My $45 spa "massage" was just getting lotion rubbed on me for 10 minutes. Paint job was mediocre. My manicure was also poorly done. Staff was being friendly but spent too much time talking than working on the nail details. The tech was oddly rude and used her nails to poke the underside of my feet to show me the result. I do NOT recommend this place to family and friends. Do yourself a favor and make that drive to downtown or north Austin. Do not come here for convenience, you will regret your money. read more

PRAISE THE LORD!!! I finally, after two years of trial and error since moving to Lakeway, found my hidden gem! Where do I begin! First and foremost the staff is so warm and friendly, I can't say that about any of the other nail salons I have been to in this area. I called to set a second appointment and they answered the phone, greeting me by my first name. Even better, their prices seem to be a fraction of the cost of the other salons. Well, I'm done with pedi's here. Who in their right mind would think that big toe looks good with the whole tip cut off?! It's a stub. I went in with perfectly shaped (rounded squared) toe nails and I thought, "Surely they have enough sense to see it's in great shape and they only need to file it." You can even see the blue I had before underneath! This is exactly why I've been doing my own for months - I'll give myself a pedi then go and get the get polish and tell them not to file anything. Should have stuck with that plan. Also, the 10 minute massage they advertise with that pedi (that's supposed to come with ANY decent pedi anyway) lasted 2 minutes. If they aren't going to massage 5 minutes on each foot then don't freaking sell it that way! It cost me 50 bucks with a tip for this crap. read more

The ladies at Organic Day Spa took such great care of my daughter and I on short notice. We were looking for some good daddy/daughter time before her new pre-school starts tomorrow so we went and got our nails done together and it was awesome. Very attentive, sweet, and great service. Organic Day Spa is the best in the Bee Cave and Lakeway area! I've been coming here for years. They hire high quality professionals to take care of your nails. Even though their employees come and go just like any other spa, I can always find one that I am very happy with. The owner Nini always makes sure her customers are well taken care of. They even set up timers to guarantee u the message time is as much as it's advertised on the menu. I don't see other spas do that. Nini has a heartwarming personality. It always sheers me up just by talking to her. Organic Day Spa is a hidden treasure in this area. I recommends this place to my friends all the time. read more

I was quick to write a bad review, but I gave them a chance to fix it and now after 4 months of going consistently, it's past time for a good one!!!! I have also deleted my first review because they completely took care of me. I normally see NiNI, who is amazing, super sweet and always goes over and beyond for my services. But my nail broke and I went in without an appointment and she wasn't there. So I saw someone else and of course I went in a little nervous because I only see nini. But they did such a good job! Leo will be my back up if nini isn't available. My nails are perfect. This salon is a clean, friendly, and my nails always look so good. They also help me pick colors when it comes to sns and matching my pedicure with a normal paint color. I am a regular and will always recommend this salon! read more

NiNi, the owner was an absolute doll and did a fantastic job on my SNS French Mani and shellac pedicure. The salon had all the doors open on a nice day which was reassuring during COVID. My new place for all things nail! After going to another salon for the past 9+ months I...hesitantly... decided it was time to try a new place after being treated very rudely and given poor service on my most recent visit. It's REALLY difficult to find someone who can do acrylic overlays correctly. I have super thin nails and polish doesn't stay on so I've been having overlays done for years. So when I find someone I like, I stay with them (visited same salon/person for over 8 years before moving to Austin). Organic Day Spa is beautiful! Really serene with pale green walls and plants. It truly feels like a spa, not just a cattle herd 'em in and out nail salon. And all of the staff could not be more polite or professional!!! Very catering to all of your wants and needs. They offer wine, sodas, water, and Keurig coffee. After reading some other reviews, it seemed Danny was the guy to try for nails. First visit - yay! Success! Second visit, wow! He's really great! Doesn't damage my nails, takes his time, having had any issues with lifting, just the right shape...perfect! And, Danny is super skilled with fun nail art - but if you want uber creative funky fun ask for April. She hand-painted leopard print on a few of nails in just a few minutes. Actually they're both great! And Kevin is really skilled with nails also. After my nails were finished, I got a long, very relaxing hand and shoulder message from Danny. Talk about upscale at average girl prices! Now onto the pedicure. SO many to choose from. The Green Tea is amazing and good prices. Nina was wonderful! Very meticulous. Really cleaned cuticles and removed any dead skin. Nice message. And, the message chairs are nice and new and fully functional. A+! Overall: Simply the best I've been to in Austin - in every way. One of the reasons I liked the salon I used to go to was because they were super fast...well, that came with a price. Lifting nails, cutting cuticles, subpar pedicures, etc. When visiting Organic Day Spa think of it as a "spa day" rather than just another errand on your list of things to do. Trust me...I know that can be exceptionally challenge for some people (including myself), but just sit back, relax, breathe , and let them work their magic for about an hour and a half or two while sipping champagne. It's worth it! read more

Great with SNS and they actually do it right!!! I got a gel pedicure too and they were fantastic!! Lots of color choices... if you are trying to match your nails and toes you have to look through the different color samples and find it yourself. Hint- bring cash to tip instead of putting it on your credit card. They prefer cash. read more

I generally will not leave a bad review but I was very disappointed in my experience at this nail salon. I've been to this salon several times and have had positive experiences. However, I feel like it is important to let people know that there is a chance that they may get a horrible manicure here. The lady who gave me a gel manicure rushed through it as fast as possible. She left out the manicure part completely (besides filing them) and just started painting my nails. I really needed my cuticles cleaned up and she overlooked that. I asked her if she could please clean up my cuticles and pointed to one of them to show her what I meant. She cleaned up that one nail and continued to paint them without cleaning up the rest. Since my cuticles weren't cleaned up my nail on each finger wasn't completely painted and there is a large gap where there should be polish. It's not easy for me to get out of the house to get my nails done so this was a complete disappointment. Thankfully this isn't the only nail salon in the area. I will not be going back. read more

This has been my go to nail place for about 3 years now. Went to organic with a girlfriend for a pedicure & started to come back religiously. This is the first nail salon I've been consistently happy with! They almost always can fit me in, but l do call ahead. Especially because Fridays & weekends tend to be the busiest. I've gotten solar, SNS, gel, & most of the different pedicures they offer. I love their speciality pedicures, I usually get the tropical fruit pedicure, but when I need extra massage I will get the green tea or organic pedicure. All are great! The hot stone massage is heavenly. I never have a preference with who I see here because everyone is amazing. I work as an esthetician & now keep my nails short with gel polish. & even with the copious amount of times I have to wash my hands my nails barely ever chip. My nails are strong & healthy & I owe it to all the nail techs at organic. The place is clean & they provide a cold beverage with your service. The only complaint I have is with the moms that use organic as their day care rather than their day spa. Please stop, you are ruining it for the rest of us who actually go here to pay for a relaxing experience. read more

This was a terrible experience. I walked in around 5:15 and left at 7:45 for a mani/pedi. My pedi was okay although I did get cut while my cuticles where being removed. My nails were a mess. They took over 1hr 1/2 just to do SNS and not many colors to choose from. I was in the middle of getting my nails done when someone else stepped in cause she realized her co-worker was doing a terrible job. I don't know who was responsible for filing down my finger. The shape is terrible. I asked for square with round corners. Overall, I would not go back. Not to mention the ladies were bowering nail clippers like if it was no big deal. What happened to sanitizing their stuff. read more

The guy who did my nails was nice and quite. I got SNS and he took his time when he did the dips and took time to smooth them down evenly. I game them 3 stars because their SNS color options were very limited and spa was cramped and sort of cluttered. To get an SNS mani was $40 which is above average I usually pay $30-35 at my usual place! read more

Went for a pedicure. Nail tech wasnt at salon. Other nail tech kept calling her. Finally she came late...She had attitude and you could tell she didnt want to be there. She wouldnt speak to me , even when I said hi. She hurt my foot ( pinched me) Had to ask her not to be so rough. The in the footbath was water only...no oil or soap in it. She kept wiping her nose with her mask, needs to work on sanitation. Went outside came back in put one old glove on hand...didnt sanitize other hand with glove on. By rule and regs...must sanitize everytime hand leaves client....Answered phone...still no sanitization. Will not go back due to attitude. I paid good money for pedi. read more

This was the best mani/pedi I've ever gotten!! Annie (Yen) was fantastic. She handled both services with a perfectionist's eye. If she noticed a spot not up to par, she would quickly fix it. She took a lot of care in making sure I was comfortable and enjoyed what she was doing. For my pedicure, I selected the The Organic Day Spa Signature (pomegranate and fig) and was not disappointed. My nails also look incredible. I really appreciated that they didn't do my nails and feet at the same time. I find it to be very uncomfortable. Since there was no rush on my end, we just took our time. I also enjoyed the decoration and atmosphere of the salon. Comfortable chairs with extra pillows all over. Relaxing music and could see a TV from anywhere I sat. Yen even asked me if I would like to connect to the WiFi when she saw me start to browse on my phone. I went in around 11am on a Saturday and it was nice and slow. This allowed her to take her time with me and boy was it worth it. Thank you so much for seeing me today and giving me a wonderful pampering experience. read more

I got almond shaped nails with a sheer pink color, and they are so pretty. The whole process of removing my previous fake nails and installing new ones took an hour max. It took awhile for the new salon to re-open, but at least the wait is over. This place is amazing! read more

She does an excellent job. I have had many of their services they provide from- Face Wax, Pedicure and manicure - all were superb! Their prices are very competitive also, if not less than the norm. I had a good experience until Jane left. I made an appt with Jane, like usual. They scheduled my appt for the next day. When I got there, Jane wasn't there and they told me she won't be coming back. I felt lied to or at the very least, misled. I let them know they should have been upfront when I booked my appt...instead of apologizing, they gave me a big song & dance about Jane's personal life, totally inappropriate! In addition, the gal that did my nails messed them up...super uneven, even burned me a little with the filing tool. I'm bummed Jane isn't there anymore and need to find a new place! **UPDATE** the owner Ninj saw my review and talked with me about it. I have decided to update my review based on the last experience I had at Organic Day Spa. I called for a last minute appointment as I live literally next door but was at a doctor's appointment so didn't know exactly when I could be in. I gave a window of time, however, the person that answered the phone kept stating the earlier time. I told her no....I don't know if I could make it by then as I am at the doctor. It will likely be 15-20 minutes after. If it doesn't work, that's OK...like I said, I live next door and understand that there are other people who make appointments. I said this about 3 times. The MD was 2 minutes down the street so no need to call on my way and I couldn't very well call while in with the doctor. When I arrived, I was VERY disappointed that Sadie chastised me loudly in front of other patrons and kept on saying over and over that if I am going to be late, I need to let her know. It was overkill. I got it the first time. I TOLD the person who answered the phone that I didn't know exactly what time I could get there and completely understood if she could not fit me in. No big deal. Basically, I was just seeing if she had some time at the end of her day. Instead, I felt berated and treated like a little child....scolded and yes....other customers heard and kept looking at me. I felt very uncomfortable. So uncomfortable, in fact, that I did not even return to have my gels taken off. I still give three stars because up until this point, it had been great. But I felt like a naughty child the whole time I was there, she hurried through my nails and they cracked and lifted as a result and I will not be back. Partly because I am moving but even if I were staying, I do not expect to be treated this way especially in front of other customers. It is disrespectful and rude, especially given the circumstances WHICH I EXPLAINED PRIOR. Hey - it's not like I've never waited before and it's not like I don't tip. Sadie typically does a great job but stay on her good side unless you want to wear a dunce cap and sit in the corner. And whatever you do, don't just stop in or try to swing by. Evidently easy going is not her style. Just make an appointment and stick to it unless you enjoy feeling like a fool in front of the entire establishment. read more

Best nail salon experience I've ever had. Professional, personable, and attention to detail. Danny had gotten me in last minute and started by helping me chose a nail color and one that match one of the manyyy gel colors they had to chose from. Nina had worked on my pedicure while I was offered something to drink. Best pedicure I had from the deep foot massage, hot stones, and color. Danny had started prepping my nails while still in the chair and was very easy to talk to. Plus he kept my glass full :) my gel manicure was flawless and not at all rushed. They even threw in the cheetah design I wanted on both my hands and toes, which April does a great job of. I drove quite the way to the salon, but I couldn't be happier that I found it. She accuses me of not giving her the $100 bill. She said I only paid $40. I reassured her that I paid. Then Mary comes out frazzled with all the money in her hand and I can see the 100 bill on the bottom of the stack as she runs out. I made an appointment at 2pm and arrived 5 minutes early but no problem they got me in, ask if I want anything to drink, and ask if everything is ok!! What a nice first impress....I got gel manicure and organic pedicure.. My gel is so prefect and lasts 3 weeks I was so impress because other place I went to only last about few days. Oh my pedicure is the best too...they massage my leg for 20 minutes included hot stones then the last part they use paraffin wax and hot towels so good!!! the environment and the staffs is so friendly and quiet it then I can go to sleep :) this is my new favorite place because everything is so good!!! My gel manicure lasts forever and look amazing while my feet felt amazing and look amazing for weeks :) I loved it.. Oh they also give you a shoulder massage.. What a nice bonus!! This is my new favorite place to come for my nails and pedicure done. One of my friend recommend this place. The staffs are very friendly. They all keeps asking if I want to drink anything or need something. I really loved how they treats you nicely even when the shop is kind of busy. The shop is really clean and nice. I loved that the staffs doesn't speak in their language that much so the place is quiet it and really relax. The services is excellent as well as my nails and my feet. This is the place to come if you are in beecave and lakeway area. You will not be regret it. I loved this place!! Sadie gave me longest leg massage even through I just got a basic pedicure. I felt like this place deserved this review.The staff is the nicest people ever,they tried their best to made my schedule work, I had Nini for my sns and Annie for my pedi,and let me just tell you. I couldn't be any happier, i've been to so many other nail salon in the lake travis area and none of it was like this.My nails/cuticles looks AMAZING and the price is very fair for the service! Super understaffed, prices are fairly high, and wait time is forever. My grandma came in to get her gel nails removed and this tall young lady proceeded to rip the gel nails off and injured two nails by splitting them. She caused pain on my grandma, twice. The guy who did my toes was very nice but super rushed and didn't do a great paint job. They need to take their time and pay more attention to detail. Also need more STAFF. This level of pedicure was worth $15 not the $30 it costs (it was also the cheapest option). read more

I come all the time to get a pedi but I walked in today to get a mani pedi and eyebrows done. Was greeted promptly as always and taken right away. Everything was perfect. My toes could not have looked any better (which Sadie I believe was her name did) and my nails were great. Hannah was finishing up my eyebrows and decided to get a facial. It was just the basic facial but was totally worth it. Hannah was amazing she did such a great job I am gonna have to make it a regular thing to get one done! read more

Over the last 2 months, I've had a number of events that required the polishing of my usually neglected nails. Organic Day Spa is the third nail salon I've visited, and I'll never leave. The staff was very attentive. This is THE BEST manicure I've ever had-the attention to detail Nina gave me was so impressive. The neck massage was an unexpected treat and WONDERFUL. Wow! Definitely a 5 star experience! They reopened in a brand new location around the corner from their old location at the end of December 2017. Everything is new and beautiful! I have been there three times since they reopened and have been consistently delighted with the pedicures and manicures I received! A wonderful spa experience! Could not have been more pleased with the attention given to each person and the accommodating hospitality of all the staff. Omg! ..I've been so many nails salon in the past.This is by far the best best Nails salon in Austin. I went in 15min before close on Sunday with severely damaged nails and Kavin not only took care of me but he put some TLC into it, 2.5hrs worth and transformed a mess into beautiful perfect looking nails. I will only see him from now on. Thanks Kavin! read more

I specifically asked for a slight trim and for my cuticles to be pushed back and trimmed. Instead of filing them, he used the drill and shaved off a chunk of the nail, which made them way shorter than I wanted. He also used the fine tip drill on my cuticles, which did nothing. All the nails are shaped differently and aren't the same length. I had to request multiple times that the white polish went all the way to the edge of the nail (it still doesn't), and had to request two layers of white polish, even though one layer was clearly thin and streaky. There's also a random bump on the middle nail on my left hand, that wasn't filed smooth. Lastly, I pointed out that it looked like my nails had grown out because the gel and polish weren't all the way to my cuticles. He "fixed it" by applying a layer of clear polish all the way to the cuticle, but the gel and pink neutral color still makes it appear as the nails are grown out.

I told him my concerns with sns "dip" powder and how it lifts at the base of my nail after 2 weeks and he worked very diligently to buff and shape my nail bed. I didn't get a full manicure with a hand massage but the whole service took 1 hour. The cost was $45. Without tip, so if you're tipping, it's gonna cost more. I did not see them using any sterilized equipment but everything looked clean and free or skin from past services. I Would definitely come back.
