I wouldn't even give this place a one star, I went in and the lady rushed and cut me making me bleed and then did a terrible job painting. Going all the way up to my cuticle painting and over it even on some nails. read more

I had the best pedicure here today! I am almost 40 weeks pregnant and wanted to pamper myself before it's time. Lily took care of me and I had the peppermint pedicure. She worked very diligently and it was such a relaxing experience. She also wasn't harsh on my feet. I didn't feel rushed either! My legs and feet were a bit achy before I came in and now I feel like a new person! The prices are very reasonable - it's $25 for a regular pedicure. For the special pedicures it ranges from $35-$45. The peppermint pedicure was $35 and so worth it! I'm so glad that I tried them out. Everyone was so friendly there too. I went first thing in the morning when they opened and didn't have to wait. I will be going back! read more

This is THE BEST nail place I have been to, I don't usually get my nails done that often but I have never gotten a pedicure this great! My whole family (4 of the ladies) went to get pedicures and we got the lavender and milk and honey pedicures and it was amazing, great massage and cleaning! 4 of us loved it and also got our dads to get the pedicures! Mii and Snow (not sure if I spelled the names correctly) were amazing! Definitely going to go again! read more

I got a "gel overlay" done and was there for an hr and a half, the man working on my nails starting my nails while finishing up a lady that was there before me at the same time. My nails look ok, but you can tell that a couple of them needed another coat of polish...not sure if I'll return because I also asked for gel he used power and a gel top coat smh read more

The woman that did my pedicure was very nice, however, another lady made my manicure, it was non-chip and they started chipping 2 days later. When I went to complain, a men there (probably the owner) was a little upset with me about it. He painted them again (on top of the other nail polish) but they were SO thick that they were falling apart as soon as I took a shower at night. Besides, he put the top coat all over the sides and it went underneath, so my fingers hurt a lot! read more

When I came in they didn't even ask for what I wanted they left me sitting there for 20 minutes and then when I finally said something they were oh we're sorry and when I showed the lady of the picture of nails I wanted and she said no I'm not doing those. Those are ugly but they were cute then the lady didn't even do the correct color she rushed and messed my nails up never again will I ever go to them close the nail salon down NOW. read more

A small and dirty nail shop. I had a no-chip manicure and after my original polish was soaked and softened, the guy that was doing my nails scraped off my polish with his thumb nail. He was applying a full set of acrylic nails to the lady next to me while giving me my no-chip. The cup that held the implements had about a half inch of dust in it and I saw the nail techs using the same implements on more than one customer. Cross contamination. A big No-No. The price was average ($30) but way too much for this dumpy, dirty hole in the wall. The State Board should be notified. Someone will end up with a fungus or infection before long. *shudder* read more

If I could give 0 stars I would! I have had many pedicures in my lifetime and this was BY FAR the WORST!! Extremely poor skills, unsanitary and just flat out HORRIBLE!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and definitely will not be returning. read more

I visit Lee nails every 3-4 weeks for gel fill-in. The man and woman that do manicures are very good, never had a problem with them hitting my cuticles and if I'm not happy with the length, shape, or color, they will fix it until I'm satisfied. I've used quite a few nail salons in the area and never walk out 100% satisfied like I do with Lee Nails. read more

Worst pedicure I've ever received. I moved here from Chicago and was looking for somewhere local to go for my services. I went to Lee nails for a pedicure and fill in. My pedicure was terrible I'm used to paying around 30-40$ for spa pedicures but this was nothing like what I'm used to. This pedicure should've been 15-20$ honestly I've had better at SCHOOLS! The water was cold massage was mediocre and my polish was streaky and all over my toes. Not to mention the woman who polished my toes spoke no English so when I asked her to clean my nails up a bit she proceeded to slap MORE polish on top of the already streaky uneven polish. I would not recommend this place nor will I be returning read more

I was directed to a chair for the Pedicure first. At first, the water was very hot! The employee ended up changing the temperature. It turned pretty cold quickly. My nails were cut down, but they weren't shaped too great. I got a clear coat on them and that turned out nice. The Pedicure felt rushed. The job got done, but it could have been done neater in my opinion. It didn't feel relaxing to me at all. After the Pedicure, I was directed to a different area to get my Manicure. This ended up being a similar feeling as the Pedicure. I felt I was being rushed out of the place. She did alright on my nails. It was a clean place. Everything I encountered seemed sanitary and kept up with. The service was alright. We paid by card and left a tip on the same transaction. I didn't think it was appropriate for the employee to tell us to tip cash next time. Overall, I had a good experience here for the price it was. There wasn't anything special that stood out to me. I know now that an appointment is necessary. The walk in thing is what make the chop shops appealing especially for women like me with up and down schedules. I've been to many nail places but no one compares to Lee Nails. I'm all about customer service and hands down this was the first time I felt welcomed at a nail salon. They were willing to do what I asked for. You see, I only get manicures done cause the no chip and gel nails kill my nails. Everyone else tries to Per sway to do the other ones cause I guess they make more money, which is understandable but for some people its not about the money. There's a FB page for them that claims they aren't open on certain days which is FALSE! That is not them operating that page and I wanted to make that clear to the public. The people who sold her the salon moved to Munster and opened a salon under the same name they her salon to her as. How dirty!!! I've been getting my nails done for thirty years. Tony and Lee can actually do nails. Their nails stay in place for more than 6 weeks for me. Totally worth it. Never had an issue ever!! I travel an hour to get my nails done by them!!! (Gel no chip fingers and toes every 6 weeks)! Love. read more
