I went to this Marble Falls nail spa with a friend when we were visiting her sister 4 weeks ago. "Nancy" put tips on 3 of my nails, one which has been extremely short and weak for years. Here it is 4 weeks later and there has been no lifting of the gel/acrylic (?) or any of the tips popping off which has been amazing. I keep filing the gel or acrylic nails down to keep them a manageable length. I wish I knew exactly what she did and the process was to tell my nail person here in AZ! read more

We came here on Easter weekend for a girls day with relatives. We were able to make reservations which was nice. Three of us got pedicures which we loved. One gal got a full set of nails and they turned out beautifully. The full set took quite a bit of time but she said it was the best she ever had. Would definitely come back! I also liked that. They turned people away when they felt they had a lot of people there already. I feel like some nail places will just have you sit and put your feet in water and then you'll end up waiting an hour. First time here for pedi and new set of nails. The tech cut my toenails so short they look deformed then she spent 15 minutes digging in one corner of my big toenail and I finally had to tell her to stop.This made my pedicure very unenjoyable. My toenails have been painful to touch ever since. This has never happened and I don't have ingrown nails but I may have after this! Then I just noticed today ! weel later that I have green fungus under one of my fingernails! I have NEVER had fungus in my fingernails!!!This means that they didn't clean their tools properly between clients!!! That is disgusting, no reason for this. I will never go back except to try and get some of my $$$$ back. I'll keep searching for a new salon that actually does good clean work.....That's a laugh, I don't think there is such a place. read more

I always get my real nails dipped. My mom and I tried this place over the weekend and both of our nails are already chipped! I have never had dipped nails chip. It has only been 4 days and I have several nails that are chipped. My mom's nails are the same way. We have not been doing anything different than when we get our nails dipped at any other place. I'm not sure if they are using a cheap dip or if they just aren't applying it correctly, but definitely not worth going to. Now that I have spent $50 on my nails, I get to go spend another $50 this weekend, a week later, to go get them fixed. I can't speak for any of their other services but this place is definitely it worth getting your nails dipped at. read more

Just say no. I got cut and nobody seemed to care. They didn't start to care til the parafin burnt the cut and made it start bleeding. Nobody did anything about it. Just started apologizing. Not until the end did somebody put the disinfectant on the cut. And I got a 20% discount for NEXT time. There won't be a next time read more

These folks do a great job. I have had both a plain mani/pedi and pedi/full set of solar nails and have been pleased. They will do the full sets thin by request so they are more like natural nails rather than feeling big and clunky like you can get if they are too thick. Drinks on request to include wine which is a nice touch. Always seems clean and doesn't smell like some nail places do. read more

I have been going to PNT nails and Spa thru 3 owners. Although the first two owners were good, I really like the new owners. I received pedicure, eyebrow wax, facial and new set of nails. For years my mother, grandmother, and I would go to PNT every two weeks and LOVED the staff and service they provided. Misty, Trudy, and the others always took their time to make sure everything they did was absolutely perfect! The trimming, cuticles, painting, and massages were just right and never rushed. THEN the new owners came in (around two months ago?) and everything changed. We each separately made appointments with our favorites and each showed up to find that they were all busy with other customers (which never happened prior to the new ownership). Come to find out, the new owners would intentionally disregard the schedule and had no regard for the loyalty the customers had for the original employees. Strike one. I could go on and on, but the new employees' and owners' level of service are NOT what they used to be. Poor service and poor business practices means we will NEVER be returning. read more
