They were nice but a bit pricey especially being that I got a full set on Friday and by Tuesday my pinky nail already came off... very disappointed for a $45 full set... They didn't even last a week..

I do agree spending hours in a nail salon is ridiculous! The one older lady is on vacation and there's another lady in there doing pedicure's. When I say my nails and nail bed was on fire . This man filed the out of my nails for about a good 20 min on one hand. I pick my color plus one nail with glitter. He finish, no glitter, fingers hurt, the shape is off, then his slow says $50.00. I'm like for what???? I will never get my nails done their ever again

I just left from Cali nails. I received the worst pedicure ever! THREE different people worked on my feet. The 1st guy did a poor job cleaning my cuticles. When I asked if he could redo them, he barely touched my feet and it was no better. So a woman came to fix them... she was just as bad because how could you NOT see all this excess dead skin on my cuticles. I just gave up asking. For some reason another person came to polish. Watching him polish my toes made me cringe. I knew he wasn't doing a good job just by watching him. My feet look horrible! Not to mention the absolute lack of polish choices for regular pedicures/manicures. Most of the polish was old. And there weren't many colors to choose from at all.

Just get a pedicure. I got my natural nails done & it looks like I painted them myself. Smh. But yeah, after your pedicure walk away!

My sweetie & I had the most delightful couple's pedi yesterday. Holly took care of us as well as a nice gentleman whose name I didn't catch. We loved the great massage chairs, opportunity to relax and be pampered and the friendly and fun staff. The price was perfect and there was virtually no wait. We will be back!

I stopped in to get a pedicure without an appointment and asked if they had time. Yes. I was told 5 minutes. 30 minutes later I was still sitting waiting. I got up to leave and was told another 5 minutes. Yea right. I'm out. That was their first and last chance with me. Bug-Bye. They can't tell time apparently read more

So she decides she wants to do so nails and I'm the one she will practice on . First of all she puts the tips on wrong! Unfortunately I'm not able to rate this lower. The worst most disrespectful service that I have ever received. They speak Vietnamese in front of their clients as they look and laugh. I watched them disrespect an elderly person by looking and laughing between themselves. I spoke up and the man that was doing my pedicure punched my legs. I told him don't ever punch me again I will never return to this establishment. read more

I've been coming here for years and the ownership changed. The service I've been receiving since the ownership change is iffy. I could have an appointment and someone would still get taken before me. Yesterday I went and got no chip polish and my toes chipped. I tried texting just to find out I had been blocked. Very unprofessional service counting I paid $125. I do NOT recommend going. Also they keep breaking my toenails and occasionally my nails yet I like them long. read more

I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years, this is the best place I have ever found. They truly take their time, they shape your nails to look perfect. At the end you get a massage and warm towel on your hands. Everyone here is super nice. Will be going here for a very long time. read more

I've been here twice so far and I love it! Everyone is so friendly which is huge because I haven't been to a nail place where everyone is so welcoming. They take their time and do a fantastic job at no chips. They also try and help me choose a color because I'm so indecisive! The color I went with is "soaring sky". read more

Looking for quick place to get my pedicure done and decided to give them a chance. Never again will I come here. There tools are not sterile , they rinsed them off and sprayed I'm guessing disinfectant on them!!! Wth is wrong with people. Come on how unsanitary and disgusting. The lady gave me a menu of what pedicure they offered and I said no thank you and she looked like she was upset. Ugh then when she painted my nails and I told her the color doesn't look even she got upset. read more

Loved it here! There was a bit of a wait because I came in on a busy day but it was worth it to be honest. My nails look bomb. The ONLY reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they don't tell you cost up front. On the board it says a full set is 25+ and I only asked for a matte black full set, so I didn't know the matte black added 20 dollars to the total. Though it's my fault for not asking I think that's something they should tell you beforehand. The guy who did my nails was great and very chatty read more

I heard good reviews about this place so I wanted to try it. First the guy said he didn't do powder but there was powder clearly there. I don't know if he meant that he doesn't do powder himself or what. Anyways he charged me $45 for a regular full set with no chip polish. Like no extra shape or anything special. Thats the most I've EVER paid for a full set. Needless to say, all the nails have fallen off within 10 days. I will not be returning to this place and I advise you not to! Horrible place, I asked for a European pedi and she gave me a regular one (which costs 25) and charged me 35. It was basic quick and will definitely not be returning!! The service took a good amount of time, so that was a plus since I wanted them to be clean. My nails came out very nicely considering the shape they were in when I walked through the door. My nail technician did a great job. I wish the pedicure lasted longer. I was impressed by her attention to detail on my Manicure. She had a positive attitude. Overall, this place didn't have any major issues. Everything was fairly simple from walking in through the door to leaving. The whole place had a clean essence to it with a slightly modern feel. I drove over an hour to get there, so the lack of courtesy and professionalism was extremely frustrating. A simple explanation or respectful tone would have made a big difference. Customer service matters, especially when you are the first point of contact. Unfortunately, due to this interaction, I will not be returning. I hope management addresses this, because one negative experience can easily cost loyal customers.

I am 9 months pregnant and can't reach my toes anymore! I am super frugal due to necessity, so getting a pedicure anywhere was going to be a big splurge. I was hoping for a good pedicure for a good price. I looked at a lot of places around here and I wasn't impressed with reviews or I was scared off my the prices (I recently moved from the East Coast where mani-pedis run $30-35---here most pedis are $40 min?!) I took a chance here and was absolutely not disappointed! I got everything I was hoping for. I got the Basic Pedicure for $25. Holly took great are of me. She was very careful and precise, and most of all, gentle with my sore feet. She gave me the best callous treatment I've received anywhere, the nails are filed perfectly, the massage was refreshing, and the polish applicationis gorgeous. They use OPI here. I had to wait a while today since I came on a busy Saturday morning and they are short staffed for some reason (she said but I didn't understand - vacation?), but every customer here appeared to receive the same attentive, careful service I received. Called for lash extensions, Was a little concerned that I couldn't get in soon enough, or the place would be not so clean. Got me in RIGHT away!!! Place is immaculate and so very nice. Two ladies were having their nails done. She took me right into the waxing room, and showed me what lengths lashes she had (I chose natural lengths- short & medium. They use the Ardell flares, not the single lashes.). I chose, she did the lashes quickly, and so very nicely!! Very pleased with their services. Such a great place. I was driving into IL do have them done--so much more convenient!! My lashes look great, and my husband is very happy. He really likes the lashes! Will go back and try their pedis. My daughter and I both need them, since we have a wedding to go to in a couple of weeks. If you don't mind flares, instead of single lashes, this is definitely the place to go to!!! I am very, very pleased. Oh, did I mention it was only $30? I tipped, of course, but it was really reasonable. One place I looked at locally was over $100....too much for me....These look so nice!! I have been going here for over 8 years and stayed with them when ownership changed. I will not go anywhere else. They are clean and sterilize everything. The other nail salons around here are dirty and use questionable tools for pedicures, etc. Everyone is very nice and polite and give the best service!!! read more
