I was really looking forward to a wonderful pedicure with a nice massage. I chose the deluxe. Not basic but a little bit more with a massage. I was nicked and burnt several times during my nail treatment and it really hurt. I felt like he was rushing. I really knew he was rushing when the massage was maybe six or seven passes over my legs and one or two over my feet and he was done. I watched the other female down for me do someone else and they had the same deluxe as me but theirs was amazing and they really gave a good massage to the legs and feet and I could tell the client was relaxing. At that point, I was so frustrated. But how can you tell anyone because nobody seems to understand English? Not to mention the two men both doing Pedi kept talking.... Just rude. Never again and I do not recommend it to anyone because I brought my granddaughter and my daughter and no one was satisfied. Stay away!! I was at the salon for 2 1/2 hours. I received a basic pedicure w no chip polish. They up-charged $5 for using a razor file. I got a no chip mani w chrome topper. Total cost without tip was $120! Ridiculous!! He over used the drill on my nails. I'm so disappointed. Never will go back. read more

My last visit I got a French gel fill and Paul got hot pink on my nail near my cuticle. I asked him to fix it and he pretended he couldn't see it. I teach preschool and the kids could see it I don't see how he couldn't see it with his great light on his table. I went for the first time and was completely unhappy with their service! I booked with a girl Jenna online and when I got their they were all over the place. One of the ladies was so rude, like if you are a bother to them. I ended up with some male doing my nails who did not understand a word I was telling him. I asked if he can do the design I wanted and he said ya wait to the end. Which he did not do a good job at all!!! My nails looked so bulky and the design looked like I had tried to do them myself!! It was a really nice experience. I was late for my original appointment. They were nice enough to reschedule me that day. I leave the hospital and then late for the second appointment when I realize I forgot my purse at the hospital. So I had to run back to the hospital to pick up my purse And came back which made me a half an hour late. I have been coming here for 2 years now and consistently schedule an appointment every 3 weeks with Krystal and consistently tip $40 each time I come and even up to $100 at times if I have ever canceled an appointment. It is very rare I am ever late and if I am I call even though Krystal is usually still working on the client before me. Today I called prior to my appointment to say I was running about 10 mins late due to traffic. No answer. I show up 12 mins late instead of the 10 I thought ,walk in and begin picking my colors while Krystal tells me "I thought you forgot your Bridgette" as she still sits with the customer before me in her chair still being worked on. I said I tried to call but nobody answered. She gives a look. As I'm sitting there I started thinking of how badly she has treated me the last few times I've come in and I chose to leave. She called to ask me where I went and ai expressed to her that I was upset with the way she treated me and would book with someone else. I tried to book an appointment with Tracy and Krystal denied my appointment. Krystal is late almost every time I come and I never complain. She complains about the designs I request and the amount of time they will take. She gives no massage at all with a pedicure, she pauses when doing my nails to go eat and will continually stop doing my services to make personal calls and book appointments when customers call in and I never say a word but she has gradually become more and more rude towards me despite me NEVER being rude back. To now spitefully refuse to allow me to book with someone else because you know your bad attitude lost you a loyal, good customer is pretty sad. read more

This place came highly recommended by one of my friends (I am new to the area) but I don't remember last time I was that disappointed in the way my nails looked and the way I was treated. The technician said maybe one word to me other than asking me if I want to get a manicure- after getting a full set and nails painted. Shouldn't the manicure be performed and nails be prepped before? When I asked if I can wash my hands from all the little powder that was all over my hands I was told now so naturally they are little specks of dust everywhere inside my nails. I have asked for short oval nails and walked away with wacky looking almond wannabes. I picked a darker color and there is a lot of transparency and unevenness. I think the technician saw on my face that I am not happy and on the end of the service was giving me an attitude, I don't know if that's the standard of the services is the area but it's really disappointing to walk away with such a strongly negative feelings after getting services that supposed to make you feel better and relax you. read more

Tried this place out for the first time since moving into the area. The appointment system online is nice and easy to do. It began really great; but it ended really rushed and my nails looked terrible at the end. The person doing my nails ended up coughing and sneezing on her hands (no mask) and then proceeds to continue with touching mine. Then coughed on my hands at the end as she was finishing. She ended up putting a mask on after she was done with me and went to work on someone else. My manicure lasted four days (usually anywhere I go it last 2+ weeks). This is my third visit. I love this place! You usually need an appointment, but it's the first nail salon I've been to that actually takes your name and number and sends a reminder of your appointment to your phone. They have a huge variety of colors from which to choose. Their technicians are attentive to your needs and very friendly. My polish stays on and never chips. Very clean! During Covid, they make sure you wash your hands immediately upon entering and have shields in place, even at the pedicure stations. When I first walked in I thought it might take a while because there were 6 nail technicians and 21 people in there! But to my surprise they were very fast and efficient. One of the first things I notice about a salon is the cleanliness....and CP nails was very clean and organized! I went in with my nails looking terrible, partial polish and all chipped and jagged, but I left feeling like a new person! My nails looked great and they did exactly what I asked for. I ended up going with the basic pedicure (the least expensive) and her whole demeanor changed. She was aggressive with my feet and cut me twice. Then as I was paying, she asked if I wanted to tip. So the salon has a lot of color options but they don't have all the colors they let you choose from and then try and match it the best they can. I asked for a two color French tip and was told that's an extra 10$. I agreed but once the technician started it looked nothing like The example I showed her. So I told her I don't like the 1 nail she completed as an example. She got very loud and upset and then was talking aggressively in her language about it to the male tech behind me. Which made me uncomfortable she was the one who said let me try one bc I might not be able to do it. So I chose a new color and she did the pink tips. On two of the nails they had a dark brown line in the clear polish. I showed her and again she is very upset and starts telling the male In her language. He comes over and they both start talking very upset at me that this is bc the nail lifted and she can't fix it. This is a 45$ fill and French polish. I express I'm not happy leaving with two brown lines on the nails. The guy is in my face yelling that I don't understand and he has done nail 25 years so He knows that it's fine. ‍ how can having large brown discoloration be fine if I'm saying I want that removed. Despite explaining for 15 or more minutes he is now yelling at both me and my mother who was getting her nails done as well. Twice I asked him why he is yelling at me and my mother when she is not the customer. He says over and over that this happens every time someone gets a fill in and that it's fine. Again it was not on every nail just two and he did not understand English well enough to understand my issue. The girl eventually takes a nail File and files away the brown lines and repainted them. The brown line was removed by this action so the male was upset and yelling at me because of a language barrier but I will never return to this salon again. My nails are uneven and bulky with inconsistent painting from nail to nail which I didn't notice until I left bc of the brown line commotion. My mother got something simple just a dark red polish on the entire nail. Hers are all painted but hers is also coated in bulky paint and the nails are uneven As well. They also did hers square cut after she requested oval and told the male technician she wanted oval multiple Times. Overall you are paying 40-50$ for a fill in and I don't mind paying for quality nails this is just not a quality experience. My original visit was very nice but the technician I had was not there and the two people working that night in the salon were not able to do the job correctly. read more

I called the nail salon and asked them if they could take a walk-in party of 3. They said no, I needed to make an appointment. They scheduled it for 4:30p. I asked if they would be able to take us all at 4:30p since it closed at 5p. I was told yes. We arrived a few minutes early and the place was packed. Every chair was full. 2 of us were seated after a 20 min wait. While all 3 of us were waiting there were multiple walk-ins that got seated and started before us. At least 3 people. The other person in our party waited for an hour before they were seated. I asked my nail tech if something could be done about her price and he said he had to ask his boss. They then had a long conversation and when I asked what the answer was I was told he is thinking about it. When we paid, the boss told us there would be no price adjustment and then told us a bunch of excuses why. None of them made sense. My conclusion: Don't come here. They messed up and chose not to make it right. They will not be getting any of our business again. read more

My husband turned me on to CP nails about 4 years ago. Pre COVID my experience was always great and relaxing . I don't get my nails done very often , typically fir special occasions. The last time I went I felt like the person was a bit off but coming out of COVID I figured everyone is a big rusty. However, my husband sent me there today as a birthday gift and wanted me to go on Father's Day weekend to make me handle the loss of my father a little easier. My experience was not great. I was a bit skeptical at first, as there aren't many reviews on yelp, but their Facebook page is loaded with great reviews, so a friend and I decided to check it out. As someone who has only had acrylics done once (elsewhere), and had a horrible and painful experience, I was nervous to get them done here, but because of the great fb reviews, I figured that I might as well. I was so relieved by my experience. My nail technician was very friendly and she did a great job. I did have to ask her to file my cuticles down, and she didn't cut my nails down underneath my acrylics (which I don't know if either of those are a normal thing when getting acrylics... as I stated previously i never get my nails done so I'm not sure haha), but everything else was awesome. I had a no chip manicure exactly 1 week ago. On Wednesday I noticed a chip on my left middle finger and on Thursday there was a bigger chip on my right middle finger. I went to the salon this morning to get my nails repaired. Crystal did the repair. After repairing both nails, she placed cuticle oil on my nails and did not rub it in. I also asked for lotion and she told me that lotion was on the table in the waiting area but she had lotion at her station. I do not appreciate the attitude when it was their product that chipped. She did not say thank you, she just walked away from the station. I was kind enough to even leave her a tip for the repair. Perhaps, they should get new product. I was referred to this nail salon by a friend but I will not go back. The price that I paid for the no chip manicure and a pedicure, I can go to a salon/ day spa and have better service. read more
