This place is right near me and so I decided to give it a try for my vacation nails. I asked for regular polish and they did a good job. They were able to do a little design and I think it turned out well. The base manicure included buffing and cutting cuticles. My nails look nice and neat and the color is super cute. At one point I accidentally nicked one nail, messing it up, and they were so nice about fixing it. The salon is clean and the tools looked new. I would definitely go again. read more

I loved this place when Nim did my nails. There is someone in her place named Kay and it is the worst I have experienced. There are ridges in each nail on the tip with the filing process she used. I left spending the normal amount which is not inexpensive and it not being satisfactory at all. I also brought my daughter in and there's no discount discounted rate for a 10-year-old for a Mani Pedi so we spent at top dollar and it's a week later and I already have broken nails which is a shame because when I was going here before they lasted 3 to 4 weeks and looked great. read more

I went in today to get a gel pedicure and the ladies were very sweet, you can tell that they work hard. My technician did an excellent job and it cost $55 without tip. The inside of the salon is very clean, however the interior design is just a bit dated (not a huge deal). read more

I had SNS done there about 2 weeks ago, This was my second time there, The first time was a good job and I was satisfied! The second time there was so much profanity on the music video and borderline p***, that I could hardly stand it! I don't hang around people that use the f word two or three times per sentence, so I sure did not enjoy having to listen to it as a captive audience with my nails wet! On top of that about a week later the clear coat that goes on the very top for protection started peeling off! Normally I would have gone back and shown them and had them fix it, but because of the music videos I didn't want to go back to that place like ever again! I went to this place for a fill at about 3:30, not anywhere near closing time. There were 2 girls there that are nail techs, one was doing the other's nails, and the place was otherwise empty. Wasn't given any help getting up, grabbing my watch and bag, and there was no where to sit under a dryer. I really wish I could have come here for my nails before my wedding. I had gotten my nails done in California 2 weeks ago. I'm back in Austin now and went to I Do Nails to get them redone and he did soooo much better than the Cali salon. I asked for ombré and he clearly knew a better technique than the last person. literally worst place ever. i had a 12:30 gel removal/manicure appointment. they soaked my nails, left to help others who came in after me FOR 45 MINUTES!!! yes, i sat soaking my gel off for 45minutes and i didnt have time to get the manicure. they never apologized and made me pay for it. absolutely do not go to this place. read more

I showed the nail technician a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like ( basic short French nails) and she started rolling her eyes at me and generally just being mean. I just started coming to this salon. Sadie & Sofia are easy going, friendly. The salon is clean & I love that they still have paraffin wax treatment as the other salon that I went to is no longer offer that option. Both Sadie & Sofia explain that they only use high quality products & will only use it on clients after they test the products on themself to see what it is like first & to make sure it is safe, no side effects, etc... Absolutely horrible. She painted it thick and lumpy- then she offered to fix it by painting another layer on it. I asked to her to remove it bc she didn't have a clear solution to fix it. She charges for a classic manicure after removing it- as she was removing the polish, she cut me, doesn't apply cuticle oil on the nails and sends me on my way. Rude and absurd read more
