I regret the last couple of visits here for a pedi as their prices are very high for the services rec'd. Ultimately I want to have a relaxing experience and come out w/ fresh toes. Unfortunately, what you receive is a painful "massage" where they rub your leg over and over in the same spot for 10 minutes. This is more annoying than relaxing. Is there a rule against rubbing my feet also? Also, I've never had my hot stone massage at the same time as my paraffin wax which felt like a shortcut and was also not relaxing as her fingernails kept digging into my skin in the same spot again and again. What should have been a relaxing experience was just annoying as I felt like I needed to teach her how to do her job every step of the way. But of course she stood right next to me as I paid staring at me for her tip. Also, the chairs have one setting -which is to beat your back side into submission. Also not relaxing. Today I came in here with my friends and it was not busy at all also we had an appointment. So they sat down my friends and me. But then all my friends got a person to start on their nails. I got seated and no one came to work on me. My friends were half way done and I asked and was like is someone going to work on me and the guy said after. Which makes no sense cause we all made an appointment at the same time. Multiple people came in and got served right away. This was very disappointing cause I left with no nails cause by the time they got to me my friends were done. I will never be visiting this place again. My fiancé and I both got our nails done by KC today (8/1/21) and a gentleman did my pedicure which was fabulous I didn't get his name I apologize. Anyways mine are all pink SNS and pink gel polish on my toes. My fiancé got acrylic done with the sns powder to make them a lot stronger for him. Looks exactly like the image he brought in to show them and mine are flawless! We found this location while living in Bee Cave we have since moved into Austin and make the drive because it's worth it and it's not overpriced! Thank you! read more

Had SNS and regular pedicure. Staff was nice enough but they have very limited color selection compared to most. I was told they had the exact same colors in paint and sns so I chose a soft pink and asked for it to match on my toes. The colors of pink are nowhere near the same color (pictured). I did say something and they offered to redo the paint - but they did not have another color that was closer to the sns so I declined. My finger nail color was okay at best but the nails came out all different lengths and shapes. Pictured here are my pointer fingers, one very round and one square. Last thing to note that will not apply to everyone ; I am at the end of my pregnancy and the nail tech took the liberty of rubbing my belly which I found very odd, and that is the first time a stranger has done that to me in my entire 9 months of pregnancy. Overall the experience was expensive (87 not including tip - which i still tipped) and disappointing. read more

Worst nail salon experience in years!! Made an appt for my 9 year old daughter and myself. They started my pedi 20 minutes before my daughter's. They pretty much ignored my daughter, sitting next to me...didn't even turn on her water. I reminded them we came together, needed to leave at the same time and booked an appointment. They were extremely rude! I asked for a pillow for my daughter to sit on, because she could barely reach the water, when they finally turned it on. I had to ask 3 times. It was so strange. They also did not help put our shoes back on when we finished, so strange; just very unhelpful and poor service altogether. We will not return. Quality was just so-so. I'm giving 1 star for close proximity to our home, and that's it. read more

I've been getting my nails done for 20 years on and off, I always thought my nails were hopeless. They can't hold polish, can't keep acrylics on, and gel and sns always used to pop off like stick ons. I'm not kidding you, I have been getting my nails done with Kacy for 5 months now, and they stay on for WEEKS. She does the most phenomenal job, and I'm never going anywhere else. Worst pedicure I've ever had. A total waste of $55. I upgraded to get the leg massage but it was pitiful..barely stroking her fingers up and down my calves it was more irritating than anything. Definitely not a massage. I actually had to grab the nail file to correct what she had done and she didn't even clean the dirt from the edges of my big toe or tend to the cuticles. My nails are uneven and hurt. Also using each other tools. Meaning as soon as they got done using it on me they would let another person use it on someone else's pedicure. Always go for the shellac nail polish which is an extra $15 but totally worth it. Some salons charge $20 which I think is kind of a rip off. Jennifer took great care of me. Almost two hours and they hadn't even started my hands (even after I told them I didn't have a lot of time left). Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that will respect your time. You don't normally have to wait too long, and they will sometimes do your pedi and your SNS at the same time. Absolutely every person here does a fantastic job, and they are always incredibly nice.They have put measures in place because of COVID, and I feel safe here. They do ask you to wear a mask.
