However, it was my daughter's birthday and she really wanted to get her nails done. When they were finished, she sat in the car crying because they looked so bad. I went back inside and asked them to remove them, and please refund our money because they did not look like what she asked for. I was told they could not refund my money. The tech then attempted to reshape them, which was still an epic failure. He actually complained about the fact that I asked him to remove them because she was not satisfied and that he had to take her appointment because the other tech didn't show up. I ended up taking my daughter to another nail salon so that they could remove them. The acrylic is far too wide extending beyond the nail bed to the surrounding skin and bowed up at the tips.
