Horrible Walgreens. The cashiers don't want to help you. Today I bought water and a 6$ sandwich for lunch. Where did the sandwich go, who knows? I did not even want to go back in and ask the girl. Unfortunately disappointing, I'm one who usually uses CVS pharmacies but I switched to Walgreens because of the convenience this time. I had a prescription and called to see the status. It looped me (2) times through the automated call before sending me to the pharmacy to speak to someone. Once she answered in a rude tone demanding information instead of asking for it politely. Finally, she had told me she would text me when it was ready and send a confirmation to my phone. I waited 1.5 hours before I just went inside and it was ready. Online it stated it wasn't ready and no text was sent to my phone. I waited all that time for no reason. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed and I will be switching back to CVS. I've never had these issues before. read more

The associate Juana is the worst worker by far at this location! It was the end of the month at the time. My WIC card had just run out and I had just enough on my account to get my baby his milk if I used one of the $5 vouchers from enfamil (that is accepted by any walgreens if they sell enfamil). It was early on the morning I would say around 7am. I walk in and ask for the milk like I would always do at this location. I go to the register and they accept my coupon. It was a male with curly hair I believe who put my coupon through their machine. He had bent it and asked for an associate to assist him. Then a lady named Juana comes in, she starts say that she is going to try but if its damaged she cant accept it. I would understand if I brought it in damaged but my coupon was in perfect condition when i had brought it in. So I say but I was not the one who bent it and she kept saying she would not accept it. At this point I was just frustrated she then spoke to me as if I was below her. I cant remember what she said exactly but she had read my name off the coupon in a really sassy attitude and had said something like "I cannot give you the coupon Jasmine Garcia" and preceded to look me straight in the eyes and pull the formula off the register and hide it. The she preceded to call her manager and he had come out and I told him that their workers damaged my coupon and that I have the amount exactly to afford the milk with the coupon. He then told me there was nothing he could do he simply gave me a receipt and told me to call that number and that they could take it from there. I would understand if it was junk food or if it was an unnecessary item but my childs milk. It is not their problem of course but they were acting like I wanted to steal it? At the end of the interaction I was already in distress and embarrassment. It felt like this woman wanted to embarrass me by the end of this. The only reason my son was able to eat when I got home was because out of the kindness of their hearts a woman had given me a can of milk and a man had bought my baby his regular formula! And if they are reading this I cannot thank them enough and all I want to say is I hope they never put someone through that ever again! read more

I have ordered items on line for pick up a few times in the last six months, everyone of those times my items were not ready hours after I placed them, forcing me to go in and pick my own online order. All my orders were late at night, and the place was empty of customers, usually the employees were standing around doing nothing but conversing. My most recent visit saw the same thing, waiting hours to pick up my order, empty store, and please keep in mind I only ordered coke and water which is right next to the photo counter used as there pick up location. Still, my order was not ready and the guy taking care of my order stunk of weed, now weed is legal just like booze, but if I came to my job stinking like booze wouldn't you expect someone to send you home? But not this location, where it appears there is no supervision and the customers pay the price. read more

My daughter is prescribed HGH and has been for many years because of her lack of growth. After waiting in line for 25 minutes to get her syringes because she brought her medication and forgot the syringes and her mothers. So the pharmacist pulls them out the correct exact ones that she needs. Then proceeds to tell me that they will not scan so she can't sell them to me. I've had to do this to other times this past year and never have they not scanned or been able to sell them to me. If I was some drug addict or junkie or something. just unbelievable. The next CVS half a mile away sold me exactly what I needed same exact brand that Walgreens had. This pharmacy has the most judgmental ignorant pharmacist I have ever met. Just do your fucking job when it's legal. POS YES.. do yourself a huge favor and don't waste your time because the service there is almost as bad as the workers. read more

Well I went looking for something I ordered online but since I was In the area I decided to stop in a pick up what I needed. I was looking for these copper gloves they are to protect your hand from unclean surfaces and help with arthritis pain anyways they are amazing. One of the associates couldn't find she gave up however I don't know his name as I was leaving he came and said I found what you were looking for and they are cheaper.. We came into the store and the y have 20 people waiting at the pharmacy and they have 2 people working. I spoke to Demetri a manager and all he can say. "We don't have the hours man. So my Walgreens closed. This location was my 2nd go to location. Clean store, friendly and helpful staff. Stocked products. If there is something not in stock, a raincheck is given with no expiration date. The manager and his whole time are rockstars. The photo department are amazing. Great team. Great location. I don't like how unorganized the clinic is. They tell you to come back for TB result and to get the results you don't need to make the appointment. When I arrived the nurse gave me a different speech than the doctor. You can't come in here if you don't have a schedule. You have to log in after 2. When I logged in at two she said you can't never do that until I come in and take the screen protector off. She was really rude I understand I need to wait but you did not tell me wait til I get back. She embarrassed me in front of others. I love advocate clinics and recommend but this Walgreens advocate clinic is a big no I do not recommend it. Express what is expected of us and direct your patients. read more

The photo of the security guard tells the story, customers and the people that hang out in the parking lot are a bit on the ruff side (spelling on purpose). Had to go here to pick up a script for my mom, she had a visit to the ER for her asthma and her Walgreen's was closed. So this was a must have purchase. Because this is one of the 24hr pharmacies it is busy, but it's disorganized. Signage isn't done well. Everyone goes to the main counter, and then they send you to the other window, when they do this everyone takes it as a que to try to jump in front of you in line. After going to two other Walgreen's I was in no mood for this at all. A woman that was much taller and at least 100lbs heavier decided she was going to give it a go, people this size get away with this sh*t all the time, I'm not petite, so I know she stepped in and almost stepped on my foot, she thought I was going to back down. She learned otherwise, I'll leave it at that. I had no choice but to wait, so I sat down in one of the chairs, a set of three. I should have thought strategically and sat in the middle, but I took the end seat. Leaving the other two open for two people that must have have been there for hearing aid batteries, because they were shouting at each other. I know if I were on a plane, I would have asked to be moved, or now I'd be in fight number two. I will admit, I'm one of those nuts with overly sensitive hearing, so I thought it was me, but no other people were giving these two the stink eye also. I just got up and walked around the store, I have had enough excitement for one night. So why three stars when it could be a one star experience? Well, other than a bit of poor signage, they got me out of there under the estimated wait time, they took a moment to explain to me what was and wasn't covered under my mom's insurance, and if I wanted to go over how the meds need to be administered. In other words, they did get the job done. They can't control the fact that it's location challenged and that some of it's clientele could be roller derby contestants, with truck driver mouths. This is for the clinic. I called before going and asked how much a strep test would be. Was told 32$. Arrived and was told 150$. I had called my regular doc and was told 100$. Had I been given correct info from the beginning I would have just gone to my normal doc. Disappointed. Prescription was beyond slow to fill. Not sure what took so long but I sat there waiting at least 45 mins and was 2nd in line. read more

Filling a script here is a joke...they always ask for at least 2-3 hours before your script is ready. This Walgreens looks fancy but the service here suck royally!!! The Pharmacy here is slow, rude, and ignorant! The Pharmacist (Some Indian Man) is just as rude as the mostly latin staff here. The lines are unnecessarily long (there is enough staff), when you wait for your meds to get filled they tell you 15 minutes and then you have to make another trip to the counter 15 min later only to find out that it's not ready. After my second trip to the counter she says, "Oh, I'll fill it now" really? because I was hoping you would fill it tomorrow so I can spend the night here waiting. When I put in a complaint to the pharmacist, I was told very dryly, "What happened" followed by a, "I'll have a talk with her" code word for, fuck off lady. I've heard of lazy but damn the pharmacist is an ass too? Walgreens you need to do better and send someone out to your stores to investigate the pharmacies!! These people are lazy as hell and getting paid for it!! I not only did a Walgreens survey but am also doing this Yelp review.
