She said she burned me and my daughter told her that the wax was hot and the lady (Rosy) just kept saying burn burn burn and didn't take anything into consideration of my daughter speaking to her about the wax was too hot on her eyebrow area. The young lady that attended to her her name was Rosy. It seemed like she really didn't understand good English as I was paying her she definitely said put in a tip put in a tip. I didn't need anybody to tell me that because if you got common sense, you know the tip so I'm just saying that customers should probably be cautious of this place. I don't know if this is ever happened to anyone else, but it's definitely not acceptable that my daughter has a burn mark on her eyebrow today.
