Both were seated and their manicures were started at the same time. One of them asked for round and shorter nails. The nail tech made them longer and square, so she asked again to round them out and trim them shorter... he made them more of a squoval shape. She asked again for round and he was incredibly rude and told her she must mean almond. She did not want to cause a scene so she accepted, however both of my daughters said that he began talking to his coworkers, mocking her out loud for asking for round shaped nails. He even stood up to file her nails at one point while he was talking to the other nail techs about her asking for the shape of nails that she wanted but did not get. He was sloppy and hurried thru her manicure. Her nails were completed before my other daughters nails were even finished being shaped. The nails were too long, the wrong shape, uneven, and pointed in all directions. The design was messy, inconsistent, and did not look like the design she asked for. This was the worst experience and we will NEVER spend money at this place again. Both of my girls were incredibly upset and embarrassed. This is a self care experience that was ruined by awful service and the end result was terrible. For the amount of money spent, I'd advise anyone looking for a positive experience to avoid this place the plague.

Covering nails with acetone soaked cotton and foil. Other nail techs have left this procedure on too long and my nails ached terribly. It doesn't help that when they scrape the old off it adds to the pain. I noticed right away Candace had a gentler touch. Candace was knowledgeable and efficient when doing my French no chip. I got a no-chip manicure and was impressed that they didn't charge extra for the cat-eye polish.
