When good employees consistently leave, management should take a serious look at what is happening behind the scenes. Customers may be great, but retaining quality employees is also a leadership responsibility. This is actually the second location where I've experienced poor service, and that is concerning. I would strongly encourage management to invest in leadership and employee-relations training, listen to their employees, and identify why good people are leaving. As someone who teaches leadership and employee relations, I would be happy to recommend a few of my courses. Sometimes the issue isn't the customers, it's the workplace culture and how employees are being managed. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because customers deserve consistent, professional service, and employees deserve a workplace that makes them want to stay. She did something no one has ever took the time to do for me before. Test the levels of the machine to see what my skin and tolerance level could handle. For instance, level 25 is an average setting a spa would use on a client but being the seasoned adventurer and procedure getter that I am, I was all the way in the high 30s! Imagine what poor results I would have received if she would not have taken the time to determine what works for my skin. The average setting would have yielded poor results on me for sure. I am over the moon with the results of my photofacial. By far and away the best photo facial i have received ever. Right after, I went in for my appointment with CeCe for Botox. She is fan-fan-fantastic! She took the time to discuss my goals (DISABLE ALL MOVEMENT!!) and talk to me about my questions of additional procedures I am wanting to stop the hands of time, rid myself of the wrinkles. I ended up with a significantly shorter cut that was so thinned out I feel like I have so much disconnection in my hair. The back is so short in parts that I can hardly grab it with my fingers, let alone straighten it. I also have naturally curly hair so I can only imagine the nightmare of how I'm going to deal with those pieces once wet and styling until they're long enough to deal with. I also want to preface, my hair was well past my shoulders, very health and had no face framing or short layers when I walked in so it should have been pretty straightforward. I was shocked when I left the salon yesterday and even more shocked at the lack of accountability in Leah's response in the attached text. I feel like I spent almost $100 to get my hair butchered while also ending up as an emotional dumping ground throughout the entire appointment.

Even when I called and asked umpteen questions, Shirley was super helpful and understanding about my concerns about cutting off my long hair. Hope was my stylist! She was fantastic! She listened. She asked questions. She was concerned about lopping off my long tresses because she cared about my beautiful hair, but did anyway, and in the end, I got the most fantastic cut I've ever had! I'm transformed and completely in love (and a heck of a lot cooler) with my new cut.

Price was great, foot massage and hot stones were great, and the ladies doing the pedicures were kind and courteous. It's a small, simple place without a lot of bells and whistles, but quite honestly I don't need all the giant chandeliers, marble floors, and fancy drinks. A great job on my nails and kind customer service are what matter most to me. I'll definitely come back here next time I need nails done or want to treat my mom or a friend. Please note: they do not accept tips on your card and did not offer eyebrow waxing on the morning we were there. I thought I saw a waxing room on my way to wash my hands, so maybe it's just a staffing situation.
