Has Been three years, but still disgusted and every time I drive by the building. I had standards and it was irritating to them. The mother began saying she was too busy. The creepy guy would hit on you...he poured A cheap bottle of vodka on my legs and said it was refreshing....To who??? It was all Burnet had and I called and made an appointment cause I was in a time crunch. I showed up they all started speaking to each other in another language. They tried telling me they were busy and the mom said in English "she called" and the teenage daughter began going off and was visibly upset. The mother told her to stop and she stormed out. Illegally filthy, don't do a good job, they are cheap and don't care because they don't have to. Part my fault...Don't expect quality from people obsessed with quantity. I went and saw Sam. He takes his time, checked in with me during every step to give me time to say if I didn't like anything. My nails have never looked so pretty. I couldn't find a single thing I didn't like. If you are a perfectionist like me, go see Sam. He will set you up RIGHT. IDK what these negative reviews are about. read more

This salon is dirty. They do not properly clean their tools and equipment. I should have left the minute I entered. I had a pedicure (gel), it is bumpy and the gel bleeds into my skin, it is already flaking off after 3 days. I had dip on my nails, it was horrible. I showed him my shape at the beginning, he completely ruined my current shape, the color was white and started to yellow after 3 days, my nails have started chipping after one week. The purpose of dipping is to not use a drill. He drilled on my hands the entire time. DO NOT GO HERE. The worst part was how dirty the place is. read more

The best consistent manicures I've ever had! I've been going here for 4 months and Sam has manicured the absolute very best acrylic nails and they last! He educated me on why it was better for my nails to use acrylic vs dip or gel. He's very knowledgeable of the best type of nail application for your nails and is there to please! This is not the same nail salon that garnered the past poor reviews based on a past employee. Both Hannah and Sam are amazing and very genuine. read more

So, I'm going to give them two stars, just because the lady was nice. But I gotta start with bless her heart... ughhhh... dude, I'm pretty sure none of the tools were disinfected. It was one of those moments of "I'm in the cesspool before I figured out there was a problem". I swear, half my yelps are "why the heck didn't I look here first"!?! Twenty minutes later the entire process was done and I had a shotty polish job that I'm pretty sure most second graders could do a better job and eyebrows from 2001, so, you basically can't see them...awesome. I didn't come in expecting a luxurious spa experience but I really did not anticipate it being this bad. I got the completely wrong nail color and expressed that I didn't like it (he had only done one coat on one hand) and wasn't what I asked for, sat in an awkward silence of resistance long enough to just say I'd keep it. The shape was uneven and there was no tidying up cuticles or anything after it was done. It was just really sloppy and awkward. There was also Christmas music playing (it's April). While I was there two different people came in to have their nails redone saying theirs had chipped quickly, which wasn't surprising. I've given this place my business several times, This is my 4th try. I am very busy and have a hard time fitting in time to get my nails done. The first time I got a full set by the "husband". Nails were okay, not great. Had acrylic all over my hands and a few nails were slightly off, but nothing too bad. Second time, the wife gave my daughter and I pedicures and all went well. She was very kind and her son ( who stays in the business 24/7) was very sweet & well mannered. I was close by and desperately needed a new set. , so I went in today to give them one more try. I needed to get old nails off and a new set. After some confusion because of the language barrier, I decided on a full set of gel nails. He started working on me & 3 nails on one hand and 1 on the other are very obviously crooked. I told him three times that they were off. He didn't fix them. I called my daughter in for her opinion and we both agreed they looked awful. He Continued to file on one hand until they were all very short and more off center. 1 1/2 hours later, nails are still crooked and I don't have time for him to pull off 4 nails and start over, bc I have another appt today. I let him know that I wasn't pleased with the way they looked and he basically said there was nothing he could do. I got up with my nails un finished/un polished and he still charged me $35. Do not waste your time going here ! You will not be happy! read more

This is the absolute worse place for nails that I have ever been to. Nails were uneven, thick, sloppy and the top coat had lines and wasn't shiny. I had dip powder and it chipped after the second day. I have never had this happen and I have had dip powder nails done for over a year. I tried this salon as my regular salon was not open. I should have just waited one day and used my regular salon instead of wasting my money here. Do yourself a favor and never use this salon read more

This place is horrible! I Went there for a fill couldn't make it to the place I normally go to and they said they could do a matte look for me and I walked out spending what I would pay for a full set and designs and all I got was one color and asked it to be matte. Needless to say I walked out very upset my nails took hours and I mean hours to dry. And when they did sort of dried they were sticky as hell and in days time they looked all grown out like I hadn't had them done for a month. The customer service is just as bad. Just save your money cause it's a waste of time and a huge waste of money going here. Something I will never do is take a chance and go somewhere convenient I rather wait so I know that when I do spend the money it will be done right. If I could of given this place no stars I would have they don't even deserve a 1 star. read more
