I had a wonderful experience at this salon and walked out feeling pampered. This was my first time here and I loved it from beginning to end. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, beautifully designed, and the equipment is top-notch. Anthony did my pedicure and he exceeded my expectations and gives an exceptional leg massage. Must definitely hands down one of the best nail salon experiences and I'll definitely be returning. read more

WARNINGYou WILL be taken advantage/scammed of here if you do not know the correct process of how getting your nails done is. I finally had the money to splurge on a mini spa day for me and my mother, but because we never get our nails done they cut SEVERAL steps out like trimming our cuticles, not having us wash our hands after the nail drilling, rushing our pedicures/foot massages that we paid a specific time/service for and then overcharging. I had set up an appointment two weeks in advance with specific services selected and when we got there 10 mins early like the site rules indicated (including confirming we would be there that same morning via text) they not only had no idea we were coming or bothered to look us up on their system for the services we requested. They must've realized I didn't exactly know how getting your nails done work because after I told them again what we wanted they went out of their way to confuse us about our choices and force additional services. Not to come off racist or anything, but with their heavy accents I was LOST when the lady kept trying to convince me I was wrong about what me and my mom wanted all the while carrying a condescending attitude. I could TELL they were snickering in Vietnamese so in spite I only spoke to my mom in our native language which visibly bothered them and I'm sure that contributed to the lack of quality work. I don't have a picture to show of the full gel set nails they did for me (this was a month ago and I forgot to make a review/get the ladies name down bc we were rushing to pack for vacation the next day), but to a newbie like me I thought they looked mostly okay, that is until my mom later told me they ended up cheating us of the quality services we overpaid for. My mom doesn't speak English well and they separated us after they rushed my moms pedicure to do her hand nails so she couldn't communicate to me they were doing us wrong until I had already paid/tipped. Overall if you know what you're doing it's not a bad place to go to, but if you're like me you will end up getting scammed for mediocre and lazy work so be very careful picking this location. read more

Asked for a full set, and got that 100%. The communication was not great..I did not get to pick my own colors, and the price was definitely not communicated at all. I got builder gel- and asked before application if there was a price difference between that and acrylic- I was told no. My process ended up being 90$ for something i really didn't ask for. My nails are way too short and just not at all what I communicated. I did NOT pay 90$. read more

I got a mani and pedi and had a terrific experience. The reason I'm giving a 3 star is because I also got my eyebrows and upper lip waxed - the waxing itself was fine but I think she put alcohol right after which burned my upper lip and eyebrow. My skin is red, inflamed, and now it's extremely dry and patchy. I'm writing this review because I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. My face feels so uncomfortable and it ruined the experience for me. read more

Someone suggested this place and I was a bit disappointed. The service wasn't terrible but it felt very rushed. The place is huge so you probably wouldn't have to wait. I would only go back if there was no place else open but I wouldn't recommend it. read more

This used to be the only place I would go to. The last visit left me so disappointed. First, I called and asked if my regular nail tech was there and they said she was only taking walk ins. I went all the way over there and they said she wasn't working the whole summer. Why lie? Just to get people to come in? Shame. Next, the nail tech that did do my pedicure and manicure was TERRIBLE. Worst to date. I kept trying to explain over and over that I wasn't happy and he just kept going. My manicure looks like my 4 year old niece did it. I don't know that I'll be back or recommend this place to anyone ever again. read more

I've been going to Tee for almost five years, and I haven't trusted anyone else with my nails since. She's incredibly talented, and her work has the best longevity of any nail technician I've ever been to. My nails always look amazing and last so well between appointments. One of the things I appreciate most is how hard she works to accommodate my schedule. She's professional, reliable, and genuinely cares about her clients. I've referred several friends to Tee over the years, and they all love her just as much as I do. She recently moved to B Nails, and I absolutely love the atmosphere there--it suits her perfectly, and she fits in so well with the team. If you're looking for a skilled, dependable nail technician who consistently delivers beautiful, long-lasting results, I can't recommend Tee enough! read more

Went there 4 days ago, and my no chip manicure is starting to peel off my fingers. Pedicure was ok, she did a good job of getting the dead skin from around my toes. However, she barely scrubbed my feet so I left with rough heels. They almost feel rougher than when I came in! Definitely not worth the $83 I spent for my feet to still be rough and my polish peeling after less than a week! read more

I have only used one person, and that is Layna shes is great...... She does a great job and is very efficient.

Very unprofessional. Appointments aren't honored. Numerous times, I showed up on time for my scheduled appointment and they ask me if I can go run errands and come back later. NO...I can't. I'm here on time. Stop allowing people to come late and mess up the schedule. read more

I have been here several times for manicure & pedicure. I had good experience. They give you a discount if you pay cash. But their prices are still pretty high with the cash discount. I came in with my husband one weekend and they were busy, so we decide to walk over to the Boba Tea side to get a couple of drinks and wait until they slow down. We were followed by three employees or owners came out of no where and followed us to the other side. Why I don't know! My husband wasn't pleased about the welcome we received! He said if you didn't walk over to the kiosk to place an order, he believe they were going to ask us to leave! We are not young adults so they knew we weren't there just to hang out! So of course, I'm assuming it was the obvious reason! We decide to get the manicure/pedicure down the street. We will not be patronizing this business again! read more

First time here. I was visiting my brother and looking for a local place. I loved how easy it was to check in and choose what services I wanted. Everything was nicely curated and the staff was very friendly and on point. I took my dad with me and he had a nice pedicure also. I got a regular manicure and the essential pedicure for $55. My dad got the essential pedicure and it was $35. Love the aesthetic and felt taken care of the whole time. I liked that was never left wondering what next steps were and when and how to pay which is usually the case in a lot of nail places. read more

I've been to B Nail Lounge before for a pedicure and no chip and have loved it! The honey pedicure is seriously amazing. This time I went and unfortunately went to pay and was basically in tears, I got a Gel X set this time and was not at all happy, the tech didn't shape my nails, put so much glue on that it spilled out in the thickest glob from under my nails and was stuck to my finger, I showed a picture of what I wanted and thought I picked the right color and didn't, this was my fault but I would have appreciated some guidance. All in all it was a terrible nail experience and I hated my nails...then in comes Ava! She was an angel! Literally handled everything with care as soon as she saw the look on my face. She fixed my nails herself to make sure I didn't leave (on my birthday) unhappy. The time and attention she spent on my nails showed me she truly enjoys what she does, oh by the way, she isn't even a tech, she is the manager but used to be a nail tech in Chicago. A terrible experience turned into my favorite experience there, I will absolutely 100% be back again! read more

Have been twice. The first was a dream - great check-in staff, and a friend and I got mani-pedis we were really happy with. Decided to go back with my daughter today. My tech was not great - I recommend avoiding Michael if you go. He gouged my cuticles in several places. Never reacted when I said how much it hurt. Then the light for drying the nails turned off immediately after it started. I told him and he didn't react. I took my hand out to show it wasn't working - no reaction. The gel got weird and wrinkly from not being under the light and he had to remove it and start over. Zero apology or acknowledgment. The light continued not working well and he snapped at me to stop moving. I definitely was not moving. My least favorite part though was how much he pushed and pulled my hands, fingers, and arms. I get that some amount is necessary for getting the job done, but he was more forceful than anyone I've ever worked with before. At the end the person checking us out asked how the experience was and I shared what I did here -- and they only said they'd talk to the tech. I guess that's fine, but I was hoping for something to compensate for my throbbing cuticles and stressful long manicure. I might go back and make sure I get a different tech, but the overall experience was so disheartening I decided to share. read more

Bright, airy and clean salon. Great vibe with pedicure chairs close enough to talk/touch. Julie was amazing with my pedicure and was able to do exactly what I wanted. Came to B Nail with two other family members and was very happy with the service and environment . We all received pedicures that were serviced by attentive and friendly nail techs. They took their time and we did not feel rushed. There's a Boba tea shop attached to the location and you can order and they'll deliver to your seat. Terrible service ,super SUPER expensive !!!!!!!!!!!!!!you will not leave out paying less than $70 for any service . Technicians are rude and uneducated on the services they provide . I have been quite a few times and there is always some type of issue , the manager at desk with glasses tries his best to fix issues , but the problem is lack of communication, lack of education on services provided, and overall bad customer service from the nail technicians . Every time I come to get a full set (gel, dip powder, ) when I come back for fill in , they have no idea what they did last time and start offering more expensive options , other than just a maintenance appointment. There are better salons on same street , beautiful "looking" salon , absolutely horrid services. read more

It's a huge big pretty salon for no reason half of the people in there. Don't know how to do designs and if they do, they botch them. Their prices are high. The men are rude. I went in a week or so ago I show the picture to the receptionist. He sits me with a gentleman who was talking with another guy did not acknowledge me for a good two minutes while he continues to talk then when he finally decides to acknowledge me, like I inconvenienced him by sitting in his chair might I add I show him my picture. He told me he doesn't have time for that and if he did do it, it was going to be $180 Price doesn't matter. I've paid more to get my nails done from someone pristine, but his whole attitude threw me so I went to someone else changed my design because they said that would take them two hours to do for the nail polish to crack. They pay more money for the building than they do for their supplies. Will not be going back here again. read more

I tried this salon after hearing great things-wish I hadn't. I went in first thing in the morning and was impressed by the cleanliness and decor. During my pedicure, the tech was pulling on the side of my nail with the cuticle clippers and I felt some pain. Didn't think much of it, just thought she cut close to the skin. When I went to bed that night, it became more painful, and when I woke up, there was blood on my toe. Upon closer inspection, I saw that she had cut off part of my nail and put clear polish on it to stop it from bleeding. Unfortunately I was leaving on vacation and had a painful toe for my whole trip. Part of my nail is still sticking out, and I can't quite figure out what the girl did. Needless to say I will NEVER go back or recommend this place to anyone. read more

Organized, clean and efficient. My new favorite nail shop! Kevin was beautifully methodical with my fingernails and toes.

I was so upset the way i heard they yell at there workers and then when they came to help me had bad attitude! I asked for a pedicure it was so painful and I told them it hurts but they did not stop and two of my toes started bleeding they said it no problem and did not stop! I will never go back there told the owner what happened just said sorry and I still had to pay and I never finshed the pedicure because I was bleeding and left. it hurt so bad! he wanted a tip for killing me omg really! read more
