I've been going to this place for a few months now. Much much better than most places I've tried around here. Depending on who you get they can be iffy and forget to do little things like paint the tips of acrylics. But they always fix their mistakes and I always walk out happy! read more

Try to give this place the benefit of the doubt everytime i go but i always leave disappointed. Went in and showed a picture of a nail design and was told that they could do it. First off, the shape was bad to begin with, crooked and uneven. Then once he started on the design, he couldn't do it and kept starting over. He had someone else try and do the design for me (who had also seen the picture of what i originally asked for) and then started to do something completely different than the picture. I'm not one to usually complain about things like this because I know it's hard to replicate a design exactly, but this was 1. again not what i asked for and 2. was just ugly. I could not leave with nails like that and asked if she could just change them and do a plain color. She just painted over the original design, which left my nails to be thick and the design is still visible on the nail under certain spots. I could also tell she was rushing to get me out of the salon. I was still charged full price for what might be the worst nails i've ever had in my entire life. If they had told me from the beginning that they could not do the design, that would've been perfectly fine and I wouldve chosen something else but instead I am left with what I have. I will not be returning to Bella Nails. I had an appointment for a pedicure and full set on Tues. 5/19 at 4. Appointment didn't actually start until 4:45 and it was infuriating how obviously rushed they were because they clearly aren't sticking to appointments. My full set wasn't great but whatever I got over it. On Thursday (not even 48 hours later) a nail randomly pops off while cooking dinner. I call at 5 and they tell me I can't come in until the following day at 5:30 pm for a broken nail even though I was clearly upset and wanted it fixed ASAP. I went in on Friday for it to be fixed and they asked me 3 different times who did my nails as if they didn't believe me that I was there earlier in the week. Now on Saturday, (4 days after getting them done) another nail pops off just by adjusting my clothing. I spent $85 ($55 on the full set alone) and was looking forward to this after months of quarantine. If you were taking appointments at the time that you actually were scheduling them and not overbooking a rushed hot mess wouldn't be an outcome. Also, stated on the door that masks are required. In there Friday 5/22 and a couple DOESNT have masks on the entire time they were in the building. read more

Had a 5:30 appointment arrived at 5:15 nobody greeted me when I walked in the door or how can I help you or hello how are you please have a seat, after waiting for 15 minutes I asked how far behind are they and they said at least an hour to an hour and a half. what is the point of having an appointment if they're not going to honor and I can understand running a few minutes behind but an hour and a half therefore I will never go back just for the fact that there was no apology that they were running behind or when I walked in the door to let me know they were running behind instead of leaving me sit there I could have went home and did my gardening. read more

Bella Nails is a complete waste of money. If there was an option to give NO stars, that is what I would give this place. The place itself is very clean and pretty, but the quality of the work done is sloppy and poor. I got a pedicure done here today (first time coming here) and it is safe to say I will NEVER come back here. The paint on my nails has streaks all throughout it and parts were not even covered fully with the paint. The person I had rushed through it and acted like he didn't care. The polish itself was clumpy and when applied to my nails it was "crunchy". The pedicure it got was worth nothing. It looks like a child did it. I do not recommend Bella Nails. read more

Worst experience at a nail salon!! Paid extra for a spa pedicure that lasted a total of 10 min with zero extras. The nail polish was lumpy and rubbery, must have been old. The manicure was equally as bad. Zero cuticle trimming and the filing was crooked. I opted out for nail polish since the toes turned out so bad. Not to mention, service was horrible. Staff was rude and in a hurry. Waste of money!! I think my nails looked worse leaving than they did going in!! Go somewhere else!! read more

I have been going there on and off for over 2 years. This place recently got new a new owner and she is amazing. They even got these cute new mini pedicure chairs for kids. They have more colors, the staff has grown to accommodate new business and they are up on new trends and techniques. People always find something to complain about, but this place doesn't give you a reason. The only thing that I would change is I wish it was closer to my house :) read more

This place is awful! It may look nice on the inside, but the service I received yesterday was not good at all! She messed up my fingers and toes. All my friends asked me what the heck happened to my nails. I have cuticles and dead skin everywhere. Honestly, for the price I paid, it looked better before the service. I honestly thought this business was turning around with new owners. The first two times I went there were great but then it just went downhill. I keep getting stuck with the same person and they clearly don't care about doing nails. He/she makes at least 6 phone calls during and gets annoyed when I show him/her a photo of a design I like. The other day he/she made an error while doing my nails and instead of wiping off and restarting, he/she just kept going. My one nail is smeared and looks awful. I didn't even bother to have them correct it because I had been there long enough and was clearly not a priority. I came in with an expired gift card a few days ago, and the owner was nice enough to still let me use it. My nails needed to be redone so badly, my no chip manicure was chipping and cracking. My technician was very good and careful with every nail. I feel like my nails have never been so perfect before, and I've tried quite a few places. Do not go here. I went for a regular manicure with regular french polish. I was so happy to finally grow my natural nails long. He filed them super short and did it roughly! Then he put no-chip polish on them. He only figured this out when the white tips wouldn't dry and he kept smearing them when trying to apply the clear coat. The massage part was a drop of lotion on the hands only and then rubbed in. $19 for a very poor manicure. I've been to much better places and was able to get a mani and pedi for $40. Very disappointed to say the least. I will not be back. read more

ONE AND DONE. On my first and only visit, I thought the decor was pleasant. I was taken within 10 minutes of arriving for a "no chip". I was directed to 3 palettes on the counter to pick a color (not a big selection, I thought, compared to other area salons). Shortly thereafter, the REAL fun began...the first girl applied the no-chip remover. I looked around to pass time and noticed 4 large rings of no-chip color that none of the staffers offered while picking my color (grrr). I was relocated to another table and another staffer. The remover wasn't applied properly; so, I had to sit through a second round (tick tock people). A third staffer comes over to finish the mani. This woman never made eye contact or said hello. She jabbed my finger pads more than once as she removed old polish and provided cold mani water. My nails were trimmed to different lengths (not by request) and some of them slanted (?!). Her absent-minded nail filing made more contact with my finger pads than my nails resulting in rough edges. She was sloppy applying the paint (some nails are darken than others) and gel - ooh that burned in the blue light! She used HER dirty finger nails to "clean" up the mistakes - yuck! She also used tools that were in her pocket instead of a sanitized kit. I could not wait to get out of there. It was over an hour for a no-chip mani. A traditional mani/pedi was in & out before me. And now two days later my "no-chip" is chipping. A huge waste of time and money. NEVER AGAIN! read more

TERRIBLE PLACE. Do not EVER go here! I had went there a few times, but after I discovered how this place works, it won't be getting my service anymore! I got an INFECTION from this place! I know other people that got foot fungus and other infections too! The tools they used are not properly cleaned and sanitized. It's basically just quickly washed down to use on the next customer. You could have leftover calluses from another's persons foot rubbing against your foot! GROSS. The managers and workers lack A LOT of social skills too. When I get my nails done, I want to have a good time and be able to talk and not feel uncomfortable. The technician that does my nails barely talked to me! I also feel like they're talking about other customers and me. All they did during my pedicure was talk in a different language and stare at the customers. Talk about rude!! A lot of the workers there don't even have their license to do nails! A person that does not even really know what they're doing could be doing your nails! I would NOT want a person like that holding sharp tools to my skin. The manager is beyond rude too. I disliked the way that they talked to me, I was being polite and nice! All the times I went there I got rude service, I have also seen the way the manager speaks to and about the workers there. They yell at them even when the workers did not do anything wrong! Even in front of customers, talk about professional.. This one time I had asked what happened to this one worker there, because I liked her doing my nails, and the manager told me that they let her go for her poor work. I found out that the worker QUIT because the managers thought they were soo much better than everyone and had a bad attitude. They were always so nasty and mean. It may seem clean from the outside and like they do a decent job, but the way this business is run, is NOT OKAY. I mean do you want to get an infection and pay somebody to be nasty to you? I don't think so. I am not going there again and I am telling everybody I know about this place. It will not be getting my friend's or my services AGAIN.
