Did you know that burning 100% pure beeswax candles can purify the air quality and allergens in your house? Though I was in the store yesterday, I couldn't get myself to write a review until I had the chance to try some of the beyond amazing soap samples I received from Megi. I smell so good, and my skin feels pure and soft. I now understand the value of using quality products. Their specialty handmade soap is a goat milk and honey soap. Not only is the bar they make so pretty and artistic to look at, it smells so good you'll want to eat it. Their products are small batch, and I think Megi told me some of the soaps take six weeks to cure, but don't quote me on that. They also carry Savon De Marseille soap from France. Apparently you won't find this soap anywhere in the area. If you've passed by this shop a million times and always wanted to stop in, just do it. There is parking out front or across the street, and after you pick up some soap you can head up the street for a cup of coffee at Arriva Dolce. It's totally worth it. It was early on the morning I would say around 7am. I walk in and ask for the milk like I would always do at this location. I go to the register and they accept my coupon. It was a male with curly hair I believe who put my coupon through their machine. He had bent it and asked for an associate to assist him. Then a lady named Juana comes in, she starts say that she is going to try but if its damaged she cant accept it. I would understand if I brought it in damaged but my coupon was in perfect condition when i had brought it in. So I say but I was not the one who bent it and she kept saying she would not accept it. At this point I was just frustrated she then spoke to me as if I was below her. I cant remember what she said exactly but she had read my name off the coupon in a really sassy attitude and had said something like "I cannot give you the coupon Jasmine Garcia" and preceded to look me straight in the eyes and pull the formula off the register and hide it. The she preceded to call her manager and he had come out and I told him that their workers damaged my coupon and that I have the amount exactly to afford the milk with the coupon. He then told me there was nothing he could do he simply gave me a receipt and told me to call that number and that they could take it from there. I would understand if it was junk food or if it was an unnecessary item but my childs milk. It is not their problem of course but they were acting like I wanted to steal it? At the end of the interaction I was already in distress and embarrassment. It felt like this woman wanted to embarrass me by the end of this. The only reason my son was able to eat when I got home was because out of the kindness of their hearts a woman had given me a can of milk and a man had bought my baby his regular formula! And if they are reading this I cannot thank them enough and all I want to say is I hope they never put someone through that ever again!

I called on a whim, and they had an appointment available. Whew! I was pleasantly greeted and filled out my 'first time' form. After a brief chat to discuss my 'style', my hair was assessed, and I was sent to get shampooed. I have curly hair and have not had it professionally cut since 2018 because I was scarred by a hairstylist that I heard tell their coworker, "Don't worry if you make a mistake. She has curly hair and won't even notice." Let's just say that The Color Room has restored my faith in a quality haircut. Pam was my stylist. She was pleasant and efficient. She used the"Curly Girl" line for my hair. I never really thought my hair was coarse until they used this stuff, and now my hair feels as soft as a puppy's fur. I am not mad at it because usually, if my hair is this soft, it won't style. But upon leaving, everything was in order. My hair was on point, and I was ready for the rest of my afternoon.
