So far, I've had two pedicures and three manicures. I have been to a few other places that have irritated me and so far this place is done a great job. The workers are knowledgeable and I'm not passed around to 3 to 4 different people just to get my nails done. While a few other places I've been at it's taking them a few hours to get my nails and my pedicure done. They are really fast here but they do take time to work on the areas you need. I think the only thing that I would change is for a pedicure, give you a little bit longer of a leg scrub and a little longer of a little foot massage. My nails always look great so far I've picked out all my own colors but next time when I bring in nail art, I'm going to have Angel pick out something cute that will go with the design. She has really good taste. On my birthday nails I had rhinestones put on my fingers and unfortunately, a few of them came off. When I went to see her to get my polish removed, she said that I should've just contacted her And I could come in and she would've put the jewels on my nails again. That's good to know for future reference. I think I'm gonna stick with flat designs from now on just because having the gems on my fingers was a little crazy. I have been coming to bella's nails for years. I live about 40 minutes away & have tried other nail salons in the area but nothing compares. The salon is very clean, staff is very friendly, & I always know I will get taken care of no matter who's doing my nails. In the picture shown, Tyler, made this set extra gorgeous for me! My sister sees Tom and Kevin, & always ends up with the cutest designs. But again, I've seen many technicians here and never leave disappointed. I had a horrible experience with a nail technician here that had been working with my daughter. This woman was extremely rude throughout the entire encounter. I explained my daughter struggles with sitting completely still (she's only 6 and fidgets) but that she is trying and I understand her nails may not be perfect due to her fidgeting. One specific instance she was trying to help my daughter get her sandal on after getting her nails painted. The technician did not use any verbal directions to help my child and my child clearly did not understand what was expected of her. The technician aggressively tossed the sandal on the floor, rolled her eyes, and stomped away to get a pair of the shop's sandals. Again, she never even tried to provide directions. On another situation she implied that my daughter was intentionally fidgeting in order to mess her nails up. I explained again that this is not the case and my daughter is trying. The technician on multiple occasions made a comment about how I was wasting my money getting my daughter's nails done because they won't last "on a kid like that." My daughter was visibly uncomfortable throughout the time there. Upon leaving she expressed that she did not want to go back, as the woman was mean to her and made her feel uncomfortable. I unfortunately did not get this woman's name, but I'd just warn against anyone bringing young(er) children in to the salon. read more

Horrible job. I've been going to bella for years, but when I came home from college for the summer they must've changed owners or something because they did a terrible job. Did not even attempt to fix when she went on to my skin with the polish. She also refused to give me the length I wanted when she said, "no that length is ugly and not in style." Stopped in today because I had a gift card. The manicurist told me to "settle down" because I commented he wasn't pushing my cuticles down. It was awkward and uncomfortable. Shady work, won't be back. My friend wasn't happy either. He clipped her skin and it started to bleed. He just kept saying it was ok. I paid extra for massage as well. He was unhappy when I pointed out the streaks in the polish application and I didn't appreciate a couple of his comments. His process was different and it didn't appear that he used sanitary equipment. The cuticle clipper had residue that he wiped off prior to use. No chip manicure and regular pedicure was $65. They charge $1 to use a credit card. You can't add tip to the credit card charge, so inevitably you need to bring cash. read more

If you want express service at full price, then this is your salon. The technician filed my nails, told me to go to the sink and wash my hands and then had me go to the pedicure chair. He trimmed my toenails and then painted my fingernails while I was in the pedicure chair. I had to lean over so he could reach my hand. It was uncomfortable and very hurried. Mani and pedi took 20 minutes. My daughter had a gel manicure and asked what was going on and why was it so fast. The manicures last as long as I want to keep them and the pedicure was also very relaxing and wonderful. The salon is clean and the staff are very nice. They also have a large selection of colors. I've always gone here for pedicures and they have really gone downhill. They rushed me in and out very quickly with almost no massage time at all. But what was worse was that I asked for the basic pedicure, which is what I have always gotten. In the description it says light callous removal, which is fine. The guy tells me I have callouses so I have to upgrade another 10 dollars for him to do my heels. My heels were the same as anyone's...light callouses. I told him the basic is what I've always gotten. (Side note - the next more expensive pedicure (for 10 more dollars) mentions nothing about callouses, only herbal lotions and such.) So, because I didn't pay an extra 10 dollars, he didn't touch my heels at all! He basically didn't even do what I paid for because he couldn't extort another 10 dollars out of me. Skip this place. Although there are some good aspects & I have had some good experiences at this salon, the way they treated me recently was just unacceptable & I will not be returning! So, here's the back story. I went in to get a no-chip mani/pedi before an event that I was going to. The no-chip mani managed to last through the event and that was the end of it! The next day after I showered, one by one, the polish was popping off in full sheets. Clearly something wasn't right. So the next day I stopped in and explained what had happened. They said they would fix it, but it was an hour & a half wait. The man said they would honor it if I came back another time. I said I thought I could get back in there the next day. Well, life got in the way & I wasn't able to go back in. When I finally had some free time & was able to get back in there, and yes it was several weeks later, they wouldn't honor the "store credit" that they had offered me! But, it gets worse from there. It was almost as though the same gentleman who had said they would fix the issue & another co-worker were laughing at me. As though it was so ridiculous that I was asking them to honor "store credit" because too much time had passed. I'm sorry but, any other "store credit" I have ever received does not expire. I completely understanding store policies & if that really aligned with theirs, then fine. But here's a business tip "the customer is always right." But if you don't buy into that tip then fine, here's a life tip "treat others the way you would like to be treated." Making your customers feel uncomfortable will never get you very far in business. You've just lost one customer who won't tolerate that! read more

Now after covid me and my mom return to get our nails done and they chiped within 2 days. We tried it again a few times and did the same thing so we stopped going.
