Ask for Jazza and Christopher! Jazza is amazing with kids, I took my girls there for there 1st manicures in a salon and she made them so comfortable. It was like she was their Auntie. She was so kind to them and patient with them. She ensured they were treated like little princesses that day! It was so special and sweet for them! Chris did my pedicure and it was amazing! We had just gotten back from a beach trip so my feet needed the extra care. It was a great massage and the nail polish work lasted for weeks, no chipping, regular polish. He was so kind as well, very friendly and chatty. read more

Hollie was our pedicure specialist. She was kind, gentle and handled an ingrown big toe nail with surgeon like accuracy! The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The check in and out process was fast and easy. The facility was sparkling clean! I have no idea how they keep their marble floors looking so museum quality. And I love all the big screen TVs with travel content playing. Very relaxing. read more

Steven did my manicure today, my first time visiting this salon. He was precise and he did exactly what I asked for. I felt relaxed and left very happy. I was offered a drink when I arrived. I was asked several times if I was comfortable or needed anything. It's a further drive, but a much more pleasant experience than my old salon!! read more

I'm new to the Spicewood area and saw that this beautiful nail salon is just a few miles from our new home and so convenient! I booked a pedicure and was happy to have Evelyn do my service...She was gentle but thorough and did a beautiful job on my poor tired feet...from the exact right temperature of the water, the deft wielding of her instruments to make my toes look great, that heavenly leg & foot massage, to the extremely relaxing atmosphere...Just the pampering appointment I needed The entire staff was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating even though it was late in the day. The vibe in the salon is relaxed and calm, and all the employees seemed very happy to be there and to be working with each other...No negativity here at all! Lakeway Nail Spa is my new neighborhood nail salon...It doesn't get any better than that! read more

The staff was very kind and welcoming, but I left feeling the salon is overpriced for the quality of service provided. I paid $110 plus tip for a basic manicure and pedicure--and that wasn't even with nail polish, just a shiny buff finish. Communication was also difficult because of the language barrier, which made it hard to explain what I wanted. I honestly think the high rating may be partly because it's one of the only nail salons in the area. Nice people, but unfortunately not a good value for the price. read more

Great nail salon in Lakeway. I have been here three to four times since moving to the area. The interior is modern and elegant and often decorated for the holidays. The staff is friendly and professional. They can be a little pushy about add-on services like the build-a-gel. I chose to add it and have been satisfied most of the time. On one occasion, however, the builder was too soft and my nails bent easily. Most of the time my nails turn out well and I am happy with their attention to detail. On one visit, my gel polish on my toes chipped, which rarely happens to me. During my last pedicure, I paid extra for callus removal, but very little pressure was used. I asked three to four times for the technician to be more thorough and it was still not properly done. This was disappointing since I paid extra for that service. Overall, my experiences have been good. They have a wide color selection. It is very easy to book last minute or walk in, and there is usually little to no wait. I also like that they can do my manicure and pedicure at the same time. The prices are on the higher side, which is expected for Lakeway, but I find it reasonable since I only go about every month and a half to two months. The last time I was there before Thanksgiving, they offered cookies, cheese and crackers, and a 10 percent off special. They also offer champagne or wine. Overall, I plan to continue coming here. read more

I'm new to the area and still finding my way around. I have been looking for a new mani/pedi and eye and lip wax specialist. I decided to try this place. I made an appointment and was paired up with Huong. The place just opened three weeks ago. The place is beautiful and service was phenomenal. I had the detoxifying pedicure (pricey but I think well worth it as my feet were a complete mess) along with the buff and shine manicure along with an eye and lip wax. It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back again. Thanks again for a great service! read more

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I simply asked for a gel x fill, one color nothing complicated. My nails were so thick and bubbly they looked like buttons. My cuticles were bleeding and the filing was crooked. I politely asked for them to be re-done and fixed, and a different woman botched them again in 5 minutes. They could give me max 20% off. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A BOTCHED JOB. read more

Great experience here with Lisa! She gave me a Builders Gel manicure that was perfect and lasted 3 weeks. Will definitely return!

Was not impressed with the quality here. It also felt dirty. I felt like they rushed. I also got a chemical burn from the nail polish remover used. Would not recommend!! read more

My husband was so kind and offered to get myself and my MIL a mani pedi for Mother's Day. With it being Mother's Day weekend, we scheduled a reservation in advance so we could make sure to have a time. Our reservation was for 2:30 and we arrived early at 2:28, after picking our color we were standing around for 15 minutes past our appointment time so when I asked they found us pedicure chairs to sit in. We sat with no water in our bowls for another 15 minutes until I spoke up again then we were given ice cold water. Someone finally came to start my nails and my MIL began her pedicure. After 45 minutes of nail service no one had started my pedicure. I ended up telling them I wouldn't be getting one. There was way too many people and the staff even said they were understaffed for today. Super disappointed and will not be returning. (Forgot to mention that they totally prioritized another woman and her daughter who were regulars who showed up after us and immediately were given a pedicure when we were STILL waiting) Would not recommend. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

This is such a welcomed establishment in this part of town. I cannot say enough great things about this nail place. You can book an appointment online so you never have to wait! My girl Jazza does an incredible job on my nails, I have never once left unhappy. They pay close attention to detail, the place is always clean and everyone is always happy to see you there. You don't get weird gossipy vibes from the staff and all of the employees are upbeat and pleasant to deal with. I have been going every two weeks since they opened and my experience has been consistent. Would highly recommend! read more

Lamest and overpriced pedicure of my life. This was the most basic pedicure and I paid for the more expensive service. They did not give me my timed massage and the callus remover was not worth the price. My technician seemed tired and irritated. They did offer me a five dollar discount at the end, but that was not the point. Super disappointing. Update - all of my nails (got the gelx with tips for the first time) are two toned colored. I got bright pink and they have now a blue tint overlaying it. So disappointing all of the money I wasted!!! read more

awful! I typically do not leave reviews but a week after my last experience there my nails are damaged! 4 out of 5 visits there they have screwed up differently every time. The woman doing my nails wasn't listening from beginning to end. Started doing the wrong service, was corrected. I said I'd do a gel mani instead of the regular I booked for, half way through soaking my other gel off, but she clearly didn't hear me (no surprise giving she was on her phone anytime she didn't have my hands in hers). She gives me what they consider a manicure but didn't put on any color and said "okay dry and your finished", walked away. I'm thinking my base coat is drying and apparently she's done. I told the front desk who did nothing, charged me the full price of a manicure (which btw this was not) even after I questioned why it cost what it did. Offered nothing to make up for the really poor experience. It's a shame this place started so strong. read more

There is always availability when I want to book and there are many options to choose from! Anytime I've gone I've been pretty happy with the services that I've gotten. I had the 2nd pedicure with the 10 minute massage. Somehow the entire pedicure was done in 30 minutes. The tech was nice but did not push my cuticles and hardly cut anything away. I believe I only got one coat of color so we'll see how long this paint lasts. The massage was not great. I was left to dry and was not checked on again. Overall I was not impressed and felt like $55 was expensive for the service. The place is nice, seemed clean but not worth what I paid. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive. It was my first time in and I was hopeful for a good experience. read more

Definitely feel like this place can be a hit or miss. On my first visit here, I booked randomly and got paired with a duo that I was not impressed by...pedicure massage was below average- consisted mainly of rubbing lotion on me and zero massage technique, and the gel manicure chipped in 2 days. Three Stars is based off my first visit because it really was disappointing. Positive--The salon is clean and beautiful. This time around I did my research and booked with PAUL. Paul did a great massage, handled his tools with skill and confidence, and painted nails beautifully. He was very nice and welcoming. read more

So, the owner contacted me after my poor rating. Offered another paint. I wasn't thrilled that they didn't care when I complained while I was there, but once I posted, they offered to correct. The Salon is clean and beautiful, but the services are overpriced for the quality you get. I was charged 175.00 for a pedicure that I could have done better myself and a basic manicure with no polish. The Techs they have aren't good quality. First off this is the worst pedicure I have ever had and all I ever ask for is a cut and buff nothing crazy! I have previously left a five star review of this salon when it first opened but my experience has drastically changed since then. I just went in to get a pedicure and during my service the nail tech seemed to have fallen asleep while massaging me or just completely zoned out and stopped moving more than once. Then he began to paint my toes, after painting them he removed all the polish because he has gotten just as much polish on my skin as there was on my toes. He painted them a second time then told me I'm done and to wait for it to dry then pay. I waited then looked at my toes after a few minutes. He had left me with only 8.5/10 toes painted. One toe was completely bare and the rest were lumpy with polish on my skin. I told the front desk because my nail tech was nowhere to be seen and they gave me a new tech to repaint for me. The man at the desk said this is unacceptable and that I would get a discount. After the third painting of my toes within two hours I went to pay and was charged $55. I'm not understanding why I was charged so much when the service took twice as long as it should have and was deemed unacceptable by the staff. I really appreciate them fixing the issue but it just doesn't make sense that I would need to pay so much for something that I was told is not acceptable read more

Literally worst experience ever. My manicurist used her own nails to push my cuticles back causing 2 of them to bleed. My feet were in water for more than 40 minutes and I finally took them out bc they were cold and let them air dry and then waited another 20 minutes before they started. But the finale is that a few hours after I got home I saw my nails in the sunlight and realized an entire nail wasn't even painted! How is it possible to only paint 9 nails. The most inconsistent service ever. Most staffing doesn't seem to know what they're doing. I asked for ombré and my nail tech did not know how to do it, so I had to wait for somebody else. Nice facility with great color choices but my dip manicure started chipping on every finger after a week. I've gone all over in the past and the dip ALWAYS lasts at least 3 weeks!
