Secondly, I disclosed, with joy, that I had just beaten cancer, am cancer free and added I was just on a maintenance chemo pill. Hardly a means to denying me a massage. In fact a massage would have been very beneficial, considering. I was denied services. I have been to spas all over the world and have never had to endure such humiliating attitude. To accuse Nicole of having an open belt on her robe, when she was merely coming out of the massage room where she expected service and moved away, in shock, out towards the changing women's changing rooms. This is a modest girl who has a high regard for correctness. I am horrified that rather than an apology, I get a lecture letter on why you might have been right. The whole experience was so unethical and wrong in every sense. I can only shake my head in disbelief. Appauled.

Second time here, best price in the area, very nice people! They always manage to squeeze me in every time without an appointment! I love getting pedicures here!! I specifically asked for a slight trim and for my cuticles to be pushed back and trimmed. Instead of filing them, he used the drill and shaved off a chunk of the nail, which made them way shorter than I wanted. He also used the fine tip drill on my cuticles, which did nothing. All the nails are shaped differently and aren't the same length. I had to request multiple times that the white polish went all the way to the edge of the nail (it still doesn't), and had to request two layers of white polish, even though one layer was clearly thin and streaky. There's also a random bump on the middle nail on my left hand, that wasn't filed smooth. Lastly, I pointed out that it looked like my nails had grown out because the gel and polish weren't all the way to my cuticles. He "fixed it" by applying a layer of clear polish all the way to the cuticle, but the gel and pink neutral color still makes it appear as the nails are grown out.

They looked worse than when I came in. I politely asked her to just take them off and it was very clear that they were talking bad about me right there. Anyways I ended up walking out of there with a really thick layer of acrylic on my toes.

I told him my concerns with sns "dip" powder and how it lifts at the base of my nail after 2 weeks and he worked very diligently to buff and shape my nail bed. I didn't get a full manicure with a hand massage but the whole service took 1 hour. The cost was $45. Without tip, so if you're tipping, it's gonna cost more. I did not see them using any sterilized equipment but everything looked clean and free or skin from past services. I Would definitely come back.

She is so kind and caring and is the most detail oriented manicurist I have encountered. I have a condition on the bottom of my foot that causes intense pain when pressure is applied to that area.
