As now all of the words "massage" has been replaced with the word "acupuncture" with tape and a piece of tape on their menus. I asked the person at the front desk to explain and with very little knowledge of English, he was unable to do so. Then, was told to call a number and someone else picked up the phone in which I repeated myself nearly five times and he was unable to articulate it either. Then, he shows up to the shop, completely ignores me, serves a customer who purchased a Groupon (in which I'm paying full price), and completely ignores me. How dare someone expect you to pay money on a service that is not well-described and are unable to answer any questions that a customer may h It was pretty awful, especially as you come to these places to feel relaxed and now I'm more worked up then I was before I came. Poor service all the way around.
