There has always been a bit of a language barrier, as they only speak enough English I believe to get by, but we made it work. I cannot remember the name of the older woman who did my manicure, but I have seen her there every time I went, so know that she is a regular. Shortly after I got my manicure, all my nails got infected. The nails and nail bed swelled up and turned white. I went to my doctor and she said that it's an infection due to not properly disinfecting the tools they use. I ended up being on antibiotics and an ointment for the infections for a few months and now I have to wait for the infection to grow out on my fingernails before I can go even anywhere else. I called B&B Nails Spa to let them let them know about the infection, and complain on about my problem, and all of a sudden the person who took the call was too busy to talk to me for even a minute on the phone. I called back a couple more times and it seemed that they were always too busy to talk to me about this situation. The infection is painful and sadly, it seems that B&B Nails Spa could care less. Needless to say, I will no longer go back there and I no longer recommend them to any of my friends. I highly recommend that you do not go there and go somewhere else. NEVER, NEVER again will I go there.

However it went downhill fast when I was switched to the woman that did my no chip manicure. My nails were filed to a coffin shape despite saying my then current squared shape was fine, I can tell the new growth will be a nightmare. I showed an ombré nude to white nail inspo photo and after multiple failed methods I ended up simplifying to French tips. The first accent marble nail came out fine but the second was nothing like it, rushed and sloppy. I have white blotching under the clear coat on the nude section that was grinded down from the failed ombré. I left with polish all over my skin that I had to go purchase remover to clean it up myself and on top of all that it was applied so thick by the skin that I had lifting next day and a week later I still have tenderness where she cut my skin.

The workers are knowledgeable and I'm not passed around to 3 to 4 different people just to get my nails done. While a few other places I've been at it's taking them a few hours to get my nails and my pedicure done. They are really fast here but they do take time to work on the areas you need. I think the only thing that I would change is for a pedicure, give you a little bit longer of a leg scrub and a little longer of a little foot massage. My nails always look great so far I've picked out all my own colors but next time when I bring in nail art, I'm going to have Angel pick out something cute that will go with the design. She has really good taste. On my birthday nails I had rhinestones put on my fingers and unfortunately, a few of them came off. When I went to see her to get my polish removed, she said that I should've just contacted her And I could come in and she would've put the jewels on my nails again. That's good to know for future reference. I think I'm gonna stick with flat designs from now on just because having the gems on my fingers was a little crazy. My daughter asked for a different nail tech and they said no one was available. She went ahead and took the original nail tech and just got basic colors red and blue nails with no details she wanted. Also asked nail tech for them to be shorter and nail tech refused stating it wouldn't look good. At check out they charged her for a full set and not a fill in as it should have been. The design that was refused was nothing big. It was only lines and maybe some stars for Fourth of July.
