I got a pedicure today. I was glad to get in at the last minute but won't be going back. The technician was very quick. She didn't use a clean file. The polish was put on sparingly not going all the way to the bottom of the nail. I wonder how long before it chips. read more

You have got to be out of your mind if you come into this place and let them touch you with dirty tools ,dirty tables dirty product absolutely horrendous. You were just asking for an infection. read more

This review is specifically for the female nail tech with the shortest hair. I had dipped nail color currently on my nails. She didn't take my old color all the way off. She never even soaked my nails she only used the tool and file to remove what she could. She painted right over the old stuff which is why you can see the difference in color in the picture. These are my nails with only dipped color on top. She never used lotion or cuticle oil. I basically paid $35 for a partial polish change. I told her my Dad died and I was getting my nails done for his funeral. I did tell her that you can see the old stuff underneath and she brushed it off and said nobody will be able to tell. I don't have the energy to fight with her guys. I always give the nail techs the benefit of the doubt that they know what they're doing. I don't like telling people how to do their jobs. read more

Just ok. I typically go elsewhere now, but since I couldn't get a last minute appointment I went here for the first time in 2 years. There was 3 of us for mani''s and pedis. Two people ahead and we waited an hour after being told 15 minutes. They kept taking people with appointments even though when I called they said they don't make appointments! The girls were nice and did a good job, but it ended up being very pricey compared to other salons in the area. No prices are posted either by the way! My daughter got a French pedicure and the polish came off after 4 days. Manicures were nice, but very disappointing otherwise. Most likely won't be back. read more

I stepped outside into the light (the lighting inside is apparently to dim for anyone to notice this) after getting a pedicure and there was red stain all around my toes because the tech kept taking a brush dipped in polish remover around every toe after polishing to clean up where she went off the nail onto the toe (every single toe) She took half the polish off 3 of my toenails doing this but didn't seem to notice. It's 3.5 hours after I left the salon and the polish on one foot is rubbing off like they were just polished. I paid $41 + tip for a pedicure that included paraffin wax dip and leg scrub and apparently she left wax or lotion on toenails of one foot and painted over it so the polish is never going to dry. Went entering and signing in asked how long of a wait was told 10 minutes. After waiting 10 minutes asked again how long was told 10 more mins. Left after waiting 25 minutes without the manicure. It was busy but just be honest. I didn't have 30 minutes to wait and would have returned later. Won't be back. read more

Worst experience ever. After my pedicure I was left to wait for 20 minutes before my manicure. The wait wasn't the biggest issue though, there was a hair in one of my nails and they were very rough filing my nails and they filed my nails down so short. My nails don't look like I just spent money on them. read more

My mother likes this place. That being said, I went to get a regular manicure quoted at $15. While looking for color, an employee asks if I want "no chip" for $30. Nope, I'm on a budget. She responds: "No? Regular only lasts 3-4 days. No chip lasts two weeks." So I cancelled. 1) A manicure that lasts 3 days is poor quality; 2) if it lasts longer, which it probably does, I won't support a business that uses that strategy to upsell. read more

Today I called and asked if that had time for a full set. They said come in at 130. Waz there and snotty asked why I didn't put down who I asked for. I didn't care just wanted anyone cuz last time I waited 45 minutes. Guy was very rude jabbed the clipper tip into my finger. Then when I told him one nail wz not straight he kept arguing with me.. it's still not straight. I said to him to listen to me, I am the customer (in a nice way) he stopped working, sat back and gave me a disgusted look. I will never go into this shop again. read more

The nail tech tried talking my daughter into getting no chip polish on her acrylic nails (for $40) because it would "last longer". Luckily, my daughter is smart enough to know that's not the case when it comes to acrylic nails. Not going back. read more

Great service! I took my mom here for a birthday pedicure and we were both very happy with our nail techs. Jem is amazing! She took the time to be sure the temperature for my pedicure water was what I requested - mine is hot - and also did an amazing job with my manicure. I usually do not get manicures but this winter has wreaked havoc on my hands (gettin' old!) - lots of painful splits on my thumb and index finder especially. She carefully and thoroughly removed the callused skin around the splits and provided a wonderful paraffin wax treatment on my hands following the manicure. She also has great energy and is fun to be around - she truly loves her customers. read more

I wouldn't even give them one star but there's no option not to choose one. I visited this salon with my sister. First of all the women never even acknowledged us or said hi when they came up to the pedicure chair. She swatted at my foot every time she wanted me to put it in the water instead of tapping my foot. She cackled with the lady working next to her never once saying anything to me or my sister and the two women were laughing back and forth the whole time as well as yelling things to the nail ladies across the room. I assure you we have nothing wrong with our feet we get regular pedicures and were looking for a new place because we had just moved to the area. I will not EVER be returning there. read more

After the nail salon I used to go to closed I started coming here to get my nails done and I couldn't be happier. Kim does an excellent job and I can tell she is a perfectionist when it comes to get the nails done. I ask only for her. It gets busy there, so I think i will start making appointments with her. She also takes time with the pedicure and the massage part which is the best part of pedicure of course. I highly recommend this place. read more

Over an hour wait time. They took one lady that came in 30 minutes before me. I showed a picture of a style that I wanted and they said they didn't know how to do it. Pink and white ombré. They attempted to do it and it turned it nothing like it was supposed to. Then I picked a different polish instead and it was applied extremely messy. The polish from before was hardly even removed and I can still see bits of it underneath and on the side of my acrylics. I asked them to fix a few and I wouldn't even call it "fixed." When I paid, a $3.00 tip was applied to the charge without my knowing until it was already done which I thought was extremely rude. I will not be returning here. I don't recommend this place at all. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. Don't waste your time or money here. read more

I went for a pink and white nail fill. The technician was so rough and burned my nail beds with the grinder (or whatever you call it). I asked repeatedly to please stop hurting me and instructed her on how I prefer my nails to be done. She refused to listen to me, kept hurting me and the outcome was terrible. I was not happy. When I refused to pay for the service (as I had repeatedly asked her to fix them) she physically grabbed me and shook me, ran to the door and locked it so I could not leave. Several technicians were pulling me by my arm to get me to sit down. It was ridiculous. I have never been treated so poorly ... nor have I been accosted or locked in a place unable to retreat. I would not recommend this nail salon to my worst enemy! read more
