We ordered Long Bridge on Uber Eats for dinner. We got the large LOADING DOCK: Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella, Soppressata, Sausage, Mushroom, Garlic, Thyme, Parmesan. The pizza was enormous, I had no clue it would be this big. I think this is the type of pizza you eat right there fresh and hot. It was really amazing. I love the flavor and balance. As 2 people, we did not finish the entire pizza and had some amazing leftovers. I got their ranch sauce on the side, it was good and light to really go with a rich red sauce pizza. I highly recommend trying them out! If this was a to go order, it's probably even better in person!
Came here before the Valkyries home opener. Nice little place within walking distance from Chase Center. We ordered, then sat in the side room. There was one other party of 2 sitting in the same room with us. Shortly afterwards, at least 2 or 3 more parties came in and we were all having lunch before going to the game. So that was pretty cool. One small pizza is enough to feed 2 people.
So good! Loved the Sofia and the sourdough crust in general. The staff was very accommodating of our large group, and the space was just the right size for us.
This is one of my favorite spots to get pizza from! The crust is sourdough which makes it more on the thinner side. It is very crispy and they're pretty generous with the toppings. We ended up getting a large loading dock pizza for 3 people. We had two slices each and had enough for leftovers. I enjoyed their ranch as well!!! There is a good amount of seating in the restaurant! There's also a 21+ seating section in the back for more room too. The service didn't take long as well. So good for sourdough crust!
Can we get a wow that's expensive? $22 for a personal pizza, or what they call a small. No options for individual slices. Quiet, clean, and hard to find parking. I was not a fan of their crust, sauce, cheese, and toppings. Got their supreme and it reminded me of an expensive Red Baron pizza from Safeway. I'm really into a New York style crispy yet chewy dough when cooked, not like a harder flavorless dough like here. Just not liking the acidity of the sauce as well. I get it, fresh tomatoes, but maybe get some sweeter tomatoes or balance it out somehow? Like I said it's extremely pricey for what you get and it left us not wanting more.
Between how long they've been around, the positive reviews written by Yelp friends, and all of the times we've hung out in Dogpatch and Potrero Hill, I have no one to blame but me for not knowing about Long Bridge Pizza for so long. Ironically enough, it wasn't even their pizza that put them on my radar either. Rather, it was actually their smashburger that I came across while reading about WesBurger clsoing. I guess what they say is true - when one door closes, another opens! I just wish I knew to open this one a whole lot earlier... Stepping inside, the first thing that struck me was how large this place is. The front counter area has two separate registers (one for ordering, the other for pickups) and just a couple of high tops, but behind it is another section with a bunch of tables and TVs and a back room for large groups and/or private parties. Similarly, the menu is just as big, featuring over a dozen combos (half with meat, half without), a gluten-free crust, and even plant-based mozzarella. Sadly, they don't offer their pizzas by the slice, but they do have some terrific weekday lunch specials, including their aforementioned smashburgers (Tuesdays), sandwiches (Wednesdays), and square pizzas (Thursdays). -- SMACK STACK CHEESEBURGER (Tuesdays Only) - Two 3oz Smashed Beef Patties, American Cheese, Griddled Onions, Pickles, Mayo, and Mustard on a Potato Roll with Seasoned Curly Fries Not sure I agree with the hype, but not too shabby either. The patties were super juicy and I loved how the cheese and toppings melded so well together. That said, between the patties, onions, mustard, and mayo, this did feel a bit greasy/slick. -- DRUNK CLUCK VAN PARM SANDWICH (Wednesdays Only) - Crispy Chicken Cutlet, House Vodka Sauce, Mozzarella, Mama Lil's Hot & Sweet Peppers, Honey, Basil, and Parmesan with Vodka Dipping Sauce Thankfully, this tasted as awesome as it sounded! Although the batter, understandably, lost some crispiness under the sauce, the chicken was really moist and the seasoning/flavors were great! Plus, I love that the vodka sauce wasn't too sweet either. -- SEASONED CURLY FRIES Add this to my Drunk Cluck Van Parm Sandwich (it comes with the Smack Stack Cheeseburger) and it's well worth the money. Each time I've had them, the fries were perfectly crispy on the outside, seasoned well, not too salty, and just oh so freaking good. -- LOADING DOCK SQUARE PIZZA (Thursdays Only) - Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella, Cheddar, Soppressata, Mushroom, Garlic, Thyme, and Parmesan I had high hopes for this one and it didn't disappoint. I just wish this also had Italian sausage on it! -- A LOVE SUPREME - Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella, Pepperoni, Sausage, Mushrooms, Olives, Red Onions, Green Bell Peppers, Parmesan A pretty standard take on a supreme, but no less satisfying. Aside from the bell peppers being chopped instead of sliced (they felt mushy), the toppings were delicious and plentiful. I just wish this had been a whole lot cheesier. -- LOADING DOCK PIZZA - Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella, Cheddar, Soppressata, Mushroom, Garlic, Thyme, and Parmesan Between having already tried this and its similarity to the supreme, we probably should've got something different, but I couldn't resist. While still loaded with toppings, the notably thinner crust on this one wasn't quite as good, as it got soggy from all of the mushrooms. Beyond the food here, the staff here is dope. Each time I've been here, the workers have all been really friendly and the kitchen get orders out relatively fast. One thing worth noting, though, is that those lunch specials are more like special offerings rather than special deals. Not a complaint, as each one I've tried has been worth it, for the most part, but possibly something worth mentioning if you're walking in looking for a steal of a deal for lunch. All in all, between their menu options, how good the food is, and how much space the restaurant has to offer, Long Bridge is an awesome spot whether it be for takeout/delivery or to meetup with groups of friends, especially for Giants or Warriors games down the street. Plus, there's plenty of nearby street parking within a block or two! Long Bridge - you'll definitely be seeing me again soon!
whoa whoa whoa FULL STOP I was not expecting the smash burger to overshadow the pizza but it blew my expectations. Only on Tuesdays, you get a perfectly made smash burger (the bread was on the soft side but I saw it was lightly toasted) and a side of crispy well seasoned curly fries for $20+. A bit steep for a burger but it's not bad if you decide to share it. I came for the pizza but left with the taste of my new fav smashburger in town. Highly rec + you can be assured I will be back.
Very good thin slice pizza. No slices available when we went so ordered whole pies. As suggested on the menu, a small is good for 1-2 people. The pizza toppings were pretty good and stayed intact. Each slice was pretty crunchy too.

Unless you're making mad money (or getting subsidized), this place should not be on your list. I'm lucky my employer subsidized a good portion of this place, because when I saw the price, I would've never thought of coming here otherwise. Dogpatch parking is somewhat iffy, but I did a to go order so I can't comment the situation. I placed my order at 11:15am and it took a good 45-50min for it to be ready, so just make sure to order ahead if you're coming here for pickup! I ordered a large loading dock pizza, and man, $45 for a 18" pizza is really hard to justify. They gave a generous amount of mushrooms and meats, but you have to be a mushroom lover to get this one. Personally got sick of the mushrooms due to the sheer amount versus what I was expecting, but the other ingredients and flavors complimented the pizza well. My favorite part is definitely the crust, which tastes like sourdough and tastes fresh with a chewy texture. Inside has a industrial vibe, and looks like a great place to hang out...if you're loaded. Yes the pizza was thin, yes the crust was fresh and chewy, and yes the cheese pull was good, but no $45 pizza should not be normalized. However, if you ARE strapped like that, then this place is really good, and probably has one of the best pizza crusts in the city.
One of the best smash burgers I've had in the city. Finally a place that really gives you the lacy edges all the way around across two patties. Needed a little more salt, but otherwise excellent. Curly fries were just fine, also lacked salt. We also had the pesto pizza which was solid.
$30 for lunch for 1. Drunk Cluck chicken parm sandwich. Nice crispy crust and sauce was delicious. Bread was crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. Service was friendly and prompt. Sandwiches only available on Wednesday's.
We loved this pizza place! The character of the space is really nice with a internal window separated inside so you might not feel crowded when enjoying the food! Their pizza is softer and not too hard which we liked a lot! Their buffalo chicken pizza is sooo popular and sold out quickly but definitely is a must try!
Pizza here is amazing!! Why? Because they use a sourdough crust!!! I usually order take out, but they also have a dining room in the back. My go to order is The Loading Dock pizza which comes with tomato sauce, mozzarella, soppressata, sausage, mushroom, garlic, thyme and parmesan cheese. I love how you can taste each ingredient on its own and one doesn't overpower the other. This time I decided to also get the Pesto which comes with tomato sauce, mozzarella, ricotta, garlic, red onion and topped with pesto and parmesan cheese. I also added chicken to it and that was real yummy. The guy at the counter offered parmesan cheese, but since I don't like the packaged fake stuff I kindly declined and told him why. To my surprise he said, "This is not the crappy stuff. We actually grate our own cheese in house". That's all I had to hear... Cozy and delicious! The pizza is exactly what I like in pizza, thin and with creative flavors. Inside, you have tables in an area that is cozy and it's very well decorated. We ordered 2 small pizzas for four people. The only downside is that you can't do half one flavor and half the other. You have to commit. The service is friendly and kind. Would recommend if you can reach consensus on what pizza you want . Some of my friends did say that the meatballs were delicious (I just wanted pizza), and they would have wanted the bottom the pizza to be more toasted. I didn't have that issue so again it's all about preferences. They also, offer non alcoholic beer! read more

BEST PIZZA IN TOWN!! I've actually never heard of this pizza spot so glad I stumbled upon it while walking. The positive reviews on Yelp definitely made me excited about trying it. I ordered at the counter and waited about 15 minutes before it was ready. The pizza came out pipping hot! I ordered their most popular meat pizza - Loading Dock. I got a small, which serves 1-2 people. The crust was crispy, and I loved the toppings, especially the mushroom and sausage. The pizza was perfectly seasoned and wasn't salty. I will be back to try other items on their menu! read more

Yummmm. Maybe some of the best slices you can get in the city. That is if you like that classic nyc thin crust pies. The hot honey is something you must order. It's the yummy balance of salty from the pepperonis and sweet and hot from the hot honey. When it gets too hot the honey soothes for a sweet kick. Not only that there's a chili sauce that gets drizzled on for that extra flare of heat. The crust is thin while not being too charred and soggy. Perfection if you ask me! I would say the meatball pie wasn't as delectable as the hot honey but also a solid pie. The meatballs were decent sized and flavorful. I would say there wasn't a dynamic hot and sour or hot and sweet going on but a solid pie. Excited for my next slice! read more

Kept it simple, got a small Island Vibin' to share with a friend. The crust was banging, although I found the toppings combined to be too salty. It's savory, greasy, chewy-yet-crispy in all the ways you'd expect a decent pizza joint in California to be like...although that type of pizza is not my personal cup of tea haha The service was fast though, pizza came out in under 10 minutes and my friend and I demolished it in equally that same amount of time. read more

Solid pizza spot in Dogpatch! I stopped by Long Bridge for dinner with 2 friends and really enjoyed my meal here. We came Saturday around 6 pm and it wasn't too crowded. There was plenty of seating available. Parking is all street parking in this area. We were lucky and snagged a parking spot right in front of the restaurant. We shared 2 pizzas: a small Pesto ($18.75) and a small Loading Dock ($20.50). A small is 12" / 6 slices and serves 1-2 people, so we thought 2 small pizzas would be just the right amount of food. However, none of us were super hungry, so we ended up with a couple slices leftover. Both pizzas were excellent, but to be honest, I might have enjoyed the vegetarian pesto pizza a bit more. That's surprising given that the Loading Dock has my two favorite pizza toppings - sausage and mushroom, but the pesto pizza had incredible flavor. We all agreed the pesto was our favorite, so don't sleep on this pizza! read more
Me and two of my friends are big pizza people, and Long Bridge Pizza was on the way to our music event, so had to stop by! We ordered the Island Vibe' and we were all impressed! It came with tomato sauce, mozzarella, cheddar/jack blend, pineapple, pepperoni, hot coppa, red onion, scallion, Calabrian chili paste, and parmesan. The Calabrian chili paste definitely gave a kick to it, but wasn't overly spicy. It was a tad greasy but wasn't too bad. Service was pretty fast for how many people were in the store. There are so many pizza options so I would definitely recommend if you're in the area. read more

One of my favorite sf pizzas!! The thin crust is perfectly crispy and light. My favorite was the hot 'n honey - the sauce on top was sweet, spicy, and made the pizza soo creamy. It's been a few years since we've had Long Bridge Pizza and I was really craving their sourdough crust, so here we are. Disappointingly, it's not quite the same pizza that I remember -- although nostalgia is usually hard to beat. I remember the dough being so much tangier and more glutinous than it was this time around. The crust was still thin, which was good. We got the vegetarian and the meatball pizza. I wanted the vegetarian version of the hot honey, but it was all sold out! Service was pretty quick and the pizzas didn't take too long. We ordered marinara sauce on the side and when they brought it to another table of Asian people who looked very confused about getting the sauces, I knew they had mixed up our order lol. We went up to ask about our sauce and the staff exchanged confused looks and took a few minutes conferencing because they had thought they'd already given the sauce. Was it a micro-aggression? Yeah, but at least it was pretty funny. This was the first time dining in -- we've always done takeout -- and the decor is cute! Very baseball-themed and they have coloring books for kids AND adults. It's solid pizza for the size and the price, but without the tangy sourdough and cornmeal crust that I remember, it's not the kind of pizza that'll give me cravings anymore. read more

Came here last night after all star festivities. The restaurants at thrive city were all packed and super long lines so we decided to walk a bit further out. Service was a bit slower than I would have wanted. With ordering and waiting for the pizza. But it was a little crowded? It was a chill / casual area. Three of us shared a small love supreme and it was enough since we were not super hungry. 6 slices. I like the thin crust but it was a bit too flimsy and hard to eat as things would fall off. Flavor and toppings were decent. I wish they had a white sauce pizza. But overall not bad. I would go again if I was in the area. read more
Not enough restaurants in SF that incorporate the bridge into their names. When it comes to Long Bridge Pizza (LBP), this is a bridge to pizza heaven. LBP has a real shot at pizza royalty in SF and it's not being talked about enough. It's tucked away in the dog patch area almost? Not a lot of foot traffic here. That will maybe save you some wait time on potentially top 5 pizza in SF. I've had two different pies here and both were exceptional. One was fresh and the other delivered. It still held up. Let's not get complicated about this. LBP is big time NY style pizza. If you have a reason to eat here don't think twice. (4.7 Stars) read more

Came here on a Sunday for dinner and there were plenty of empty tables. It can get a bit noisy but securely has that neighborhood joint ambiance that makes it so inviting. You order up at the counter and they bring the pizza out to you, which takes about 15-20 minutes. We got the Hot N' Honey, and it was really good! Crispy crush with a medley of tasty toppings. Came on a Friday night after climbing. Ended up getting a small loading dock for myself. Decent pizza. I believe it was a sourdough crust. At least it tasted like it to me. The crust was thin and had a nice char to it on the bottom. It's not the best pizza I've had but for a place outside of NY, it's pretty good. Size is decent and a small can easy feed two people and be filling. read more

One of the best sourdough pizza crust in the city. Definitely ranks up with goat hill pizza. Got the margarita pizza to be simple and the loading dock pizza. Both were delicious. You taste the sourdough crust in each and every bite. I think these pizza tastes best when fresh or hot. Ate the pizza an hr later after finishing some errands and didn't taste the same. Pop it in the air fryer to heat up and tastes as good as eating it fresh out of the oven. The staff here are friendly. One thing to note is that if you order online your pizza won't come out any sooner than their time given. I usually order from my office down the street walk over and have to wait until the time that was mentioned on my order. Then somehow right on the dot on the order time my pizza is ready. Love this small thin crust Loading Dock pizza - perfectly delicious for two to share for lunch. Great flavors with the sausage, soppressata, mushrooms, and garlic. It's Tuesday and the day's special is a cheeseburger on most of the other tables...we'll be back to taste it on another Tuesday. Staff is friendly, service is excellent. Comfortable space. read more

I came here with around a dozen people on a Friday afternoon, and there was plenty of seating available in the back area of the rustic-decorated restaurant. We ordered a few large pizzas including the Hot N' Honey and A Loading Dock, and we also had a person Hot N' Honey pizza for our group. The workers were very helpful in getting us seated and being out the plates and utensils before our pizza was served. Our group quickly finished all pizzas available on the table. We all stated that the Hot N' Honey pizza was the best pizza there and that we would have all been satisfied had we ordered only Hot N' Honey pizzas for the whole table. While their other pizzas were also satisfying, I would love to come back for the Hot N' Honey pizza specifically at Long Bridge Pizza every time. read more
