All "kidding" aside, stop in and you'll want absolutely everything in the shop. I mean all of it...even sweet Megi--the queen bee who taught me a thing or two about beeswax candles. Did you know that burning 100% pure beeswax candles can purify the air quality and allergens in your house? Though I was in the store yesterday, I couldn't get myself to write a review until I had the chance to try some of the beyond amazing soap samples I received from Megi. I smell so good, and my skin feels pure and soft. I now understand the value of using quality products. Their specialty handmade soap is a goat milk and honey soap. Not only is the bar they make so pretty and artistic to look at, it smells so good you'll want to eat it. Their products are small batch, and I think Megi told me some of the soaps take six weeks to cure, but don't quote me on that. They also carry Savon De Marseille soap from France. Apparently you won't find this soap anywhere in the area. If you've passed by this shop a million times and always wanted to stop in, just do it. There is parking out front or across the street, and after you pick up some soap you can head up the street for a cup of coffee at Arriva Dolce. It's totally worth it. However, it wasn't something they did in a friendly manner. Instead I felt like they were annoyed to have to do something. The tone of the person on the phone was displeased to say the least. A similar issue at pickup, the gentleman who was running the counter wouldn't even acknowledge my small talk. Just flat out ignored me. Overall they can have a 3, they did the thing I needed, when I needed it done. That's good enough. A little customer service would go a long way... I know I'd be fired at my job if I acted that way and my job isn't potentially life or death like a pharmacy.

Heard Walgreens sells them so off I went with my son to get some so I can begin my Exterior Illumination. Was greeted when I walked in by the cashier saying the "Welcome to Walgreens" line. I like that! Went to the Christmas decoration aisle and looked and looked and noticed they were OUT! Oh no! I told my son "I think they're out of them buddy". The look on his face was so sad. He really wanted this!! Suddenly a worker came walking down the aisle & asked me if I needed help with anything. Her name was Renee I believe. I explained to her that I was looking for Star Shower & didn't see any. My son goes "we want to make our house light up all bright!" She said "oh no, I will go check in the back to see if there were any back there". In a few minutes she came back out carrying 2 boxes of them. My son's eye's lit up and he smiled very big. Renee goes "now your house will be the best one on the block" My son was so happy! Just wanted to give a little credit to great customer service from Renee! Sometimes just having a pleasant personality & being friendly goes a long way! Thanks to Renee for her help! We went home last night & set it up. After a brief chat to discuss my 'style', my hair was assessed, and I was sent to get shampooed. I have curly hair and have not had it professionally cut since 2018 because I was scarred by a hairstylist that I heard tell their coworker, "Don't worry if you make a mistake. She has curly hair and won't even notice." Let's just say that The Color Room has restored my faith in a quality haircut. Pam was my stylist. She was pleasant and efficient. She used the"Curly Girl" line for my hair. I never really thought my hair was coarse until they used this stuff, and now my hair feels as soft as a puppy's fur. I am not mad at it because usually, if my hair is this soft, it won't style. But upon leaving, everything was in order. My hair was on point, and I was ready for the rest of my afternoon.
