Great place for nails in Marble Falls. Great service, very clean and everyone is competent

Yeah I'm pissed. I used to absolutely love this place and told so many ladies about it. Now I'm never going back. My most recent experience was horrible and I'll be changing my salon. First it began with me choosing the color swatch from their selection. Then she's drilling off my previous dip product and keeps burning through my nail bed and I finally jumped from the pain and pulled my hand away and I said you're burning through my nail beds. She said it was because I had glitter in my old product. NO. Then she asked if I wanted to keep my natural nail length and I said yes. Next she chops my left hand nails down to the skin right after and then they're gone! Next, 3/10 of the tips she fitted were clearly too small for my naturals and since I was doing coffins I pointed to the exposed edges and said are you going to be able to blend this, it isn't the right size. She snapped back with I'M NOT FINISHED YET. I said I know you're not finished yet I'm asking if you're going to be able to blend the corners with too small of a tip. Again, I'M NOT FINISHED YET. Next she pulls the color N70 and starts dipping my nails and right away I noticed this is nothing like the color I chose. I said um wait wait. This isn't anything like what you have up there that I picked. "It just looks different cause those are old and it just doesn't have the glitter." I told her no, it's not just the glitter it's a completely different shade. I pulled up the photo I took of the swatch and showed her and I said see how this is a ballerina ivory/ pink- it's nothing like it. She said "the color looks good on your hand." I said but it isn't what I asked for. She continued to dip my nails in this old lady boring grey/ muted mauve and didn't apologize or anything. So now I'm walking around with nails that I absolutely hate with exposed naturals that are catching everything and are an uneven mess! I told her it's a good thing these aren't for my wedding. Lastly, when I got up to wash my hands I come back in five seconds and she took my phone, my open handbag, and my Stanley and moved it into a pile on a random table and already had another client in my chair. SHE DIDN'T EVEN ASK TO TOUCH MY BELONGINGS! So I'm absolutely done. Thanks Michelle. Best of luck to the salon read more

loud music and staff constantly chattering at each other in Vietnamese which makes for less than relaxing experience. Rude.

I spent 3 hours in this place an still left unhappy. I was patient and very upstanding being I was a walk in. Worst experience and extremely unhappy with my nails! Older lady that works there acts very pissy while trying to show how I wanted my nails shaped! She actually tossed the nail file at me like she was pissed off. That's when I said. If you don't like the way I want my nail shaped I'd rather someone else take care of me. I'll never go back. This place sucks! Although Henry tried to make it right he's a sweet guy! Always have a fantastic experience here, but my experience with Cindy today was above and beyond. I just had a simple pedicure but her skill at every step of the process was fabulous- good massage pressure, gentle with the tools, neatly and efficiently applied the color- can highly recommend this shop and its staff. read more

Clean spa that easily fit mom and I in on same day. Mom doesn't like polish so they gave an extended massage which she really enjoyed. The pedicurist was very attentive. My own pedicurist did a great job smoothing my nails and cleaning them up after a few weeks of rough outdoor work. Feet felt and looked terrific after for a reasonable price. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would, they were very very rude, didn't do what I wanted, which was a simple design, A HEART, and they couldn't even get that through their heads, it caused my daughter a lot of stress and tears because she values her nails and works a lot for the money she uses for those. I'm truly disappointed and appalled with everything that happened today and I will NOT be back, complete and utter disgust about this place and I was taking a quick look around and they definitely don't clean as much as they need too in their foot spas and hand stations, very likely to get foot fungi from here seeing how they do pedicures. Not a good business and very rude people, I am a traveler so it may be just tourist that have bad experiences but truly horrid. read more

I've used Cindy with Angel Nails about 6 years. I refer everyone to Angel Nails. They have such a clean salon and I've never had a bad experience. I get the dip nails and I am always so pleased. I hate to get pedicures but when I do they make me very comfortable and I'm always happy with the job they do. read more

I had my nails done here in dip powder, (white to be specific) and not even a week later all of my nails began cracking. (Dip powder should last at least 2-3 weeks) and I called, spoke to a female who said she would fix them if I came in. So I went out of my way to come back and have them fixed, I got there and Henry "fixed" them. He fixed two of them and argued with me about the rest that it was just the top coat. He removed the top coat and you could clearly see multiple cracks in at least 5 of them. But he refused and insisted I was wrong and he would only fix two of my nails. So I am leaving the salon, still, with 3 cracked nails. Needless to say, I will not be back. Awful customer service. read more

I was seated in a pedicure chair about 10 minutes after arriving for my appointment, which was fine, but then sat in the chair unattended to for over half an hour while the water got cold. The lady who originally sat me down went into the back room along with the other employees, who I could hear all chatting back there. I'm not too sure why they would schedule an appointment for me and then all decide to take their lunch breaks together while I waited. I was about to just leave when someone finally came out to help me. The actual mani/pedi part was okay and not too expensive. I definitely got the sense that my manicurist was rushing through even though they weren't near closing and there was no one else there waiting. Overall, I probably won't come back just because the service really was not great. read more

They are very nice people and I know some that love this place. I don't hate it by any means but I guess I've worked far too many places that require high cleaning standards AND have worked places were the floor is slick. I have had dip done here once and they were twice as thick as they should have been and the individual left stuff under my nails and started a good bit too low on my nail -- I left with gunk under my nails and looking it was time for a fill, not cool. I also noticed they NEVER clean their tools or even use the blue water / germicide they should be letting their tools (ex: clippers) soak in for a while between use (an hour I think but I can't remember). I went in a few times to pick my mother up, became she loves how they'll chat away with her, and noticed regardless where you are in there the floor seemed to be slick like around the fry station at McDonald's (worked there back in the day, everyone remembers how slick that was). I have never been in a nail salon or hair salon with floors that slick -- no it's not my shoes-- so I'm confused by that. Too much pine sol? Again they are nice people and people love them but I'll stick with my nail shop when I'm not worried about cleanliness. read more

I had heard that they were good so I finally got by for my first Pedi in quite some time due to treatment for a nail fungus from another place. Well all I can say is I hope I don't get another one because they didn't use one use or sterilized tools. Reused a cheese grater for calloused spots. They talked in Philippino? I think to each other which I hate because how do you know they're not saying derogatory things about your feet LOL. My tech in Odessa NEVER did that and she talked to ME. pls listen, I don't ever write reviews! I didn't even have an account until JUST now while I'm getting this pedicure. the workers are EXTREMELY nice! they will talk to you and make you feel comfortable, these people made sure I got the correct color to match my gel acrylics. which has never happened before. the man who did my nails made sure I was aware of what would cost more if I did something, which most nail salons DO not do, so you end up spending more money simply because you don't understand, this is not the case with this place! I definitely will be back. 5/5!!! read more

I am new in town and have been searching for a nail salon for my weekly M&P. I'm really picky about cleanliness, techniques used, quality of work, and staff attitude. I've already been to 2 other local salons plus 5 in Austin and Bee Caves - and no one could quite fill the bill 100% until a friend suggested Angel Nails (thanks friend Becky!!). Angel Nails met all my needs and I will always go back. They've got it all! Don't go here! I went for the first and only time this summer before moving here and the girl did a horrible job! It looked like my 7 yr old niece did them, she didn't even try to give me a good manicure. very bad exp. I would not recommend to anyone!! read more
