June 1 I went in and had my nails done at LV Nails. I paid $60 for a full set of gel nails, within a week they started lifting I went into LV Nails to have them repair the lifted Nails, which they did at their expense, but with them only being a week old it should have been at their expense. The female owner had a slight attitude, but had her husband repair the nail anyway. The new nail that he had put on looked horrible. You could see dips and scratches in the nail. A few days later, I had another nail completely left, I went back in and again the owners had a slight attitude with me. The female owner said what do you need? I had told her that I felt that several other Nails were weak. She argued with me, I let it go, got another nail fixed and went on my way. She told me at that point that I needed to come in every two weeks to have my nails filled, I have been going to see her for approximately three years now I have been very loyal to her, and I told her that I have never had this issue happen in the whole time that I have had my nails done that something was wrong, and I have never had to have my nails filled every two weeks. There has been several times when I have gone in to have my nails done she does them extremely fast, which that has never been a problem until this last time. So instead of arguing with her, I left. A few days later, I had Nails breaking off of the tips of my fingers. One had ripped my nail halfway off because not only did it break, but it had lifted, and it is one of the Nails that I told the female owner that I felt that it was weak. She was offended about my comment. When I went back in this last time to have a discussion with the female owner and to either have the nails fixed or removed, she told me again that I needed to come in every two weeks because I have short nail bed, I stated that I've never had this problem before. She made it known that she has already fixed my nails 2 nails, twice for free and that after two weeks, the nails are not guaranteed. I did not go in there expecting her to do any thing for free, she was extremely rude to me said what do you want done you? You want a full set or a want to fill? Well with the tone of her voice I told her I just wanted them removed. She said ok good! She would normally talk to me knowing that she was going to make money off of me and a tip but on this day, she was so rude to me that she had nothing more to say to me, within about 15 minutes, she put the chemical on my fingers and wrap them not saying a word she just walked away her and her husband sat in the pedicure section discussing the situation with me as they took care of other patrons. They left me sitting for 45+ minutes with this chemical on my fingers before they ever decided to come back in the nail bar room and the female owner stated that the male owner would take care of me. After the male owner went outside and smoked, clipped his nails and drank some of his soda he finally came over not saying a word getting everything set up to. When he started, he was actually a little rough while he was using his power tool to take them off Squeezing each finger, He was not gentle with my fingers at all. Seeing that my nail had been ripped off from having the lifted weak nail that I mentioned to the female owner days before, the male owner squeezed the ripped off nail finger on the nail. As he was grinding on my fingers, I could feel that he was getting too close to my nail bed and it was hot. I mentioned that to him he still didn't say anything he just kept going about his business and he ended up burning some of my nail beds. My nail beds used to have a nice hump on them and they are now flat. When he was done, I asked how much do I owe you and he said nothing and I said I'm willing to pay you for this he said No just Go! He wouldn't even look at me, I offered again to pay for it and he just walked away from me. As I was walking out the door I told them that they have lost a loyal customer. I don't advise anybody to go to the salon because I would sure hate loyal customers or any customers to be treated the way I was treated if there's a problem with your nails. They were rough and they were rude very rough and very rude! On another note, the place is filthy, they allow their kids to lay on the floor drinking their bottle, there's food all over the floors and the chairs from allowing their kids to run a muck, screaming and crying, and making a sure mess of the salon. I am so disappointed in the treatment that I got, I would never spend another dime anywhere that I was treated like crap! read more

This is by far the worst nail salon I've ever been to! We were greeted at the door by a woman who was barefoot, next had to avoid a a baby around the age of 12-16 months splashing in the water being drawn for my pedicure and grabbing bottles of cream. No one picked the baby up to put him in a playpen or in any way contain him...he had the entire place to run around in. The floor was dirty as was the front door and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Looking back, there were 5 of us and we should have walked out and gone someplace else. read more

I went to get a mani and pedi and I was greeted by a worker with no shoes on and when I sat in my chair for my pedi my water overflowed and there were 2 children roaming around playing in the water and chewing on my shoes and nobody was stopping them and they were pulling stuff out of cabinets and knocking nail polish off the walls, took them 2 hours to finish my basic pedi and ended up not getting my manicure done. read more

All I'm going to say is "Do not go to this place". First they reuse files and tools after using them on others. Where most places take sterile tools out of plastic bags, they pick them up off of table. The young lady got Very LOUD and RUDE when because the pedicure was so bad and NOT COMPLETELY FINISHED or polished, I said I would never come back there and not paying because I was going somewhere else. Kept saying she worked 7 days a week like it was my fault. I'm telling you, DO NOT GO THERE, You might get a fungus because the place and tools are dirty. I will be turning them in for cleanliness! I would give zero stars if I could. I went for a pedicure and fills for my nails. When I went to pay the man told me a price and I included a tip and signed. A few days later I looked at my bank account and the charge on my account was for a higher price. When I called and asked why I was told that the guy quoted me the wrong price. After I explained that you can't open a closed ticket after a customer signed it, the manager got upset with me. She did not think she did anything wrong. I am sure she has done this many times before. I just happened to catch it. Side note my nails that she said that I needed to try the dip chipped 2 days later. I went to this place twice during covid and every employee had a mask along with customers & they took precautions to insure the employee & customers are safe which I really appreciate! Amazing service & they do such an amazing job on the acrylic nails. I chose the powder glow in the dark dip just for fun & I love it!! I definitely try to come back any time I am in town. read more

I wanted to treat my daughter to a mani-pedi today. Unfortunately, our experience was not a treat. The salon was empty which should have been the first warning sign on a Saturday afternoon. It seemed unclean with dead bugs on the window sill. I regret not turning around and leaving at that point. The pedicure was rushed and minimal. My big toe nail was not cut straight. Our manicures were fine, but again without the care provided at other salons. The worst part of the experience was although the young lady was ok, the unpleasant, grumpy man who provided the service for me made me very uncomfortable. He never greeted or looked at me. When I accidentally nicked my toenail and wanted him to fix it, he was so rude about it, I just decided to leave, upset and disappointed. Clearly, customer service is not a focus. I wish I had seen the Yelp reviews before making the appointment. That was $120 down the drain. I could have done a better job at home. There are much better nail salons in MF. read more

This place is horrible!! IF I was to return I would only let Chelsea work on me but the older man and lady that work here are terrible, the man is rough and the lady cut my big toe and never said "sorry". It is a day later and my toe is still raw and bleeding...DO NOT GO HERE!! read more

This place is HORRIBLE. My mother and I went in to get pedicures. It was an older couple who did ours. Mine was fine except she was very rough and made me bleed in two different spots. My mother's on the other hand was horrible. She asked for a spa pedicure. The old guy did not even do half of the pedicure. He did not do the oil massage nor the lotion massage. He put a scrub on at the very beginning of the pedicure (which I thought was backward) and literally just washed it off a minute later. When we complained to the lady at the front she literally said "everybody is different""." Yes, we know everyone is different but they should be doing the whole pedicure!! I will NEVER come back here. The old owners need to come back-they were great. read more

I called and made an appointment for two upgraded pedicures for the following day at 5:15 pm. I confirmed there would be two people there to do both pedicures simultaneously. We didn't want to be there too late, we both have an hour drive home afterwards. We arrived at 5:10pm. There was only one person there. She went back and forth between us. We had been there twice before (they were ok, but certainly not great), so we knew she was already 'skipping steps' in the process. Then another person comes in for a pedicure, she didn't make them wait or turn them away....no, she is now going between the three of us! Ten minutes go by and now a fourth person has arrived and is wanting her nails filled! You guessed it, she did not turn them away, now she is literally running between four people!!! She clipped my toe nails, but did not file them smooth ( I did that when I got home, there were jagged edges). My polish looks like my granddaughter did it. It is on the skin, rough texture, no topcoat. It is just awful! We didn't get out of there until after 8pm. Nearly three hours for a 45 minute pedicure. I feel bad she was there alone, but she should NEVER had taken on two more customers, and that was her choice. I called, but didn't seem there was an interest in correcting the situation. Three hours of my time wasted, let alone the $50.00. They have now lost two customers permanently. I do NOT recommend. read more
