I wanted to try out a local spot to get my nails done, so my significant other and I decided on this one. It didn't look like much upon walking in, but I still had a good feeling that they would get things done right. I sat down for probably a few seconds before I was helped. I started with the Regular Pedicure. It was $22, so that was definitely reasonable! The chair was comfortable and provided me with a massage during my service. My nails were cut down nicely. I had a clear coat applied and my nail technician brushed it flawlessly. This service was prompt and to the point. It wasn't necessarily relaxing, because of how quick it was, but it definitely provided me with what I needed. I got the Regular Manicure after that and it was $15. She paid attention carefully to my nails and cut them nicely. This was definitely worth the price for me! I ended up getting a Massage after that. I went with 10 Minutes and the price was $10. This was yet another reasonable price. It ended up being a Chair Massage and it was gentle, yet enjoyable. It was a great finishing service to my visit. The service here was close to spotless. I came to this place because a friend recommended that I come. I had my doubts, but nonetheless, I came to try it out. At first I thought it was OK. But as I heard the encounters with other customers, I began to regret my decision in coming. They charge extra for simple things. I understand that often times extra requests take time and effort . However, when they are called out about charges for a massage no one asked for, or for extra filing down of a nail they realize how they are robbing people and end up saying "no charge today." I got a pedicure, and I did not like one of the polishes, and I brought it to my nail techs attention. She immediately got upset and began to yell. I maintained my composure, because you do that when you are in a professional environment. She began to file my nails and cut my skin. She did not apologize. She was very rude. I told her if there was an extra charge that I was ok with it, because I did choose out the original color. When another worker asked for the nail file the tech used for me, she handed it down to file another customers toenails. They didn't even change the filing tip. I was shocked. I went there today because it was the highest rated salon open on a Sunday near me. After a very short wait I was able to Jenkee set of gel nails I had put on two weeks ago. They were thick and just downright ugly. The new set of acrylic nails were exactly what I was looking for! Thin and natural looking! I will definitely go back there again! I went there to have a mani and pedi with a friend, it was her first time ever... The employees can hardly understand what you are trying to convey to them, they are very rude, we couldn't understand what they were saying at all, and they are very rough and had ended up cutting both of us in various places. They did not have the color I wanted that I picked out from their book. Then she got all upset when I didn't know what other color I wanted right away I ended up picking a color that was terrible and not what I picked out by the looks of i One positive thing is the lady doing my pedicure did a decent job getting a hang nail out for me and genuinely felt bad when I was in pain. My nail lady could NOT understand what I was explaining to her that I wanted so I ended up with a supposed ombre with nude which was supposed to be pink that ended up looking all white! My friends nails and toes were not terrible but she didn't like them either. Her nails were way to thick, and there are cuts on her feet from the grater thing. Had a mani-pedi today. Walked in about 11:45 am and was promptly greeted. The pedicure included a hot stone massage which was very nice. I had such a horrible experience there, one of the girls literally made my nails bleed! Three of my fingers were bleeding when I left the salon and when I told her that it was hurting, she continued. After the she applied the polish that was all over my nails, she put scented lotions all over my hand, including the places where she made my nails bleed of the side from cutting my cuticles. I went in for a no chip manicure and pedicure. My feet came out dry and she kept messing up with the nail polish. Started coming here when they first opened at the Highland,Indiana location because I was in the area and saw the grand opening sign the first time I came the service was excellent a couple more times service was good but not great, I came today on a Sunday to get a fill in and the service was absolutely HORRIBLE! I waited for over an hour to get service because they all decided to do pedicures and only one person was doing nails and on top of that a couple of the ladies that came in after me who got pedicures and were getting nails as well were serviced before me because they got pedicures and the person that stopped doing nails to do pedicures was servicing them!
