I moved to Houston and couldn't get the same service or the same hair color anymore, always missing her. Now that I've moved back to Chicago, I didn't hesitate to reach out to her at her new salon. However, this time the work wasn't as good as I expected, and the charges weren't proportional to what was actually done. Instead, I experienced ageism, misogyny, and a guy whose ego seems to know no bounds. If you are over 45, I suggest you don't even try this salon. Timothy rolls his eyes about his mother's "performance" when doing his laundry. Timothy does not care about his clients in equal measure. If you are over 65, you won't get a very warm welcome that lasts for very long. Do yourself a favor and skip this place!
