Pros: * Friendly staff * Fast service Cons: * Extremely Unsanitary * Poor quality service/results * Pricing issues 1. Getting your nails done at a salon is always a risk. There are different levels of sanitation for each salon. Some are outstanding, some are decent and some are completely careless with sanitation standards. This salon was unsanitary at the lowest level. The nail technician kept switching between 3 customers without any concern of contamination. Think about this, after 2-4 weeks of wearing fake nails, there is a lot of nasty stuff between layers. Even I'm disgusted with my own nails after two weeks. 2. After filing the nails with a dirty nail file, the technician used a dirty nail brush to brush off the nail dust and just applied gel nail polish without allowing me to rinse my dusty nails off. This caused bumpy nails. She didn't even wipe down the counter so I had to have my nails drying under the black light on a grimy countertop. It felt gross. 3. Inconsistent Pricing. I asked for the pricing brochure and saw that my service was only supposed to be $20 for a basic gel polish. She told me it was $40 to remove my old nail dip. Since my nail dip came off easy because I scraped it off while it was soaking, she said she would not charge me for the removal. Then she told me my cost was $30. The gel with manicure service was $30. I didn't get a manicure. She didn't even put lotion on my hands. She quickly turned off the blacklight, left me to go work on another woman, and told me "That will be $30" while turned away from me filing another woman's nails... without washing her hands. 4. Poor quality nail polish application. My nail polish is bumpy from the nail dust filing. The top clear coat dried with craters. Getting your nails done should feel like a luxury experience. Many women enjoy getting their nails done to feel like a queen. It feels lovely to have someone take care of you and help you feel beautiful. Unfortunately, I did not feel like this while getting my nails done here. I felt unclean and unsatisfied.

She tried to do the design I requested twice and couldn't so I finally said just paint it the whole color. While Victor was fixing what she messed up another lady walked in and requested Victor he explained that he needed to go eat lunch and the customer was totally fine with it said she'd come back but the manager absolutely refused to let that happen she directed the lady to a seat and was talking to another worker about doing the her nails even though she wanted Victor. After finishing my nail he ended up going to do the other customers pedicure , but the way the manager treated Victor was so very wrong, When you find a good Technician you will wait for them especially if for something like their nutrition. The new manager definitely bring the place down. Hopefully she won't be in there next time I go see Victor, would hate to have to find a new technician because of her attitude.

My manicurist got overly aggressive with the buffer and hurt me. Then, he got overly aggressive with the cuticle pusher and hurt me. And then he got overly aggressive with the cuticle scissors and hurt me. Then, he yanked my fingers around painfully during the polishing process and hurt me again with the buffer at the end. And, he polished it off by announcing I was done without a drop of hand lotion or a minute of massage. And, in between ignoring my gasps of pain, he paused my manicure about a dozen times to text someone at length - so rude. I come to a nail salon to relax but this was....not that. My cuticles are red and painful tonight, with several small abrasions and cuts. In conclusion - pedicure = 4 stars, manicure 1 star.

I was cut three separate times during the service, and several of the nails were noticeably uneven and slanted. I literally had to tell the nail tech to redo a nail because he glued it on completely crooked, and then I had to tell him to add more acrylic because he had filed the nail down way too much. At that point, why am I having to tell the nail tech how to properly do the job I'm paying him for? I ended up having to go to a completely different salon and pay AGAIN to have my nails fixed because of the poor quality of work here. I shouldn't have to spend twice the money to correct someone else's mistakes. Definitely not worth the price, and I would not recommend this place.
