seated immediately. We ordered the Roasted Broccoli pizza and the Mixed Green Salads (+ Parm ofc). The pizza was delicious - chewy crust, savory due to cheddar cheese, and light. The salad was fresh, lemony bite. All in all so solid so good! They let us hang out here far after we were done with our food, which was very kind. It's such a great choice for catch ups with the besties!

Eggplant Pizza & Mozzarella Pizza

Intimate and cute - this is the perfect spot for a date or to meet friends before a night out in the Mission. Although they can't accommodate huge groups, they have booth, bar, and table seating for everyone. The food is solid - the chef rotates the menu items seasonally. I've enjoyed every pizza I have tried here - eggplant, mozzarella, white funghi. There are a decent amount of items for vegetarians. There's an extensive wine collection with plenty of other alcoholic & non alcoholic options as well. Every time I have gone in on the weekend, the owner is present and he does a great job of checking in and asking if everything is going alright.

Newer pizza place in SF! You can RSVP on Resy. They also update their menu, not sure if this is a seasonal thing but pizzas do change. My group of 5 got: - Pepperoni (4/5) Our group's favorite of the 3 that we ordered. The garlic chili honey was the star for this pizza but I feel like I just need to buy that sauce. - Italian Sausage (3/5) I completely forgot we ordered this one and had to ask a friend to see what I missed so it was not memorable and I have no notes for this one. - Date (3/5) I've never had dates on a pizza so this was a unique one but I can't say it was crazy good or crazy bad so overall, ok. This place NEEDS more ventilation. Prepare to be sweating because it's just warm air circulating and it gets mega hot when you go to the back or use the restrooms. For around $20 a pizza, idk man. Overall, an ok place and I would probably only come back for the Pepperoni or to try the Japanese Eggplant OR honestly the desserts look good.

Service was absolutely amazing. Staff was very kind and helpful in recommendations. Food- both pizzas were amazing. The white sauce paired well with the spicy meat pizza we had. The crust was perfect for my taste - thin but not cardboard thin that it feels like a flatbread. This still felt like a pizza. The crust was crunchy yet soft and the taste of the dough itself was enjoyable. I would definitely come back if I'm craving pizza. The ambiance is quaint. Good for 2-3 people but maybe not for large groups. The menu isn't extensive but there is a good amount of selection. Overall might be my favorite pizza spot in SF for now.

The entire pizza had shifted in the box, slices were folded over, grease was splattered all over the lid, and it was no longer hot by the time it arrived. What made this even more frustrating was the amount paid for delivery. In addition to the food cost, I paid a $3.99 delivery fee, a $5.70 service fee, and tipped the driver $5.50. For that kind of added cost, I think it's reasonable to expect the pizza to arrive level, intact, and hot. The restaurant is about 4 miles from my house, and it appeared the delivery was made by bicycle, which may explain why the pizza ended up tilted and damaged during transport. I can't say that for certain, but something clearly went wrong between the restaurant and my door. The pizza itself may have been good fresh out of the oven, but the delivery experience completely ruined it.
