I came for a pedicure and it lasted maybe 2/3 days before it started peeling off. The lady was treating my toe nails like they were made of steal causing me so much pain and just cutting them down so much they looked ridiculous. She didn't care if my toes, feet looked nice. The heel wasn't properly cleaned and scrubbed. I do not recommend this place. The customer service wasn't that good. The lady doing my nails didn't understand what I was saying. When telling her my finger burns because I had a cut she didn't understand. She kept yelling at me to put my hand all the way in the dryer when half of my hand was in there? My nails turned out fine the red looked good. This place is DIRTY!! after covid they opened back up, bumped prices up 5.00 then 10.00 because of covid. Ripping people off. Then did my toes they made me bleed. The people working here are very nice, I will say that. I have been here twice and the first time I just got a pedicure and they did a nice job. This time I decided to get a gel manicure and pedicure. The man who did my service did a poor job on my pedicure, I chose the deluxe and it was rushed I felt. I was there with my niece and I was finished with my pedicure and halfway through my nails while she was still getting a pedicure. My nails he filed down to nothing, no free edge at all. And there's polish all over my cuticles. They look messy and I'm so surprised he thought that was ok after I pointed it out. After my 'manicure' which was just drilling my natural nails and barely clipping any cuticles. No soaking, no lotion at the end, nothing. So what did I pay $40 dollars for? The gel polish? That's it? I would never go back to that same person, IF I decide to ever go back. read more

I am new to the area and was looking for a local nail salon and I googled as most people do. I found this salon, read the reviews and thought I would give it a try. Now I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years so I know how the process works. I made an appt with Hannah and walked in and was greeted by her and a man named Sky. The salon had the two workers that is it. There was a woman there getting a fill and her toddler daughter was sitting on the floor by her. There were no other customers in the salon. I wanted a fill. Like I had mentioned I have been getting my nails done for many years and while I was looking for my color Sky told me to sit down. He asked if I wanted gel powder - I was not sure what that was or meant so I asked him to show me. I said can you do one of my nails like that so I can see what is looks like? He kept insisting to take all of my nails off. I said no I just want a fill. So I asked can you just do one powder? Please? I just want to see what it looks like. He kept on and on about how much better it is for your nails and nail beds. Then I asked if they had any other colors and his tone kind of changed. Well he kept ON AND ON about the powder and I was like what is the big deal!? So finally Sky & Hannah were speaking in their language and then he told me to sit in the other chair while the other client was being worked on with the only other tech there. I said is there a problem? I just wanted to know what the powder coat was and I did not want to pay to for a full set? So he was quiet and I said hello? Is there a problem?! Well come to find out he tells me HE DOESNT KNOW HOW TO DO IT. I said then why did you lie to me? He ignored me. I said again - HELLO WHY DID YOU LIE TO ME!?? As a new person in town I was looking for a new tech/salon but this was off to a bad start. Well then after I asked him again, why did you lie to me? - you guys HE EXPLODED ON ME! Ran towards me, knocked that little girl over and told me VERBATIM to "GET THE F*K OUT" I was at a loss of words! WHAT!? You are going to cuss at me and try to scare me?! No way. Well Hannah said he does not really do nails he just "helps out" so I am assuming he is working without a license. Anyways, just wanted to give a heads up! BE CAREFUL! This guy is a wolf in sheep skin. I am also reporting him & this salon to the state. Look at the pics! You can see how enraged and angry he was! All because I asked him why he LIED TO ME. My sister and I took our daughters to get nails done here and it was one of the worst experiences I have had. We called ahead to make sure they could accommodate 4 of us and they said yes, no problem. We get there and there were only three techs. They started 3 of us and then more people came and they started them too. It was the longest pedicure we have ever had because they kept bouncing between people. This caused them to forget things - like washing off the leg masks. The polish for my daughter looked like a 4 year old did it and they said they would take money off the total and then they did not. It was a very disappointing girls outing. I would strongly recommend you choose a different salon. read more

This is the ONLY nail salon I trust. I have never had such consistently great service anywhere else-- this place is the best. If something gets messed up or you don't like it they will redo it. Super nice people, clean environment. The powder no-chip is amazing. It lasts 4+ weeks without a single chip and doesn't peel off like the regular gel no-chip... I only have to get them redone because they've grown out. Highly recommend!! read more
