My significant other and I decided to try a new spot to get our nails done. This so happened to be…read morethat spot. I'd say we made a good choice. We walked in and we were helped almost instantly. They had us wash our hands first. I was seated for my pedicure right after. I was quickly handed a menu for a complimentary drink. That was a great way to start things off! I chose an Orange juice. It was pretty tasty. I was given another menu to choose what I wanted done. I chose the Classic Pedicure for my Spa Pedicure. It included Clean & Cuticles Trim, File & Shape, Callus Removal, Sea Salt Exfoliant, and Polish Application. The price was $32, so it wasn't that bad. The massage chair was a decent touch. I got a clear coat and it came out really nice. I was pretty impressed by the pedicure. It felt slightly rushed, though. I got a Manicure afterwards. This was $20. The service took a good amount of time, so that was a plus since I wanted them to be clean. My nails came out very nicely considering the shape they were in when I walked through the door. My nail technician did a great job. I wish the pedicure lasted longer. I was impressed by her attention to detail on my Manicure. She had a positive attitude. Overall, this place didn't have any major issues. Everything was fairly simple from walking in through the door to leaving. The whole place had a clean essence to it with a slightly modern feel. I recommend this spot. I'm pretty sure I'll come back someday. Date of visit: 08/14/2023

The lady working on me questioned why I was not getting a fill? It's because I'm getting my wisdom teeth removed and you can not have fake nails for the procedure. I found it rude she thought it was appropriate to question why I wasn't getting more services done To get to my point!! She used a single nail in conjunction with a cuticle cutter to rip my fake nails off after sanding my nails Down with a dirty bit head. NO SOAK OFF!!! She cut one of my cuticles, asked if it was hurting (so she knew the answer was yes) My "manicure" consisted of one single push back on each of my nails with 5 mins of cuticle removal (if that) then she looked at me and said " done" No filing or buffing or anything to make it seem as if I had just left the nail salon. Also overheard my nail tech mock me with another coworker... very upset Charged $25 Tipped $10 which I was not even thanked for So Paid $35 to be unable to use my fingers comfortably for the rest of the evening This happened yesterday and my nails beds are still sore.
