Her salon is very welcoming and its extremely clean. Tracy has been doing nails for over 30 years and it shows! i have been using Nails by Tracy since 2020, i found her during the Covid period and needed to go to a well kept Sanitized place due to my high compromised immune system that i was battling from Breast Cancer her place is very clean and sanitized. Nails by Tracy is very accommodating she always works with me and my schedule, we have a great communication when making or changing appointments in emergency and we have great customer appreciation relationship. She does a great job on my pedicures i go to her ever 6-8 weeks faithfully. She could use more of a variety of toe nail polishes because, i have most likely used all of the colors she has in her organized binders. but the polish lasts great and i have never had an issue with any of my services being bad. read more

After careful review and consideration I will have to drop my stars. I will not say it was a bad experience, but a bit less than average this last time. I have overlooked small things before this time like a misshapen nail, or even my own scheduling conflict. I hardly ever have time to get my nails done, but I've been trying to keep them up. I have loved the color and flare of the flashy nails and the art etc. sometimes it's the small things that nag you to the point of acknowledgment. This last trip I felt uneasy. I didn't really like the accent nails to begin with, but it was something different and it kind of grew on me. A smidge. But this last time I really didn't have a preference as usual. So she dug in her designer expertise and came up with what I have now. I will let u decide. But to me this design is far less than average. Even though the other designs haven't been quite as entailed, they were still decent. But when I told her at the end, I don't really like it. She didn't say ok, well it's a bit late can we fix it at another time or would you like for me to put a bit more glitter, nothing. She said well to fix it I will have to grind it all off. Honestly it was only 1 nail. So it wouldn't have taken that long. And yes I was about 7 minutes late. But I would have been ok with plain nails if that's all we had time for. Now I'm not happy and walking around with my hands in my pocket. If I feel they don't look right, it doesn't matter what others say. Also this is the first time I've had sparkles on my nails and it been lumpy. I think I would rather go back to a place where I can just walk in and have a manicure or pedicure with a partner and relax. I don't want to feel like I'm on edge if I am there to pamper myself.
