I got a Manicure and Pedicure. The Manicure was 15 and the Pedicure was 22, so the prices seemed reasonable. We sat down to wait, but we were quickly prompted to get our services started. I was directed to a chair for the Pedicure first. At first, the water was very hot! The employee ended up changing the temperature. It turned pretty cold quickly. My nails were cut down, but they weren't shaped too great. I got a clear coat on them and that turned out nice. The Pedicure felt rushed. The job got done, but it could have been done neater in my opinion. It didn't feel relaxing to me at all. After the Pedicure, I was directed to a different area to get my Manicure. This ended up being a similar feeling as the Pedicure. I felt I was being rushed out of the place. She did alright on my nails. It was a clean place. Everything I encountered seemed sanitary and kept up with. The service was alright. We paid by card and left a tip on the same transaction. I didn't think it was appropriate for the employee to tell us to tip cash next time. Overall, I had a good experience here for the price it was. There wasn't anything special that stood out to me. I started with the Regular Pedicure. It was $22, so that was definitely reasonable! The chair was comfortable and provided me with a massage during my service. My nails were cut down nicely. I had a clear coat applied and my nail technician brushed it flawlessly. This service was prompt and to the point. It wasn't necessarily relaxing, because of how quick it was, but it definitely provided me with what I needed. I got the Regular Manicure after that and it was $15. She paid attention carefully to my nails and cut them nicely. This was definitely worth the price for me! I ended up getting a Massage after that. I went with 10 Minutes and the price was $10. This was yet another reasonable price. It ended up being a Chair Massage and it was gentle, yet enjoyable. It was a great finishing service to my visit. The service here was close to spotless. My nail technician was nice. She pleased me with each service she provided. Overall, this place left me pretty impressed. Their prices were friendly, so I'm almost positive I'll be back soon! She worked very diligently and it was such a relaxing experience. She also wasn't harsh on my feet. I didn't feel rushed either! My legs and feet were a bit achy before I came in and now I feel like a new person! The prices are very reasonable - it's $25 for a regular pedicure. For the special pedicures it ranges from $35-$45. Hands down, Pals Nails and More is the best. The salon is clean and easily accessible. They make every effort to keep their clients safe by sterilizing tools and equipment between uses. I'm so thankful that I found Angie. In fact, all of the ladies there are wonderful. They're professional, personable, and very accommodating. Even though I'm one of Angie's clients, they all greet me when I come in and when I leave. If Angie wasn't available I would feel completely comfortable having my nails done by any member of the wonderful staff. Friendly doesn't come close to describing their attitude. As far as the quality of service, Angie is meticulous in her work, and is often more particular about how my nails look than I am. She takes great pride in her work, and I appreciate that.
