This was definitely on my top worst nail experiences. I booked online also because they never…read moreanswer the phone. The hours posted are not valid they make it up as they go. This was my second time so called second chance I gave this shop to do my nails. They do not use a drill. They waste your time along with cut open all your cuticle beds. I'm posting a picture to verify how bad it is I had to stop before I even got anything new done. Took over an hour to scrape an emery board against my gel polish to look like this mess. Then had the nerve to take $40 out of my $100 I handed to the nail tech Megan stating that I owe that for the hour it took to do the damage she did. Horrible customer service. The shape was awful no where near close to what coffin looks like. I am posting a third and fourth photo at a different shop just 2 hours later to get my nails fixed and done right.

Jess was so kind and made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. I literally could've fallen asleep it was so amazing. She was so receptive to any areas I wanted to address and by the end I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to stand up and leave because every muscle felt relaxed. I would definitely recommend the relaxation massage if you're looking for something that isn't heavily pressured and are looking to target various areas of your body! I researched the possible side effects and probabilities for successful outcomes if completed as described in clinical studies. Side effects appeared to be improbable and not catastrophic. B&B closed their sales pitch with impressive before and after pics of "successful" treatments. Initial cost quote was over 10k. When cost was identified as the problem, significant discounts were applied. They took before and after pics. $5k lost on my treatment alone. 3 treatments were performed for 5k. Sales clinician was very convincing, professional, enthusiastic and closed hard on expected results by providing impressive before and after photos. While pics could have been doctored, I felt comfortable and trusting.... 2nd treatment produced minimal, if any change, Before the third treatment clinician offered to complete an additional 4th treatment (...if needed") at no charge. After 3rd treatment, pictures were compared to our initial treatment. I could not distinguish between the first treatment through the last treatment??? No reduction visually or in comparison could be noted. Clinician pics differed in how they were taken however assured me that small changes in shadows and angles that she could see were apparent to her eye and experience. Measurements before and after substantiate that there was no measurable change. In her assessment, the slight exaggerated shadowing substantiated that $5,000 was well spent. Promise to do a complimentary treatment was withdrawn due to a memory lapse but was eventually offered. Pre 4th treatment we came to the sobering revelation that "...Cold sculpting will not provide the results expected nor promised. No inches or fat loss. The only loss out of this experience was to our savings and future trust... Loved my clinician- not happy with waisting time and $$$$

I came with my significant other and I'm telling you, it sure was professional! We walked inside and we were helped quickly. I went with the Pedicure & Manicure. It was $55, which wasn't bad. I sat down for probably less than a minute. That was a huge plus to have the pedicure ready so quickly. I was directed to sit down for the pedicure first. The chair I sat on provided me with a decent massage. The temperature of the water was cozy! The pedicure was very detailed and I enjoyed it from start to finish. I got a nicely brushed clear coat as well. After the pedicure, I was immediately directed to a chair for the manicure. Just like the pedicure, this service was very detailed. I was pleasantly surprised and relieved to have such attention drawn to my nails. The manicure was a success at gaining my approval! The service was amazing. I was treated kindly and respectfully.
