I had a no chip manicure exactly 1 week ago. On Wednesday I noticed a chip on my left middle finger and on Thursday there was a bigger chip on my right middle finger. I went to the salon this morning to get my nails repaired. Crystal did the repair. After repairing both nails, she placed cuticle oil on my nails and did not rub it in. I also asked for lotion and she told me that lotion was on the table in the waiting area but she had lotion at her station. I do not appreciate the attitude when it was their product that chipped. She did not say thank you, she just walked away from the station. I was kind enough to even leave her a tip for the repair. Perhaps, they should get new product. I was referred to this nail salon by a friend but I will not go back. The price that I paid for the no chip manicure and a pedicure, I can go to a salon/ day spa and have better service. read more

I recently moved to CP and was looking for a nail salon closer to home. The staff is so friendly and they did a great job on my nails! I get the dip manicure and some places don't have the correct technique. They take their time here and make sure it looks good when you leave, I've never felt rushed, even when they are busy. Would highly recommend! read more

I mean They are okay..I've been coming here for like two years and lately it seems like the quality has gone down. Or maybe it's the Guy who did my nails but This is my second time getting a no chip manicure and it's chipped in less than a week (not just one either). I hate to keep going back up there just cause I don't have time and I feel like I'm wasting my money plus I tip. read more

I had made an appointment to get my nails done on my lunch break. I got there 5 minutes early and had to wait 15 minutes for them to ask what color I wanted and the worst part is I never got to get my nails done because the guy said that the lady in the seat changed her mind from fill in to full set and so he would not get my nails done in time for me to go back to work. I do not understand what the point of making appointment is if you still cannot take me when I get there. The wait is just as long as a walk in and the nail technicians didn't even seem sorry or try to do anything. They are super slow there as well. It took an hour and 5 mins for them to do my friends no chip manicure. Very disappointed. First time there and the last. read more

This was my second visit to this place. My first visit was very good. I went for a pedicure. Great job and I was charged correctly for my pedicure service. Today I went for a basic pedicure and I brought in my own nail color. The person did not use a base coat or a top coat. He did a good job cleaning up my toes and smoothing my feet . The base and top coat polish should have been used. I was over charged for the service as well. There is a pamphlet with a list of prices for different types of pedicures. For a basic pedicure the price list said $25.00. However, today after the basic pedicure I was told it would be $35.00. I questioned it and I was told again $35.00. Prior to having my pedicure, I was asked the type of pedicure and I said the basic. My appointment was at 1:00 and I was done by 1:30. If they raised their prices then they should update their pamphlets that they have out next to the chairs. Very disappointed that I was over charged for a service . I won't be back. read more

I had called around to several nail salons regarding the nail dip technique and chose to go where I had gone before when I was a fan of gel nails years ago. BIG MISTAKE. Ny nails are bulky and catch my hair every time because they protrude at the nail bed. They are not even all around in thickness and the thick look is crazy ugly after inspection. I am guessing they dont know the technique just do it and they charge $45!! There is less to do with dip and less use of materials. Big PASS IF YOU WANT DECENT LOOKING NAILS. read more

They such at doing nails ( the boy ) he didn't take his time answered multiple calls and FaceTime calls while doing my nails only pained my nails 2 times. He didn't evenly coat my nails. Also he missed a few parts around the edges . 10/10 would never return read more

My business was located in Chicago for years and I travel extensively, so I've gone to many Nail Salons. CP Nails is by far the BEST EVER. Everyone at CP Nails is sweet, talented and truly care about doing a great job. I have ingrown toe nail issues and because of their expertise I don't have to go to a Podiatrist. The salon is clean, they are always up on the latest polishes and looks and I've recommended everyone I know to go to this salon. I actually have other women ask me where I get my nails done. I'm a public speaker so my nails must always look great and I would not consider going anywhere else. I've been having my nails done by Sherry for over three years and will continue to utilize her services. I would highly recommend CP Nails without hesitation. Barbara B. read more

I have been coming to this nail salon for over 10 years and have not had any problems. They are almost like family. I know them all as well as their children. After checking to see if they were open on Christmas Eve, I noticed one bad review on them. I couldn't believe it, so I thought I would read it and see what was up. What a bunch of lies. Who knows what set this person off... Sounds like they were just in a really bad mood that day. I love the place. They always do a good job and they greet me by name as soon as I walk in the door:-) Tammy/Virgil read more

I'm not usually one to write reviews but I wish more people had written one for CP Nails. I've been there twice now and both times of been completely dissatisfied. I'm capable of painting my own nails and generally do my own pedicures but with the job that I have they prefer we have a professional pedicure. I would call this amateur at best. I didn't pay much attention to their sanitization and cleanliness but I will say the pedicure itself was pretty much pointless. I need callas and dead skin removal as I stand on my feet most of the day in fashionable shoes that aren't always so good for your feet, and all they really did was scrape the hell out of my heals with the cheese grater thing. My toes and balls of my feet were left completely un filed. The guy literally was not looking when he did my clear coat and was moving so slow he was either very tired or he may have been on something. There's polish all over my skin and he didn't even clip my cuticles so it looks like I just got a shitty polish change. His leg massage also was extremely painful and not thorough at all. He just went over the front of my calf over and over again for a good 5 minutes without moving or changing his movement pattern at all. I could go on and on about how terrible the service was. I work at a high end salon where it's hard to get nail appointments at so I took my chances but since I know quality, I would not recommend this place at all. I paid $25 for this express pedicure and even if I spent $10 on it I would still be complaining. read more

I'd really like to give this review zero stars. This was the most disturbing manicure ever. I came to CP Nails years ago, and told myself then that I'd never return, but in a pinch, I found myself back here, wanting to flee mid-manicure. The salon is the DIRTIEST salon I've ever been to. The stations are not dusted or cleaned, and they are covered in snipped cuticles, nails and acrylic dust. The sink where they had us wash our hands was unsanitary and embarrassing. I couldn't believe the condition of all of the utilities. I can't believe there were ppl there actually getting pedicures! There's no way I'd put my feet in a hot pool of water in those basins after having seen the sink. They did a pitiful job filing my nails and they were more jagged than when I went in there. I would have been better off coming to the salon having already filed my nails. They do not sterilize their tools which is the most disturbing part of all. My mom went with me and we sat next to each other and her technician was not even 2 mins. into her manicure and he cut her cuticle and drew blood. Very worrisome! The salon had a noxious smell and I'm fairly certain the technicians were drunk or high, or both, as they were acting really jittery, uncomfortable and creepy. My mom ended up with polish all over her fingers because her technician couldn't hold the bottle steady. My mom convinced me to tip the technician as a courtesy, but I was really wishing I hadn't. Avoid this place at all costs and spend the extra $20 at a more reputable salon. read more
