This was my second time so called second chance I gave this shop to do my nails. They do not use a drill. They waste your time along with cut open all your cuticle beds. I'm posting a picture to verify how bad it is I had to stop before I even got anything new done. Took over an hour to scrape an emery board against my gel polish to look like this mess. Then had the nerve to take $40 out of my $100 I handed to the nail tech Megan stating that I owe that for the hour it took to do the damage she did. Horrible customer service. The shape was awful no where near close to what coffin looks like. I am posting a third and fourth photo at a different shop just 2 hours later to get my nails fixed and done right.

She was so receptive to any areas I wanted to address and by the end I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to stand up and leave because every muscle felt relaxed. I would definitely recommend the relaxation massage if you're looking for something that isn't heavily pressured and are looking to target various areas of your body! "6"..total tartgets---not just one but up selling me a total of 6. The embellishment of "AMAZING" results comes by exerting sales pressure and hyping before and after pictures of model like people. Pictures are used as proof sources that cannot be confirmed as photo shopped or not. I spent thousands $$$$$ and many hours and visits. RESULT: zero - nothing - not even ONE location was visably different from 6 targeted spots... how could ALL 6 locations result in ZERO improvement? When requesting resolution/compensation, owner Karin Kartuska was extremely evasive and anoyed by my requests to talk with her directly. Karin, with much reluctance allowed a short call to be made. Follow up was promised and never delivered. Evasion continues.... BEWARE!!! Please do a deep dive and use customer testimonies to determine the efficiency/inefficiency of Cool Sculpting for yourself. It will be expanding too, so I can only imagine it will get ever better. They have refreshments and snacks at the front for your convenience. They set up time for a consultation. I'm not sure what works best with my hair and I don't keep up with hair trends. I showed a couple pictures of things I like, but told Elle that ultimately I just wanted a shorter style that worked best with my hair. I didn't know what to do with color so I asked for advice. I felt confident if her ability right away so I just told her to do whatever and have fun. Elle was very professional and easy to talk to. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and I'm really glad she wasn't frustrated when I asked her to be creative. She was happy with the outcome of my hair as was I. She also reassured me that if I had an problems with my cut that I could go back for any fixing. Prices were reasonable, and she referred me to some product to help with styling. She seems very knowledgable and educated about hair. I am very pleased with my first experience.
