My hair appointment with the owner of the salon, Nichole. My hair was a reddish blonde and I asked…read morefor the red to be toned down to a dark blonde hair with a balayage. Nichole insisted that the only way to get me to my color was to do highlights and put an all over dye and tone my hair. The end result was damaged GREY hair with streaky white highlights. Nichole offered to fix my hair but I was unwilling to go back as my hair looked so awful after the first time. Attached are the pictures of my hair after my appointment with Nichole. Why I was unhappy: Nichole left on the highlights waaaay too long and only did them on two spots near my face where they were extremely streaky and only underneath my hair in a possible sad attempt to create a balayage look. My hair was extremely damaged from the highlights she did only underneath and the sides of my face. She did not check at any point during my time in the salon to see how much my hair had lifted. She put over an all over color on my roots which was the color I wanted, however the toner she used turned my hair completely grey. After three hours at a different salon, my hair was color corrected to something other than a streaky grey. Multiple stylists at the other salon went to said that if my hair was lightened anymore on where she put in the highlights the hair would be so damaged to where it would break off. I asked her for a refund, which was refused for several reasons. The time and expensive products were her main reasons, as she "uses a very expensive bond treatment with my bleach to prevent damage" in addition to the excuse she had never worked on my hair before. Based on my experience at the salon, Nichole gave me an awful color and is unwilling to do anything other than offer to "fix" her mistakes.

My eyes started to itch right by the lash line later that night. At 1st I thought no big deal it wasn't that horrible. But then over the next 2 days I noticed one was slightly swelling and that both my eyes were losing excessive eyelashes. I reached out to her and she never responded to me. Then one day later it looked like I was past due for a fill. I reached out to her again she didn't respond. I could see on Instagram that she read my message yet she didn't reach out to me. I've sent another message since & she hasn't responded. I sent a message to the salon, they never responded. I'd also like to mention that I had sent them a message previously with questions about hair color and haircut and it took 7 days for them to respond to that. I do not recommend this salon and I most definitely do not recommend the very unprofessional Emily for eyelashes. She clearly has no clue what she's doing and then she completely ignore a customer when they reach out to her with pictures telling her what was wrong. Unprofessional and very childish.

I voiced my concerns and Nichole was my artist. She did a great job! I felt sexy and simple, just as requested, and made it out on time. One thing I liked about her approach was how she reached out to the other artists who were "better" at specific areas like contouring and lip color, to give me the best experience possible, rather than attempting on her own. I suppose the only downfall was that the price was a little high, but all their best products were being used. I just don't know much about makeup. I'd do this again for a fun event.
