They had us wash our hands first. I was seated for my pedicure right after. I was quickly handed a menu for a complimentary drink. That was a great way to start things off! I chose an Orange juice. It was pretty tasty. I was given another menu to choose what I wanted done. I chose the Classic Pedicure for my Spa Pedicure. It included Clean & Cuticles Trim, File & Shape, Callus Removal, Sea Salt Exfoliant, and Polish Application. The price was $32, so it wasn't that bad. The massage chair was a decent touch. I got a clear coat and it came out really nice. I was pretty impressed by the pedicure. It felt slightly rushed, though. I got a Manicure afterwards. This was $20. The service took a good amount of time, so that was a plus since I wanted them to be clean. My nails came out very nicely considering the shape they were in when I walked through the door. My nail technician did a great job. I wish the pedicure lasted longer. I was impressed by her attention to detail on my Manicure. She had a positive attitude. I got a no-chip manicure and was impressed that they didn't charge extra for the cat-eye polish. Most importantly, they took a fresh file out of the package to use, which gave me confidence in their hygiene practices. This was my second time so called second chance I gave this shop to do my nails. They do not use a drill. They waste your time along with cut open all your cuticle beds. I'm posting a picture to verify how bad it is I had to stop before I even got anything new done. Took over an hour to scrape an emery board against my gel polish to look like this mess. Then had the nerve to take $40 out of my $100 I handed to the nail tech Megan stating that I owe that for the hour it took to do the damage she did. Horrible customer service. First of all, I'm located in Nashville so I put my trust in this lovely team to make sure my mom was all taken care of and they did that and more! In my moms own words this was not only the BEST spa experience she had, this was the BEST GIFT she ever received. (Ladies and gents in the area take note that this is a great experience to gift your loved ones) I chose to customize a Renew spa package for her including a hydra facial. I added on lunch for her and she enjoyed her salad! I believe she also decided to get her hair done and she felt so refreshed! She called me AMAZED and couldn't wait to tell me every little detail.
