Long wait for beautiful young Pedi/Mani tech who did a very complete and quick job on my toenails and fingernails. It would have been a hair better if she had rubbed the salt to my knees. But she was dressed to the nines So five it is. these ladies always do an awesome job. I highly recommend KB Nails and Spa. One day I'll have to try their neck and shoulder massage. read more

While visiting Marble Falls, I found KB nails to be a professional nail salon. Greeted promptly as a walk in and waited about 5 minutes for nail tech. Comfy massage chairs, soothing music and professional pedicure-I chose the European pedicure which included salt scrub and calf massage. My tech trimmed cuticles and nails just as I like them and applied shellac properly. I will visit again when in MF. read more

Called late in the afternoon to make an appointment for the following day and only had to wait a few mins to get to the seat once I got here! Feet are feeling and looking good now. read more

Amazing experience at KB Nails & Spa!!! Came into Marble Falls for Mother's Day weekend and treated our mom to a pedicure and manicure. She hadn't had one in years!! We were seated immediately and taken care of. The European pedicures were simply wonderful! They really took their time and we were pampered to the total extent! The basic pedicure was wonderful and we treated ourselves to a little extra with the designs and our mom even got daisies also!!! Such a great start to a wonderful weekend!!! read more

I have been to this salon on numerous occasions but this last visit (which is definitely my last) the lady cut my big toe, and said it was my fault for having an overgrown cuticle on my nail. She then used a cheese grater on the callous on my heels, and I now have a deep cut on my heel. It's been five days, and I am still in pain, doctoring both cuts with wound cleanser and antibiotic ointment. Extremely unpleasant experience. read more

I have always been happy with KB nails until the last 2 times. They have put me with a guy there that did my pedicure and jell nails that is terrible! He barely cut my cuticles on my pedicure after not having one for 2 months. I had to come home, soak and do them myself. The jell on my nails started peeling off within 2 days, actually the first day on one nail! He doesn't speak any English so trying to tell him was like talking to the wall! I might try them one more time but only one more! Don't know his name but will never let him do them again so I advise get one of the girls! read more

If my guy would of stayed awake and I didn't have to keep watch on him like a school kid !! Because he didn't know what he was doing ! my massage was awful like he was petting an injured animal ! Then kept falling asleep and stopping and stretching ‍ lol ! Dang their like first day back after the closings ..they should had been full of rest ..oh well ‍ Had mani pedi... just wanted to relax and not have to keep instructing my nail tech. I almost asked for a discount!!!!! Music was nice lol read more

Love this place. Such nice people, great service, extremely comfortable and clean. I've tried several in the area and this by far has been THE BEST. read more

They really took their time shaping my nails. Also I got a color applied but didn't like it and asked to change it. They were so nice and never rushed me. All you have to do is let them know what you want and they will get it done. I love this place! read more

I visited this nail salon again today and I think I found the guy to do my nails. I got a pedicure and manicure. Steven took such good care of me. Feet look great and he rubbed my feet and legs. Then when he did my manicure he decided to rub my arms, shoulders and then my neck. He said I looked tired. (I had just been out of quarantine) Thanks for taking that extra time with me. I appreciate it very much. read more

Nails are ugly not what i ask for. The lady cut them and she cut them short. The shape is horrible. Its not what i asked for. I wanted dip and she put gel. Would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. Will not ever go there again. To top it off i was charged $45 for nails i was not happy with. read more

I am super happy with the results. They use the brand gelish which I haven't had luck with in the past, but my nails looks beautiful. I love it when the gel is thin, it just looks cleaner and much more natural! Cost me $30 including the removal of my previous set. It took about an hour for removal and renew. Walked right in and was sat immediately at 1045am. They were all very sweet and accommodating. This will definitely be the place I go anytime I'm in Marble Falls! Thanks Anna for a great job! read more

Disappointed with entire experience. Terrible job with my pedicure. Left over nail polish on my still on toes, did not clean cuticles. At $36 for a standard pedicure you would think they would at least do a decent job. Won't be back. read more

The most PAINFUL pedicure I've ever had. I asked the lady multiple times to stop, but she kept hurting me. She even made my toes bleed. Do NOT recommend. Bad experience. read more

Talk about toe torture.. they were extremely nice but my pedicure was painful! My boyfriend enjoyed his, so maybe it depends on who you ask for. read more

I went here for graduation nails a while back with my little sister who is 13 years old. From the moment we walked in the service was horrible and no one was focused on me or my sister at all, I would've understood if it was busy in the store but there was people just sitting around talking and me and my sister were one of the only people in the store. As we were getting her feet done the grown man doing my 13 year old little sisters feet called her feet big. Eventually we moved back to finish our nails and the lady doing my nails laughed at the design I wanted in my face and started talking to her colleague about the design I wanted saying "it was ugly". This was my final straw so I asked for the manager and she tried to talk me out of talking to her but I insisted to see the manager. The manager came over and handled the whole situation TERRIBLY and made me even more angry, I ended up getting up with finished nail and paying for terrible service. I strongly discourage going to the nail salon. Terrible service. Ps if ur feet is over a size 8 be prepared for them to call your feet big. read more

I have been disappointed with this salon several times, but kept coming back because my husband always had a good experience. In the past, he was called back before me, but was always still being served by the time I was finished for the same pedicure. And he did not have the polish applied, so I don't know why he got such a long treatment. Fast forward to this weekend, I went in for mani and nails for the first time. A woman came to tell us the techs were running late and would be 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment time. No big deal, we would wait. The same woman then came to get me for my service. She cut my nails without any soaking, no work on the cuticles, etc. I asked for a Christmas design, but had never done this before so left it to her to help me. She painted a bow on two fingers, taking about 3 seconds each. When I got home, I had to file my own nails because they were so jagged they kept scratching me. I had heard these wonderful things about the hand massage being the best part of the whole thing, but never got any kind of massage. For my first time, I was not impressed and if I did not have friends who have raved about getting their nails done, I would think this was a complete load of bunk. I will not return to this salon and am looking forward to going to a place that actually does give good manicures with designs on the nails. read more

Disinterested tech with more care in chatting with the other techs than taking care of business. Foot massage with pedicure was a joke. $31 for a pedicure is fine if time and care is taken. This pedicure was not worth $20. I won't go back. read more

I've been here twice. Everyone is nice and they do a good job. I like the back room best as its a bit more private.

Charged about $50 to put on my nails ... reasonable, that's fine. Charged me another $50 for fills and painting 2 weeks later. Way too high!!! Won't be back. read more

Just a positive shout out regarding my recent visits. When I need a pedicure or manicure, this has been my "go to" place for several years. Had a wonderful pedicure this last time....the technician took her time and was very thorough. Spent over an hour on my feet - didn't rush at all. Another technician handled my manicure and she was equally thorough. I did make an appointment for 9 am (when they open) and before they got busy. Thanks for a relaxing pedicure and manicure! read more
